The price/performance ratio is incredibly good. The service is very good. And with the view of the water, the ambiance is unbeatable. And the food is so delicious!

The marina itself has a certain charm, and even from a distance, you can see an inviting restaurant. That impression from afar is confirmed. Everything is well-maintained, tidy, and appealing. We were greeted by very friendly staff. The food was superb. Absolutely. And very generous portions at a perfect price-performance ratio. And now I'll let you in on a little secret: I've eaten there at least 5 or 6 times already :-) and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Just so you know who's writing this: The one who paid with the ring :-)

Small dogs are not allowed inside. I've never experienced such a dog-hating restaurant before.

Attracted by the menu, we went to the busy restaurant for lunch with our little dog. The waitress immediately assigned us a table. However, when it came to ordering, we were escorted out. The reason: dogs are not allowed here! Thanks for the untimely behavior.

We spontaneously called for dinner, and despite the full house, they made it possible. The steak was amazing; we'll definitely be back! All the other dishes looked incredibly delicious, and we all left empty plates.

The service was utterly unacceptable. When asked if our dog was allowed in the restaurant, she said no, but recommended we sit on the terrace. A nice idea for rainy weather with 13 degrees and gusts of wind. We're sure we can find something better.

We went for lunch today. The chairs were immediately replaced because they were obviously damp. Very friendly service, and there was hardly any wait time from ordering to serving. The delicious salmon was a bit too much, but they were happy to pack it for us. All in all, definitely recommended. One thing remains an unsolved mystery. What's hidden under "cough drops" on the bill? The stomach was wonderful after the delicious meal. A stomach from Usedom. 🤔

We were very satisfied. We had plaice and the gourmet plate with salmon, both with fried potatoes. The fish and the fried potatoes were absolutely delicious.

So, first of all, all the best. The restaurant is very nicely located right on the harbor. Friendly staff and good service. The food was good, BUT: €5.60 for a 0.4-liter Rostock Pilsner. That's equivalent to €7.00 for a 0.5-liter... REALLY...?! I personally find a gross profit markup of approximately 1.400% unreasonable, and I'm very familiar with the industry and also aware of all the problems faced by entrepreneurs. In my opinion, the prices shown in the (old) pictures (for drinks) are reasonable... P.S. The prices for the (good) food are reasonable.

Hi, We often stay in Bath at the campsite near the sailing club. We like to take the opportunity to treat ourselves to a meal at the Vinetablick restaurant. Recently, my wife ordered fish soup and I ordered a Flotter Moppi (a kind of fried fish). After repeatedly reminding my wife of the truth, she said: "The fish soup is divine. It really contains lots of fish pieces and tastes excellent..." My Flotter Moppi (a kind of fried fish) was tasty and plentiful, although I made a small change to the menu: fries instead of the baked potato. The drinks were rhubarb spritzer and a Coke with a dash of apple juice. The meal and drinks were reasonably priced. We will definitely stop by again on our next trip.

Super delicious food at reasonable prices.

For the €7.20 starter salad, I expect fresh salad in the summer, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was canned green beans and barely anything else. I think the mushrooms in the schnitzel with mushrooms and cream sauce were also canned. Beer prices like these make you lose the desire for beer. Otherwise, the service was polite, and the view of the harbor was beautiful.

Unfortunately disappointing – and on my birthday, too. We actually really like the restaurant and have been there several times – but this visit was all the more disappointing. I ordered "salmon in herb butter" as a main course (€22.40), but received a plate that felt more like an appetizer: two small pieces of salmon, some melon, a few slices of cucumber and orange – that was it. The taste was okay, but for the price and as a main course, it was absolutely not enough. The melon was "recommended" to me during the conversation, but had I known how it was served, I would have politely declined. Unfortunately, I left the restaurant hungry – on my birthday. PS: The children's menu is no longer available either!! It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed going there.

What we really liked was the view and the fish soup. The rest wasn't satisfactory. We ordered the fish platter and the perch fillet with fried potatoes. The fish was dry, meaning it had been killed twice. Three full-time staff and three temporary staff served us. We're not used to so much variety. The temporary staff didn't seem very motivated. We left the restaurant dissatisfied.

The view from the terrace is beautiful... The service is excellent. We ordered medium rump steak with fried potatoes...I got a shoe sole with croquettes...my wife's fish was more like a breaded washcloth... But since it took so long, we didn't send it back because we wanted to go home...

Nice view, but that's all... There's no children's menu, and upon request, the only food available is chicken nuggets, nothing more. We're used to more child-friendly restaurants. Our meal, each of which was pike-perch fillet, once with herb butter, once with lemongrass and lemon sauce (dish of the day), had a lot of bones. It was poorly presented, and the salad wasn't worth mentioning—a lettuce leaf with dry grated carrots and an orange slice. The lemongrass sauce was musty and didn't taste like lemongrass at all. It's a shame, we'd hoped for more. And all of that for €65, including drinks.

