Wow! Ein super schönes Ambiente lädt hier zum Frühstück ein. Eine kleine, aber sehr feine Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Frühstücksangeboten. Sicher etwas teurer, aber dafür eine sehr gute Qualität und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, passend zu dem sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ambiente. Selten einen so guten frisch gepressten Orangensaft getrunken, die Waffel sehr lecker und das Brot mit Burrata, 10/10!

The ambience is very nice. The service was also very nice but seemed a bit annoyed. We had pasta with pork goulash twice. The food itself was very tasty and that's why I gave it 4/5 stars.

Seit ca. 20 Jahren kommen wir in regelmässigen Abständen hierher, um uns jeweils von Martin Bien kulinarisch auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnen zu lassen. Es ist jedes Mal ein Traum und die "Küchenleistung" des Chefs sind unverändert perfekt. Deshalb brauchen wir auch keine Speisekarte mehr - unser Favorit ist seit Langem immer gleich... Wir freuen uns heute schon wieder auf das nächste Mal, wenn es bei der Reservation am Telefon heisst: "Ja gerne, für Euch hat es immer Platz - bis gleich...!" Eine Frage beschäftigt uns aber jetzt schon: Wohin gehen wir, wenn hier eines Tages die Lichter ausgehen? (Bis jetzt haben wir in der Umgebung noch keinen würdigen Nachfolger gefunden...)

The staff is friendly and attentive and very flexible. The prices are relatively small, and unfortunately so are the portions. But relatively speaking, no reason to complain. Because of the low price you could still afford dessert :) All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to come back when the opportunity arises.

A recommended insider tip that I discovered by chance when I accompanied a colleague to the tennis court. Slightly hidden on the edge of a forest, this sports restaurant offers a nice selection of dishes and drinks. Not only athletes but also many people from the surrounding area meet here. The beer garden is very cozy with solid wooden furniture and lots of flowers and trees, which creates a very nice atmosphere. In cooler weather you can also sit down in the large guest room. Here you can enjoy a nice schnitzel at a fair price or end the evening with a glass of wine. There are several football and tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. Sufficient parking spaces available.

Was here for the first time in a small group. Very nice varied menu. Also small dishes. Everything is very high quality. Not necessarily cheap, but perfect if you want to treat yourself to something special. The service was very attentive. Super friendly service. So, I'll come back

Yesterday I was able to visit the great “Seventeen” for the first time. From the welcome at the entrance, the location, the friendliness of the staff, the taste and selection of the food and the complete service... it was just completely harmonious and perfectly coordinated! 100% recommendation Happy to come back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were there for the annual general meeting of the forest cooperative. The service was very friendly and attentive. The subsequent meal was, as usual at the “Löwen”, very good. Highly recommended: Jägerschnitzel and Krüstchen.
