We had dinner there today and were positively surprised in every respect! The service was great, relaxed friendly staff. You can't help but rave about the food, the burgers were just great and the fries were nice and crispy. All in all, the restaurant and the staff absolutely deserve a full 5 stars!

Get a spot spontaneously. Great facility, a super friendly team and delicious food. :-) Recommendation if you don't feel like eating fish. ☺️

Hello, I had dinner there yesterday and was quite disappointed, the burger was good but... the egg was supposed to be hard, it wasn't, I ordered sweet potatoes with it which I didn't get, I wanted a small cola and I got a large one which I did then you should pay etc. My colleague didn't get his starter either. We were there today during our vacation. Because of the top reviews, we wanted to try it out; CONCLUSION: Really recommended, great menu designed with humor and sometimes different dishes than usual. There is also a lot to choose from for children and vegetarians. The food was really delicious - whether it was a burger or a schnitzel. Service 1a, prices a bit higher

We were in the Vollbarth restaurant twice last year during our vacation in Barth and this year we went from Zingst to Barth because of the great burgers and because our children thought it was so great last year... and we actually highly recommend it again... Service, food and ambience great... very child friendly...

Went to Vollbarth for the first time with friends today. The ambience was excellent and the food was amazing. I had a Karl Dall and haven't had such a good burger in a long time. We had burgers, the goat cheese and the small chicken nugs. The Nuggets were the only ones worthy of their name on the entire holiday. Service very friendly. Really great and worth recommending. Oh yes, not exactly unimportant: there is actually a restaurant that takes cards, even Visa!

Discovered this location on the first day of our vacation here on the Baltic Sea. Super nice service and mega burgers!!! Prepared with love and care, the absolutely good taste is impressive! I'm a regular, but I don't even particularly like burgers. Even for non-burger lovers there is something for everyone, whether vegetarian, schnitzel, flank steak or maybe just a cocktail, with the Sex on the Bodden being my favorite. Sandra, the good soul of the house, turns the Vollbarth into a kind of second living room and, with her warm manner, always makes you feel more than welcome. I just love it and can only warmly recommend the Vollbarth 🩷 Just go and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed 🤤

Cute on the inside, ok on the outside. People are very friendly if a bit overwhelmed. An hour until the first burger is a bit long.

We are specially from Wieck a.d. Went here and didn't regret it. Excellent food, nice service. We reserved the next table straight away. But you have to make a reservation! While we were eating, at least 20 people came without reservations and unfortunately had to be instructed.

We were here on holiday and were very impressed by the pleasant ambience with light and interior design and the very friendly and helpful service, but the burgers also went a step further and the "wild deer" was a bomb and we can only recommend it also the desserts. (A table was reserved again just 3 days later). Can only recommend it.

Had dinner there today. Due to the good reviews, expectations were correspondingly high. But unfortunately we were disappointed. Everything seems a bit chaotic. The order was quick, but the drinks only arrived after 15 minutes. Our reserved table was also dirty from the previous guest (caraway seeds). The sweet potato fries were a catastrophe (I know the striped version - I would consider taking them), at least visually. The burger was good, the beef paddie was big enough and tasted juicy. Why people have to add cheese oasis with a syringe is a mystery to me. Ketchup and mayonnaise were also ordered, but this was pointed out again when the food was brought out. In the end we didn't get the sauces. It was too stupid for me to point it out a third time. The burger buns were ready-made. I would have expected something homemade here. Conclusion: You can do it once - but not a second time

Great ambience, very, very tasty food and great service. The menu and the names of the various dishes also show that a lot of thought has been put into everything here. There is a lot of love in the details here.

A really highly recommended restaurant! Great food and the price is right too! Small criticism, but really not crucial, we had a citizen with an extra cheese syringe, this was very little. Very cool idea because the injection is only made into the citizen at the table, but it could be a little more for an additional cost! We will come back next time and we hope to have many satisfied guests after us!

