Restaurant & Pension Eshramo in Barth

We stayed at Eshramo for a long weekend. The restaurant and the guesthouse made a very good impression. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very good and always friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend it.

We had wonderful days in and around Barth, and the guesthouse played a significant role in that. We wish the team continued success in providing guests with the same satisfaction we enjoyed.

Very tasty food, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and even brought water for our dog immediately. The fish and shrimp were super delicious, as were the homemade potato pancakes.

City location, yet a 5-minute walk to the harbor. Only short-term parking is available in front of the hotel. Very nice rooms, attentive service.

The food wasn't bad but overall the taste wasn't convincing

I thought a rump steak couldn't impress me anymore. This rump steak with fried potatoes and mushrooms did the trick. Highly recommended! The room was great. Clean, good beds, comfortable, and a great view from the balcony. Very friendly service.

It's okay! It could be better! What really disappointed me was the breakfast! There was no choice at breakfast! No fried eggs, no vegan option, no lactose-free milk! So, breakfast was without anything, just bread, cheese, and butter! The room wasn't cleaned properly; the floor was dirty! The service was okay, but one person gave a terrible answer when we asked for a fried egg! Not all of the staff were friendly! Good location!

We spent our vacation nearby and went there for dinner one evening. So, I can only comment on the restaurant, not the rooms. We were able to reserve a table at short notice without any problems. The service was very friendly and attentive, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, and there are several outdoor seating areas. We didn't have to wait long for the food – the three of us thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was also beautifully presented. The prices are fair – what more could you want? We definitely recommend it; we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there more often if the journey weren't so far 🙂

We had dinner there at the end of our vacation. The service was very friendly, and the food came quickly. It was a nice, filling portion. It also tasted very good. What we didn't like so much was the way the meal was put together, as you couldn't keep track of the price.

We spent our lunch break here during a bike tour and had a delicious meal.

We ate there for the first time and were all thrilled. The children's menu, which they usually only skim through, was read aloud several times by the kids, and they were happy to finally order their "thingy" dish. The selection, freshness, and taste of the food were wonderful and truly delicious. The service was attentive and very friendly. The ambiance, both inside and outside, was truly delightful. A place where we all said we'd love to come back and bring our family and friends. Many thanks to the team and for this wonderful experience.

The location is very nice, especially outside on the market square. The service was unprofessional at first. But after I made a comment, it improved considerably. The food was good and freshly prepared. (You could taste it.) In Berlin, it would have only received four stars, but for a small restaurant, the quality was good. Hence, five stars for the food. The service only deserved three. Hence, an average of four.

I visited the restaurant yesterday, but overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Visually, the food was beautifully presented—eating is a feast for the eyes, as we all know. However, the taste didn't impress me at all. I was even still hungry at the end, which is really disappointing when eating out. The waitress was very young, who seemed nice but didn't seem particularly interested in honest feedback. When she asked me if I enjoyed the food, she immediately asked if she could clear the plates. I got the impression that she wasn't really interested in my answer—at least I couldn't argue with her. Overall, there was a lack of genuine motivation and warmth. Unfortunately, it wasn't a satisfying experience for me, and I won't be visiting the restaurant again or recommending it to anyone.

As "locals," we eat at this very tasteful and friendly restaurant almost weekly. The staff and the owners are always super friendly and try to accommodate all our special requests, which isn't always easy when you order a Spaghetti Bolognese pizza. Eshramo has truly perfected the pizza; the portions are very generous, and the price is therefore absolutely reasonable. We give it a consistent 5*****! My tip: Just order the Salerno pizza as a calzone... perfect!

Traveling by bike. Until checkout, I would have said "simple but recommended." The food in the restaurant's outdoor area was very good, as was the service. The parking in the courtyard was ideal—although there was only one power outlet for about eight bikes. A comment upon checkout that this was very limited and that a cable reel would solve many problems was met with "You wouldn't believe what guests steal." One rude response after another also followed when I pointed out that the bill was incorrectly issued. In short: sometimes a personal oversight can seriously dampen the overall impression.

I had a Duroc pork chop here, and I can only say it was the first piece of fat on the bone I've ever had. It's a disgrace of the chef to even put something like that in the pan. One star is too many!!!!!

The food was very good. We had the baked chicken breast with goat cheese twice. The meat was a bit dry, but the side dishes were very good. See picture. We'll definitely be back again.

