Digital professionalism meets analog incompetence. For my husband's milestone birthday, I reserved a table digitally on the restaurant's website for dinner. I received digital reminders about the reservation 24 hours and again an hour beforehand. Perfect. However, on-site, the reservation was nowhere to be found in the physical order book. The restaurant was fully booked. After some back and forth, we were finally given a small table. The service was attentive but quite overwhelmed. Several drinks on the menu were unavailable. The food was good, but somehow the overall impression was significantly marred, and it didn't turn into a special evening. Incidentally, we received a digital thank-you for our visit an hour after our meal. Perhaps they should opt for a single ordering system. This would prevent problems like the one described, and customers would feel much better taken care of.

We had made a reservation several weeks in advance. Today we were greeted rather rudely and led to a separate room. When we asked why we couldn't get a table in the restaurant, we were told: "You can see it's fully booked." As we were leaving, someone called after us: "Have a nice evening anyway." This is simply unacceptable.

We felt comfortable and the food was very tasty – definitely worth recommending! For a winner of "My Local, Your Local," there are still a few small things that could have been improved: - It took quite a while for our food to arrive (almost 50 minutes). - Our server couldn't recommend a wine to go with my meal because she "didn't know much about it." - When paying, we weren't even told what we had eaten, nor did we receive a bill/receipt; only the total amount was given. This meant we couldn't verify whether we had paid the correct amount.

We had a very good meal at Ingo's Restaurant in Barth. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted great. The portions were a good size – meaning we were well-fed! The prices are absolutely reasonable, not too expensive! The strawberry sorbet for dessert was particularly outstanding 😍 It was truly sensational! We'd love to come back! And by the way, we were allowed to bring our dog along, too – that wasn't a problem!

When I travel for business, I stay at the Hotel Speicher in Barth and often eat in the restaurant. The service, the quality of the food, and the presentation are excellent. I really appreciate the time they take between the appetizer and the main course. It's simply indulgence and quality time.

Highly recommended. The food was of very high quality; everyone enjoyed it. My only minor criticism would be that the service was a bit overworked, and we had to wait a long time to reorder drinks, for example, but otherwise the service was super friendly and competent. We'll definitely be back.

First of all: we weren't eating here, but we wanted to. First attempt, on a holiday, we arrived around 8:15 p.m., and were told they couldn't accommodate us because the kitchen was closed. (The official kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m.). It seemed a bit strange to us, as quite a few tables were still occupied (>10). So far, so good; we accepted it. The next day we arrived around 7 p.m. We were told that, unfortunately, without a reservation, nothing could be done "again." The "again" showed us that the waitress from the previous day recognized us and was neither willing to look at the reservation book nor set up one of the many empty wooden tables. A look at the online reservation portal showed that 8:30 p.m. would have been an available time. There was no indication from the waitress. The day before, the kitchen was supposedly already closed at this time. Unfortunately, good service doesn't look like that. Conclusion: Without a reservation, nothing can be done. Apparently, a spontaneous visit is only possible if you meet the waitress's visual expectations. Very superficial.

We were there today. There were 10 guests. I counted, and then we were told we'd have to wait 45 minutes. So, if it had been full, that would have been fine, but 10 guests? And almost all the tables were free. This is the third time we've downgraded the rating for this reason. We used to enjoy going to Ingo's Speiselokal often, but now it's moved to the Speicher. We won't be going back. Simply disappointing... 😡 This is what it used to be: A small restaurant with an outdoor area by the harbor. A clear menu with delicious dishes. The service is friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

We've been to Ingo's several times. The menu is varied and changes with the seasons. The quality of the food is incomparable. First place in "My Local - Your Local" is more than deserved. The service is excellent and warm. Based on our experiences, we decided to hire Ingo to cater our wedding at Hohendorf Castle. And we were not disappointed. Our expectations were even exceeded. The selection, quality, and creativity of the dishes are unbeatable. Our guests were absolutely thrilled and will definitely visit Ingo's restaurant. We will definitely recommend Ingo's restaurant.

Even two months after the move, the old address was still listed in the reservation emails, and the restaurant was difficult to find because INGOS wasn't recognizable from the outside. We sat at the reserved table for 25 minutes without being served. We then left, so we can't comment on the food.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed. We went there as a family with two children. It looked promising at first. The drinks arrived quickly. Then we had to wait more than 1 hour 15 minutes for four dishes, even though the place was only half to two-thirds full. The timing needs to be reorganized. When the food arrived, one dish was wrong. After complaining about this, the response was, "I can complain to the kitchen." Hmm, that's not customer-oriented! At the thought of having to wait another hour, we accepted the food we received. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the "adult" meal, as it ruined the mood. The kids' meals are unfortunately not child-friendly: The tomato sauce for the pasta dish is more of a lemon-tomato sauce and hardly tastes of tomato. The mashed potato is also flavored with lemon. I've never experienced anything like that before. The icing on the cake came when we paid. The second waitress asked if everything was okay. After pointing out the incorrectly received dish and a long wait, she offered a half-hearted explanation that this can happen. What wasn't even offered was an apology. That's completely unacceptable! Unfortunately, I can only advise against this if you want to be treated with service and courtesy and receive your food in a reasonable time.