So highly recommended by the users here. Disappointed me in all respects. The kitchen closed very early, so we went there the next day. The service was extremely unfriendly, I first asked if I could charge my cell phone and it wasn't there. Then the food came, one of 4 burgers was delicious. I found a hair in my food, which then communicated to the waitress (a tattooed woman) and she just replied "ok".... that speaks for itself So all in all really disappointing and not worth it at all for the money The shop is lovingly and humorously furnished.

The Vollbarth Burger Restaurant impressed me right from the start! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff is friendly and attentive. But of course the best thing is the burgers - they are simply delicious! The selection of burgers is large and varied, there is something for every taste. The patties are juicy and perfectly grilled, the buns are fresh and crispy. There is also a large selection of side dishes and sauces that complete the taste experience. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired, whether freshly tapped Guinness or delicious craft beers - everyone will find something to suit them here. All in all, I can only warmly recommend the Vollbarth. Everything is just right here: food, service, ambience. Definitely worth a visit!

A little too dark inside, BUT everything else is perfect. The schnitzel portion is huge and everything else fills you up well too. Everything tasted very tasty, the service was always friendly. We would like to come again.

We ordered food. 2 citizens and 2 steakhouse fries for 39 euros! After the interesting and cheeky card, expectations were very high! There is also no designation about the breed of meat... Normally you only charge 7 VAT when selling away from home! For 39 euros I expect crispy fries and 2 great burgers! At least add mayo or ketchup. See the pictures with the raw meat for yourself! I hope the chef just had a bad day...an apology would also have been appropriate. The location surprised me from the outside, but inside they made it very comfortable.

We ate very well for six people at the Burger Bar Vollbarth on two evenings in a row. A big compliment to the cook Sandra, it was excellent. Also praise for Chrissie (I don't know if it was spelled correctly), Stephan and Thomas for the open and friendly service. A really good, great team… We'll definitely come back. Particularly worth mentioning is the card box with inspiring questions, which lead to stimulating conversations.

What can you say?! Without further ado, we were hungry for burgers and found probably the best burger restaurant in the Vorpommern Rügen district. The service was great, tacos as a starter and a really massive burger as the main course. We thought it was really tasty and will definitely come back one time or another. Keep it up👍

Very great ambience from the stylish furnishings to the very friendly staff. The food was extremely tasty and highly recommended. The burger variants were very unusual and the sauces were great, a full explosion of taste. The cheddar tip, which was given by the waiter with a syringe, was particularly special was injected into the burger. So definitely a 12/10 in the rating. We'll definitely be back.

Whenever I'm nearby, I take the opportunity to pay a visit to Vollbarth. Great service, delicious food (constantly new ideas for varied burgers), Guinness on tap... Whether it's an entertaining detour without a long wait or a long evening with delicious drinks - every visit is worth it.

Das Restaurant war gut gefüllt und eigentlich sitzt man da auch echt gut, leider war es etwas kühl darin. Die Kellnerin war gut drauf und hatte immer einen lockeren Spruch parat um die längere Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Das Essen war für meinen Geschmack etwas kühl, aber trotzdem lecker. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wollten Silvester in Barth abends nur einen Wein trinken, sind überall abgeblitzt aber hier wurden wir herzlich begrüßt.

Einfach super, das Personal ist einfach gigantisch so wie das Essen! Der Chef kann sehr stolz auf das Essen und sein Personal sein!! Danke für diese toller Erfahrung!!

Ich war mit 4 Personen dort. Das Essen ist hervorragend und schmeckt super. Vom Preis ist okay. Etwas kühl war es dort, besser noch ein warmen Pullover anziehen. Ist sehr gut besucht, ich hatte ,,Gott sei Dank'' vorher reserviert. Vor allem man wird satt, obwohl es wenig aussieht.

5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht. Die Burger sind lecker, selbstgemacht und frisch. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und modern. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und beraten auch die etwas unentschlossene Gäste. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen und komme auch gern wieder, wenn ich in Barth bin.

Da kann ich nur sagen - top und weiter so. Es war ein sehr geschmackhafter und zufriedener Abend.