Wir haben Barth erstmals als Ostsee- /Boddenziel besucht und sind sehr positiv überrascht von Stadt und Hotel. Hotel: Perfekt am Markt gelegen mit sehr freundlichem u. sympathischem Personal. Wir hatten ein Superior DZ mit riesigem Balkon und Blick über die Altstadt gen Norden. Das Zimmer inkl. Bad ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll saniert worden. Restaurant: Mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtetes und geschmackvolles Abendessen. Stadt: Besonders die Altstadt bis Hafenbereich überzeugen, auch wegen der zahlreichen Restaurants mit Boddenblick. Wasser geht immer. Neues war noch im Bau. Wir haben einen Abend bei Mojito auf der urigen, leicht schwankenden Granitz im Hafen genossen.

We happened to end up there for a drink while on vacation - it was an absolute stroke of luck. When the weather is good you can sit outside and it is also very comfortable inside. The staff is an absolute 10/10 mega attentive, friendly and competent. The food is also a 10/10 and prices are no higher than other places in the town. We ate there twice, had a drink twice and ordered pizzas to take away on one day and that went absolutely smoothly. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to eat there more often in a week - it would definitely have always been great. Thank you very much, it was absolutely great 👍👍👍. If you want to eat in Barth you can't avoid this place 😊

Today we attended an event in the vaulted cellar called "Brunch for One"... a performance with three courses of food. It was very entertaining and funny, the food was delicious, and the evening was truly a success.

This restaurant also did not respond to the online reservation after 3 days. Apparently the restaurateurs in Barth don't need it and can do without guests even in the off-season. Why the reservation option is even offered is a mystery to me.

Very nicely furnished restaurant right on the market square with outdoor seating. Food is freshly made, beautifully prepared and the price-performance ratio is also right. Large antipasti with serano ham salad with great balsamic dressing, chorizo ​​sausage, pepperoni and very small cocktail tomatoes was enough for 2 people. 3 fish fillets for the main course, each fillet had its own taste and the garlic prawns were on point.

Stayed there overnight and had breakfast. Very nice team, nice room and breakfast with everything your heart desires. Of course it's not quiet in the market square during the day, but at night it was totally quiet. Gladly again at any time and a very clear recommendation!

I can only say something about the restaurant here. The pizzas come in two sizes and are very good. As a starter I once had the shrimp pan with 12 kl. Shrimp for €19.90. I found this to be quite overpriced. Otherwise the prices are typical for the area. high.

Waren mit der Familie und haben 5 Gerichte bestellt. 2 Pizzen, die Salami kam mit einer Käsemischung (kein Mozzarella, sondern Gouda oder ähnliches) und Disounter-Salami, die definitiv nicht mitgebacken war, sondern einfach nachträglich draufgelegt wurde. Die zweite Pizza war ähnlich schlecht, beide zudem extrem salzig. Würde behaupten, dass es einige TK-Pizzen gibt, die besser sind. Das Kinderschnitzel war durchzogen von Sehnen und auch das Gericht war sehr salzig. Die beiden anderen Gerichte (Pasta und eine Vorspeise) waren ok, aber auch übersalzen. Waren also wirklich alles andere als begeistert, hatte nicht mehr als Imbiss-Qualität. Service war freundlich aber auch nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Werden also definitiv nicht mehr kommen und können das Restaurant somit nicht weiterempfehlen.

That was really neat. We sat outside in lovely weather and it was great with the parasols. The food was very fresh and tasty with nice dishes. Good service, what more could you want.

There were three of us in the beer garden and had pasta with chanterelles and a small pizza. Unfortunately my wife had the chanterelles and all the other ingredients, like sauce! 😏 I had dry pasta for 18 euros. The chef hadn't yet learned that the sauce always flows downward in the pan. My dear wife has given me one or two pegs. But that didn't work with the sauce. 😭 You could also see it in my dry, empty bowl afterwards. I also showed this to the waiter and told him to train the chef.. 😉 Well... It's a bit annoying afterwards... But mother-in-law paid. But I still thought I'd have a coffee or something...The waiter then disappeared. Good waiter... 😉 🙋‍♂️ 😂 The picture is my wife's noodles. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture... 😱 Don't know if we'll eat there again...

