Das Essen war sehr gut!! Aber der Service war langsam und unaufmerksam. 15 Minuten hat es gedauert bis die erste Getränkebestellung aufgenommen wurde. Man sollte auch im hinteren Bereich ( wo‘s zu den Toiletten geht ) öfters nach den Gästen schauen.

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Das Lokal ist gemütlich, sauber und angenehm. Der junge Mann, der uns bediente, war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Im wesentlichen wird Pinsa und Pasta angeboten. Die probierte Pinsa war aus einem sehr guten Teig und lecker. Pasta hatten wir eine mit Salsiccia und Waldpilzen, hier war die Sauce geschmacklich in Ordnung, und Spaghetti Bolognese, hier war die Sauce sehr geschmackslos. Die Portion Bolognese war groß, die Pasta mit Salsiccia eher klein. Leider waren an diesem Samstag alle Gerichte mit Trüffel ausverkauft was erst nach der Bestellung aufgefallen ist. Leider gab es auch kein Bier mehr außer Hefeweizen oder Flaschenbiere. Drinnen ist es sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Extrem hilfsbereit! Wir haben über Uber Eats bestellt, aber die Lieferung war leider sehr schlecht. Laut App war der Fahrer über eine Stunde mit unserem bereits abgeholten Essen unterwegs, sodass es kalt bei uns ankam. Deshalb hat mein Partner im Restaurant angerufen, um zu klären, ob das Essen wirklich schon so lange unterwegs war. Dabei wurden wir total positiv überrascht: Der Chef war extrem freundlich, hat alles transparent erklärt und uns sogar angeboten, uns bei der Meldung an Uber zu helfen. Außerdem hat er uns, obwohl das Problem nicht beim Restaurant lag, einen Rabatt für einen Besuch vor Ort angeboten. So viel Verständnis und Engagement erlebt man selten. Trotz der eigentlich ärgerlichen Situation sind wir mit einem sehr positiven Eindruck vom Restaurant geblieben und werden definitiv auch einmal persönlich vorbeikommen. (Das Essen war auch kalt sehr lecker)

Unser Wohnzimmer der Stadt - sei es auf einem Kaffee in der Sonne oder auf ein Sati Spritz in der Abendsonne. Das Essen ist hier dauerhaft ein Highlight und auch wenn man nicht weis was man möchte ist man mit der Vorspeiseplatte begeistert 🤩. Anschließend der Nachtisch mit dem selbstgemachten Tiramisu der Burner. Man kann draußen zwischen Olivenbäumen sitzen oder drinnen und hat super Aussicht aufs Puplikum.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Wir haben hier über eine Stunde gewartet, während Gäste, die nach uns gekommen sind, bereits ihr Essen bekommen, gegessen und sogar schon fertig waren – unser Essen kam immer noch nicht. Wir haben unsere Bestellung anhand von Bildern gezeigt, aber niemand hat uns darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein anderes Gericht handelt. Als die Vorspeise schließlich kam, war sie komplett anders als das, was wir bestellt hatten. Als wir das angesprochen haben, kam der Besitzer zu uns und hat uns vorgeworfen, wir sollten nicht anhand von Bildern bestellen. Er meinte, die Gerichte würden täglich wechseln – aber genau darüber hat uns vorher niemand informiert. Insgesamt ein extrem enttäuschender Besuch mit sehr schlechtem Service. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend im lo Spaghetto D’oro. Das Essen war frisch, hervorragend gewürzt und schön angerichtet. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Auch das Ambiente ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein nettes Restaurant mit einem schönen Platz zum Leutebeobachten beim Abendessen. Das Essen war für den Preis unterdurchschnittlich. Wir haben schon besser italienisch gegessen und würden nicht wiederkommen. Trotz des etwas langsamen Services war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Also der Service war sehr schlecht leider, haben was anderes bekommen als bestellt und nachdem ansprechen wurde es nicht gewechselt. Selbst der Inhaber war sehr unfreundlich. Es wurde zu einer Selbstbedienung. Auch andere Gäste sind gegangen nach lange Warten.

Wir waren heute in Esslingen und haben uns beim lo Spaghetto d’oro hingesetzt. Tisch war sehr schmutzig und dachten okay bestimmt kommt noch jemand und putzt uns den Tisch. Haben bestellt eine große Bestellung,die Getränke kamen und haben gefragt ob sie uns bitte den Tisch noch putzen kann. Genervt sagte sie dann ja klar 👍 Nach eine stunde kam immer noch nichts und mussten die Getränke so trinken. Ich kann’s leider nicht weiterempfehlen und sehr teuer ohne das nichts gutes isst und trinkt. Also für das was wir ausgeben haben könnten wir direkt zu einem guten Restaurant gehen.

Wir hatten das Restaurant aus der Ferne für eine Feier mit der Familie (16 P.) ausgewählt und telefonisch um ein paar Extras gebeten. Wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht: Vom ersten Eindruck der gelungenen Vorbereitung, über die entspannte Atmosphäre, den tollen Service bis hin zum perfekt italienischen Genuss - ein rundum gelungener Tag. Vielen Dank, dass ihr uns einen so schönen Nachmittag ermöglicht habt!

Endlich wieder an diesem Standort ein schöner Platz zum verweilen, Kaffee trinken und kleine Snacks genießen. Für den kleinen oder etwas größeren Hunger aber auch mal zwischendurch, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angepaßt, genauso wie überall in Esslingen. Freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.