Der Empfang war nicht so freundlich, da wir mit 2 Kleinkindern gekommen sind, wie wir bei der Reservierung aber auch angegeben haben. Für den Kinderwagen wäre kein Platz, kam sofort. Als dann doch Platz gefunden wurde, war die Bedienung aber alles andere als freundlich. Zu erst wurde uns erklärt, was es heute alles nicht mehr gibt. Das sitzen auf der Fensterbank, deren Höhe überhaupt nicht zu den Tauchen passt, war für uns eher nicht so optimal. Und nun zum Essen. Für uns hat Preis-Leistung einfach nicht gestimmt. Die Burger klein und teilweise sehr trocken, aber zu stolzen Preisen. Für 4 Euro eine Portion Pommes, die man immer noch dazu kaufen muss. Diese Portion hat so gerade für meine 1,5 Jahre alte Tochter gereicht, sollte es aber auch normal für einen Erwachsenen. Wir waren mit Freunden da, die in Barth wohnen. Auch diese waren nicht begeistert und wirklich satt waren wir am Ende alle nicht und auch nicht begeistert von der Gastfreundlichkeit, sobald man Kinder mitbringt. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Barth, werden wir das Vollbarth wahrscheinlich nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Wir waren in unserem Urlaub mehrmals im Vollbarth essen und es war jedesmal ein gelungener Restaurantbesuch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Meinen alkoholfreien Cocktail, den es nicht auf der Karte gab, habe ich sehr genossen. Die Burger sind saftig und lecker und Kombinationen, die wir so noch nicht gegessen haben. Die beiden Veggi Burger waren auch sehr lecker und so auch noch nirgends angetroffen. Der Veggi Patty war kein industriell hergestellter sondern aus Bohnen und Linsen selbst hergestellter leckerer Patty. Unsere Tochter war begeistert. Macht weiter so!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Urlaub wieder!!!

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Abend im Vollbarth und wurden von den Mädels liebevoll umsorgt! Hier wird auf jeden Gast eingegangen - sogar auf die kleinsten! Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt, der Service war spitze und man merkt, dass in diesem Restaurant ganz viel Liebe steckt! Wir haben direkt für unseren letzten Urlaubstag noch einmal einen Tisch reserviert und freuen uns auf einen erneuten Besuch im Vollbarth!

10 Sterne für Freundlichkeit und Sympathie !!!! Essen ist sehr gut. Ich hatte Bruschetta und war sehr zufrieden. Man merkt, spürt und schmeckt, wenn Leute ihren Job lieben 🫶 Unbedingt reservieren !

Wir waren 9 Gäste, alle sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen und der freundlichen Bedienung. In dieser Jahreszeit hätten wir uns etwas wärmer für die lange Zeit anziehen sollen. Aber das tat allem keinen Abbruch. Wir gehen mal wieder hin.

Een uitgebreide kaart met allerlei types burgers. Aan het eten ligt het niet zozeer. De entourage, de sfeer is echter niet goed. Je hebt weinig privacy. En iedereen kan op elkaars bord kijken omdat er geen intieme zitjes zijn.

Super Restaurant, top Service, schönes Ambiente... Durften, nach Rücksprache, sogar mit den Hunden rein.... Essen .... Absolute Spitze. Flank Steak auf dem Punkt gebracht, geschmacklich sehr gut und die Portionsgröße passend. Der Burger mit dem Hühnchen auch sehr gut, mein Sohn meinte die Soße war der Hammer 😁 und ich hatte den Kleinen Vollbarth... Köstlich und genau die richtige Portionsgröße, da zuvor gefüllte Tacos und Tortillas probiert wurden. Als Nachtisch dann noch die Schokobombe.... Der perfekte Abschluss... Schokokuchen mit flüssigem Kern.... Dazu Vanilleeis.... Köstlich... Schokobombe pur. Und Preislich top. Einen sehr sehr schönen Abend hier verbracht! Gerne wieder.