As repeat offenders, we visited Ingo's new location today, albeit for the first time, which is even more beautifully situated, and it is precisely this wonderful warehouse atmosphere that gives the culinary delight an extra topping👌! Absolutely perfect ambiance, even as a local you feel like you are on vacation. The menu has been updated, but Ingo remains true to his style. Regional suppliers with seasonal and regional products, that's how we like it. I chose something very special today, "baked Barther country egg in mustard sauce". Hey, you're thinking, mustard egg(?), how can you choose that in a restaurant? All I can say is, give it a try, a home-cooked classic presented at the highest level👍. For me, an absolute masterpiece, a pure eye-catcher in terms of taste and appearance. I already knew the Pomeranian beef tartare, but even that was topped today. A lovely evening, almost like being among friends, excellent guest service with a personal welcome and culinary delights. We are definitely still fans of Ingo's. Many thanks to the Ingo's team - you are great!

Ingo can cook... cheeks, catfish, and starter were great! But! The service was abysmal. When we asked about the wine list, we were told: We don't have one. This was followed by a list of house wines by the glass. After an hour, we discreetly asked why Bodden Brot was taking so long. The answer was: The receipt had been lost! Apparently this can happen even in a half-empty restaurant. But then they really get going. Not so with Ingo. We got the main course after 2 hours! I've never experienced anything like it! The service team stood at the bar the whole time, including Ingo's wife and their 10-year-old son. The guests seemed secondary. After a failure like this, you at least offer a dessert or digestif as small compensation. But not with Ingo. The Hotel Der Speicher did itself no favors by subletting. What a shame.

We went to Ingo's on July 5, 2025. I'd been wanting to eat there for a long time, and my partner surprised me with a surprise, so we made a trip from Stralsund to Barth. Unfortunately, we didn't go to the original restaurant, as a new concept is being developed there, but rather to the sterile atmosphere in the attic. That was the first disappointment; I had expected at least a small piece of the loving atmosphere to find its way here as well. Nevertheless, we were really looking forward to the meal. For starters, my partner had the house-cured salmon, "the king of the fjord," which must have fallen off its throne. Unfortunately, he didn't even notice the cure from a distance; the sea buckthorn vignaigrette was a mustard dressing, and the black radish was pickled pearl onions. I had the Caesar-style salad, and the reign of the great emperor is obviously long gone. A carelessly arranged pile of limp lamb's lettuce with two or three small pieces of radiccio and chicory hiding fearfully beneath the wilted mountain. Everything was neatly covered with Parmesan cheese that had been grated to death. The baguette was crispy and, combined with the well-seasoned tomato salsa, very tasty....my starter was therefore simply bruschetta with inedible salad. When we asked the waiter while clearing up if everything was OK, we politely voiced our criticism. All we got was a nod and the waiter didn't come back. The main course was then brought to our table by another server. My partner had Finkenwerder plaice and I had fried redfish under a wild garlic crust. The portions were large and beautifully presented, and we were looking forward to it, certain that our disappointment with the starter would now be made up for. Wrong thought. The plaice was mercilessly oversalted, and the fried potatoes were mostly burnt. The wild garlic crust was also prepared by a chef who was deeply in love, and in addition to being salty, it was also mushy, deserving of the name mush rather than crust. The perch was well prepared, still had a slightly translucent core, and would certainly have been delicious without the copious amounts of salt. The highlight of my main course was indeed the turnips. Our plates were still quite full when another server came to our table. She obviously noticed that we hadn't finished our meals, and I again politely, objectively, and friendly expressed my criticism to her. Another nod, no apology, no offer of an espresso on the house...no response. We left the restaurant very disappointed and then enjoyed some delicious fish sandwiches at the fishing boat across from "StammIngo"...we were still hungry, after all. We hope that the quality (both food and service) will improve once the restaurant returns to its home base, and we'll definitely give it another chance. However, we'll arrive with significantly lower expectations so the disappointment isn't as great.

A fresh start!!! When you reopen a restaurant after relocating, it's better to give it a few extra days to ensure a successful start. We received a voucher from our daughters and wanted to redeem it on June 18th. We had reserved a table. We were offered a table right next to the terrace entrance. Since we didn't want that, we were offered a table in the far corner. We sat down and discovered that we were exposed to direct sunlight. When we asked to lower the blinds, we were told they were broken. We then went to "Molli." Since we hadn't eaten anything and therefore can't comment on the food (which we will do soon!!!), I've given it three stars. I think Ingo will fix the issues soon, and I can correct my review. See you soon in Barth!

