A small mushroom pizza for €13 is pretty steep. Instead of a non-alcoholic shandy, I got one with alcohol. That simply shouldn't happen. So, once and never again.
It's really nice here. Regional food and drinks in a casual, cozy atmosphere. You can eat well here and/or simply enjoy a few cold drinks. The value for money is excellent.
Service is fast and very friendly. Card payments are accepted. And that's not a given in restaurants in Füssen.
The covered, sun-protected terrace is in front of the restaurant, directly facing/in the pedestrian zone, but it's car-free and quiet. Ideal for people-watching. We spent 10 days in Füssen, and although there are numerous restaurants, we went to Ditsch three times. We couldn't get any higher praise.
Update: I was there again today after some time at the new location.
And I have to say again, the staff is simply super friendly. Whether on the phone or in person. We had the Haider and the Aleppo Burger. Both were excellent. The Haider is really a bit spicy with the spicy mayo, but just right.
Thank you for the great food!
After reading so many positive reviews, this place had been on my list for a long time. Today was finally the day. The place was very busy, but they immediately made an effort to seat me. I have to say, the staff is really very friendly. I haven't seen such friendly staff in a long time. And not just one person, but all of them. We had a burger and a Habibi plate. Everything tasted great. We felt completely at home and would gladly come back.
I like to tip, but it has to come from me. I can't stand being swindled into tips!
I was directly asked about my student status on the discounted Wednesday, and I showed my student ID.
Regular price for a large bowl: €14.90
I was told the discount was only 10%; I'd pay €15 and get 0.80 cents back. Do the math yourself to see if that works.
And the actual discount? 20%! At €14.90, that's €2.98. So €2.28 too little, and that's a nice little cash in your pocket? ... I don't even want to know how often that happens "by accident."
Based on the reaction, I'd say it wasn't an oversight, but a scam. The other employees reacted quickly and tried to satisfy me quickly so the other customers wouldn't notice.
"We usually use a calculator"... aha.
The food is actually pretty good, and the other staff are nice too. But this just happened to me for the second time on a Wednesday...
A cozy restaurant with very friendly staff. You can sit inside or outside. A large selection of dishes. The only criticism is that you can only pay in cash.
We passed here after a day in Moviepark. The food is excellent and I can advice you to go here instead of eating in the park. The palaak paneer was the best we tasted so far in Europe.