Went there for the first time last night at short notice. Even though all tables were reserved and the restaurant was visibly fully booked, we were able to be assigned a table. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food I have to say was really delicious. And also absolutely visually appealing. My highlight, however, was the dessert. Outstanding. Conclusion: highly recommended 👍👍👌👌

Very tasty pizzas and pasta dishes

A very clean and cozy room and excellent breakfast! The fountain in front of the house had a soothing bubbling sound, which unfortunately was turned off at 10 p.m. Then back on in the morning. In the morning you weren't woken up by a rooster, but by a black-headed gull sitting on the fountain in front of the house! We'd love to come back!

We have been to this restaurant several times and it has always been good. However, the last visit a few days ago was a tasteless failure. Tagliatelle Salmone Summer, sounds good, the portion was OK too, enough salmon in it, but now here's the thing: the whole meal had absolutely no taste, it tasted of absolutely NOTHING. Only after salting it 5 times was it even somewhat edible. Asking whether everything was OK only led to the bill, which was almost €20 per dish. Not a word of apology or a coffee on the house. We definitely won't be coming back, it's a shame that the paying guest in a holiday region is only viewed as a passing item.

The restaurant unfortunately fell to a low level. Had the food returned for the second time. I ordered pike perch fillet with Mediterranean vegetables and rosemary potatoes. I got a very lifeless mixture of peppers, mushy potatoes that probably saw rosemary and bone-dry pike-perch with an indefinable tasteless cream mush. To save your honor: The court was not calculated.

Das Zimmer war dreckig und entsprach nicht den Hygienestandards. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unangemessen, das Frühstück war um 7 Uhr nicht fertig, obwohl bezahlt wurde. Das Personal war unprofessionell und konnte weder eine Rechnung ausstellen noch den Check-in ordentlich durchführen. Ich konnte das bezahlte Frühstück nicht einnehmen, da es nicht rechtzeitig bereit war. Es ist dringend erforderlich, dass das Personal geschult wird, um den Service zu verbessern.

We only ate in the restaurant... but that was great!!!

The hotel is located right on the market square and you can quickly reach everything, both the lagoon and the shops in the city. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and the food is world class. Whether just for good food or for a relaxing holiday, Pension Eshramo is wonderful and I'm already looking forward to my next visit there.

On the occasion of our daughter's youth consecration, we chose Eshramo for catering because it is already our restaurant of choice for pizza and pasta in Barth. The food we chose arrived on time and very hot, the quality of the food was very good and tasty and perfect for the number of people specified. From the preliminary discussion to delivery, everything went well. We can only say thank you again to Mr. Krebs and the Eshramo team and highly recommend the restaurant and catering service. Ausgesprochen freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker zubereitet. Wir hatten das Glück das Essen draußen unter den Bäumen einzunehmen, da das Wetter mitspielte. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind modern und neu. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Marmelade in Einzelgläsern serviert wird. Das ist aber klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A great restaurant, in a first-class location, right on the market square in beautiful Barth. Here you will be treated to exceptionally good cuisine. This time we had the pizza with herring, absolutely recommended for anyone who likes it maritime. The antipasti plate is also something for the spoiled palate! A great, very friendly team, everything always invites you to stop by and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in Eshramo. Of course, praise for everyone in the kitchen should not be missing!!! Today we were guests at Eshramo again after a long time and were very surprised. Just for fun, I asked for a “Hamburger Schnitzel with fried potatoes…” 😊 “Of course no problem” was the answer and I, as a schnitzel lover/“connoisseur”, was hugely surprised with a delicious schnitzel with two fried eggs and really good fried potatoes… (not fried or simply warmed but beautifully served with herbs, leeks and crunchy onions… )👍👍👍 The price was completely right… We eat out relatively often at the local restaurants in the area... but I have rarely eaten such a delicious schnitzel dish 😊 Many friends of our family and I would be very happy about this addition to the menu 😉👍 So feel free to ask for a dish of your choice (maybe schnitzel with spiced meat) or something similar 😊 Happy to come back 👋👋

We had dinner at Eshramo. the main course was very tasty and a little different from the mainstream. really good. the service excellent. The only criticism is the dessert. The lemon sorbet costs €8.90. It's a scoop of ice cream (in my opinion from the package), a "clear" berry topping and 4 slices of Jell-O. The profit margin seems to be very generous. with all the support for the catering industry... that's too intense!

Room was great, with fridge directly to the market square. Rich breakfast, nice service. Parking a bit remote, first come, first parked, no parking reservation possible. The entire city center is now a parking zone. Gladly again 🙂👍