What a charming place! A small restaurant that could hardly be more maritime - it literally smells of harbor and good mood. And the view directly onto the Barth harbor? Absolute postcard idyll! We had reserved a reservation just to be on the safe side, but we would have been able to have a relaxed lunch even without a seat. No stress, just anticipation! The service was a real hit: super nice, quick on the ball and right away with the menu and the drink question. Less than five minutes later our beer was ready – it works for them! Then we had plaice “Finkenwerder style” and fried cod. Sure, we had to wait a bit – but good things take time. And the wait was so worth it: fresh, delicious, just really good! We felt completely comfortable and are sure – we will be back! PS: toilets? Picobello clean. Everything is just right here!

right on the harbor and the view is just great. The entrance area was friendly and maritime, and the welcome was also very pleasantly warm. The menu and drinks arrived very quickly when we were finally ready to get our fill of the establishment. The menu is small and clear, a sign for me that people still cook their own food and use little or nothing of economy ready-made products. There was an ox cheek made from Pomeranian beef (braised for 5 hours), homemade mashed potatoes with pointed cabbage salad and "surf and turf restaurant style" with fried pimentos on aioli jus. The cheek was very tender and the knife cutlery was very unnecessary. The masher had a very good taste and still had light pieces, something I really like. The surf and turf was also a surprise, I have never seen the type and presentation like that before, the meat was a little thinner but incredibly tender and delicious, the ice sea prawns were still slightly translucent and went well with the side dishes and their spices. What I really celebrated was when I saw one of the chefs serving the food himself and with a big smile on his face. When I asked him if that was normal here, he said that as a BOSS😅 it was important to him when there was time. Cool. The decoration and the ambience were very coordinated and made you forget time. I noticed that the first waitress was quite stressed when business first started until a colleague came along. Unfortunately no one asked us if everything was ok, which it was, which is always a shame. Let's come to MY important points, the toilet, it was negative that I had to turn on the light myself as well as some other things that you have to "touch" to use them like sometimes taps, soap dispensers, toilet flushes etc. Not everyone washes their hands or doesn't wash them properly. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, even the toilet paper was folded. Everything is very accessible for people with physical limitations, regardless of whether they are in a wheelchair or something similar. Of course you should always make a reservation! Can't say much about the overall cuisine, but can say something about the currywurst. Maybe the best I've ever eaten. Super tasty sausage, great hot curry sauce, crispy potato flakes with an absolutely awesome truffle mayo and even the salad on the plate was very, very tasty.

A very nice restaurant in a harbor location. The service is attentive and very friendly, the food is a poem. Everything is homemade and you can taste it too. We particularly recommend the currywurst with the great sauce and the truffle mayo with the potato dippers.

It was our first time in this restaurant and we ordered the Valentine's Day menu. Unfortunately, all the menu guests were squeezed into a small corner. The ambience could have been a little more romantic, there were neither flowers on the table nor candles lit. Overall, we would have liked more attention. But the boss was mostly busy with the apparently well-known guests at the neighboring tables. At the beginning we were given a drink without explaining what it was. The individual courses were well-intentioned in terms of quantity but were too big. The starters didn't really convince us; the winter asparagus and Brussels sprouts were still too raw. The fresh bread served with it, however, was delicious. The intermediate course Barther Landei was very good. The main course: beef brisket: meat good, sauce too sour, mashed sweet potatoes unfortunately unappetizing color. The cannelloni pasta was a little too al dente and only lukewarm. The dessert was fine except for the cuts. For a Valentine's Day menu, there were too many onions in the dishes for our taste and there shouldn't have been so many peppercorns. In contrast to the other guests, we had to wait quite a long time for our main course. At the next table there was an old plum for the guests, but unfortunately not for us.

Four of us ate there. Unfortunately, we waited a good 20 minutes for service before one of us had to push in. The rest actually went pretty quickly. The food was served on slate platters. "Cheese in a Full Beard" was served with a cheese syringe, which the server injected into the burger. Original, but unfortunately, there was not enough cheese. "Colorful Feathered Beef" was unfortunately a bit cold, and I found the red and yellow burger bun dry. The red bottom part was difficult to cut. I also think it wasn't quite as advertised on the menu, but oh well, it tasted okay. "Wilde Hilde" and "Full Beard Salad" were tasty. They skimped on the salt in the side of fries. They also missed giving us cutlery, but we were promptly replaced. Unfortunately, when clearing up, there was no question about feedback or whether there was anything else we could get. Bad luck. It's also strange and questionable from a hygiene perspective that the staff wring out the rags (presumably for the tables) in a bucket in the lobby, as if there were no running water inside.