Great restaurant with a view over the harbor

I've never experienced such a customer-unfriendly restaurant. We wanted to eat there with nine people for my grandfather's birthday. For those unfamiliar: there are two rooms, a nice one and one that looks like an ancient fishing pub. We couldn't book the nice room. Even though it was supposed to be a birthday dinner, and even though we explicitly said we wanted the nice room, the staff would have seated us in the much less nice room "as needed." Dogs aren't allowed. Dogs aren't allowed. I accept that, it's not my restaurant, but when I politely asked if I could bring my dog ​​as an exception, if she stayed in her car the whole time. Despite explaining that she couldn't be left alone because she had surgery last week, I was very rudely and harshly turned away. When I asked if we could change our reservation so that everyone could sit outside, I was told again that they don't take reservations outside. I then called again half an hour before dinner to see if there was room outside. They said there was "STILL room." When I asked if they could push tables together outside, the man on the phone said (again extremely rudely) that they don't take reservations outside. Not even for the half hour until our appointment. So I didn't go. It's very annoying how inflexible and unfriendly the staff there are.

We planned to visit the restaurant today at 5 p.m. We had read in previous reviews about longer wait times, but we felt it was rude that after waiting 10 minutes in the garden, no server had even looked at us. There were only a few customers in the dining room, the staff were chatting among themselves, and none of the tables had a "reserved" sign. So we sat down and waited again. When a waitress finally noticed us, she loudly asked all the other waitresses who had seated us at that table and whether we had reserved a table. Since everyone said no, we were asked in the same tone to move or be finished by 6 p.m. at the latest. So we don't know how good the food is. But we do know that we won't be visiting the restaurant with such unfriendly service again.

I went there for dinner today and was unfortunately quite disappointed. The food used to taste much better – this time it was rather bland and unimpressive. The waitress was unfriendly, and the overall service was almost nonexistent. I found it particularly unpleasant that I didn't want to leave a tip because I wasn't satisfied with the meal. Nevertheless, the manager simply kept the change and thanked me for the "tip" – even though I clearly expected to get it back. I found that very inappropriate and, frankly, rude. For me, this was definitely the last visit.

We went there for the first time because of the good reviews. First of all, the value for money is great. The service is on point. One small note: if everyone wore the same T-shirt, it would definitely make a better impression. The fries and salad were great. Only the schnitzel was a bit too thick for us; we're used to pounding it thin, and one schnitzel was very marbled. That was a shame. The ambiance could use some sprucing up.

Food was delicious, service was okay. The menu is really good, the food was delicious, and it came quickly. But somehow we didn't feel welcome. We didn't get a smile, and we were grateful to be served.

I ate here: turkey steak with "cream mushroom sauce" and rice from the daily special. The food would have been a grade-4. The meat was okay, cooked all the way through and a bit dry and tough, but perfectly edible. The "cream sauce" was a pre-made mush with canned mushrooms that was completely tasteless. The rice was sticky and mushy. The side salad was old and wilted, and partly spoiled. I ate the meat, at least, because I was hungry. The best thing was the Rostock dark beer that came with it.

Seeluft im Hafen von Barth macht durstig; und so kamen wir wegen der Lage direkt neben den Segelyachten ins Restaurant Vinetablick. Obwohl wir nur etwas trinken wollten, schauten wir in die Karte. Der Appetit kommt beim Lesen- auf eine Kleinigkeit. Würzfleisch und Fischsuppe. Klasse! Die beste Fischsuppe, welche mir jeweils serviert wurde. Wir haben sogleich für das Abendessen einen Tisch reserviert und sind wiedergekommen. An diesem Tag wurde als besonderes Highlight Tomahawk Steak vom Rind angeboten. Das machte neugierig und ich war begeistert. Ich bekam die Möglichkeit, mich bei der jungen Köchin zu bedanken , welcher wir für ihre Zukunft maximale Erfolge wünschen. Unser künftiges Stammlokal in Barth haben wir hiermit gefunden.

There's not really much going on in Barth. It was lunchtime and now we had to find a restaurant. We found what we were looking for at the harbor. Friendly and courteous service. Our little dog also felt comfortable here. The food came quickly and was plentiful and very tasty. We can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

There are large portions here. In my opinion the portions are way too big, but if you're really hungry you'll get enough here. My tomahawk cutlet with fried potatoes and vegetables was very tender and tasty. Unfortunately the sauce was quite thick and therefore not that good. The restaurant is always busy, so you can't always get a seat despite the outdoor seating.