Das Lo Spagetho D’oro in Esslingen hat mich wirklich begeistert. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Die Speisekarte ist eher klein, dafür aber wirklich fein – jedes Gericht wirkt durchdacht und frisch zubereitet. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Spaghetti im Parmesanlaib – ein echtes Highlight und geschmacklich einfach top. Auch das Tiramisu zum Abschluss war hervorragend. Aber ehrlich gesagt: Bei der Qualität kann man hier eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Alles, was wir probiert haben, war Spitzenklasse. Für mich ist das Restaurant inzwischen definitiv eines meiner neuen Lieblingsrestaurants in Esslingen geworden. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Personal war freundlich, Ambiente schön und das Essen sehr lecker.

Zum Beginn möchte ich sagen dass das Essen immer Super war, die Küche weiß was sie macht. Außerdem ist das Ambiente und die Deko sehr einladend und schön. Das wars leider auch mit positiven Äußerungen denn der Service ist Katastrophe. Unfreundlichkeit, überforderung bei einem fast leerem Lokal und eine schon fast ekelhafte Arroganz vorallem bei den Chefs stehen hier auf der Tagesordnung. Also wenn ihr eine hervorragende Speise Essen möchtet dann seid ihr hier richtig, jedoch solltet ihr diese am besten zum mitnehmen bestellen, denn sonst könnt ihr mit einer halben stunde Wartezeit (und das nur damit die Karten überhaupt an ihren Tisch gebracht werden und ihre Bestellung aufgenommen wird) und unfreundlichem Umgang mit ihnen rechnen.

Wir waren mittelmäßig zufrieden: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist zwar sehr gut, es gibt hochwertige Zutaten zu vergleichsweise niedrigen Preisen. Auch das Ambiente ist nett und das Geschirr sieht schick aus. Der Service ist jedoch weniger toll: Die Bedienung wirkt unfreundlich und man wartet ewig auf sein Essen oder darauf, zahlen zu können. Außerdem hat der Mitarbeiter unprofessionell auf die stark verbrannte Zucchini auf unserer Pinsa reagiert: Statt sich zu entschuldigen und uns vielleicht entgegenzukommen, blieb er total nüchtern und meinte, das passiere eben. Auch war das Essen eher ungewürzt.

Die Musik hat mir gefallen, der Service war hervorragend, das Essen war lecker, danke.

Authentisch italienisches Ristorante

Sehr leckeres authentisches Essen. Kleine Auswahl an Gerichten, dafür aber qualitativ auf einem hohen Niveau.

Ich habe dort eine Woche lang zu Mittag und zu Abend gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen köstlich. Die Spaghetti alla chitarra mit Trüffeln waren ein Traum. Und der Wein? Negramaro Cinque Noci, einfach himmlisch! 🤩🤩🤩

In diesem Restaurant gibt es köstliche italienische Küche. Man schmeckt die Qualität. Es sieht aus wie eine ehemalige Eisdiele. Aber die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend.

Authentische und schicke aber keine überteuerte Restaurant mit ausgezeichnete Speisen. Ein Besuch, wie eine Reise nach Italien! Hier fühlt man sich verwöhnt, auch mit gründlich ausgewählte Weine, lässt Euch gerne beraten. Ich komme immer wieder gerne zu Mittag sowie zum Abendessen mit/ ohne Hund.

Ich musste lange auf die Rechnung warten und den Kellner mehr als dreimal rufen. Als ich dann endlich an der Bar ankam, reichte er, während er auf Italienisch fluchte (es klang zumindest so), die Rechnung der Bedienung, die mich bezahlen ließ.

Wir haben dort schon mehrmals gegessen, der Service war immer hervorragend, die Desserts sind ein absolutes Muss und die Tagesgerichte sind immer ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ricardo, der Inhaber, ist einfach fantastisch. Er hat uns einen perfekten Wein zu unserem Mittagessen empfohlen. Die Pasta war ganz offensichtlich hausgemacht und von hervorragender Qualität und Geschmack. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten ein richtig schönes Mittagessen. Ich möchte mich über Ihren absolut unprofessionellen und absolut unfreundlichen Kellner beschweren, der sich gegenüber den Gästen Ihres Cafés abscheulich verhält. Der Service hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, man war sehr unhöflich zu mir und hat mir die Tür gezeigt und gesagt, wenn mir etwas etwas nicht gefällt, gehen Sie doch einfach, obwohl ich nur darum gebeten habe, meine Bestellung schneller zu bearbeiten. Sie haben meine Bestellung nicht einmal angenommen und mich dann , weil meine Bestellung offenbar zu klein war und nicht seinen Vorstellungen entsprach, und mich dann zur Tür begleitet. Ich weiß nicht, wie dieser Kellner heißt, aber ich wende mich an die Geschäftsleitung dieses Restaurants. Bitte ergreifen Sie Maßnahmen, sprechen Sie mit ihm oder verhängen Sie eine Strafe. Es reicht nicht aus, einfach nur ein Restaurant im Zentrum von Esslingen zu sein, man muss auch den Anforderungen entsprechen, Verantwortung übernehmen und alle mit Respekt behandeln, unabhängig von der Bestellung.

Bad experience, would not recommend

Huge potential for improvement in service and food quality We visited the restaurant on November 28, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Despite the small number of guests (only one other person), we were assigned a very small table with no view, located behind a shelf. Food deficiencies: - Appetizer (Seasonal Mixed Salad): The dressing was noticeably over-acidic and unbalanced in flavor. - Main course (Spaghetti from a Parmesan wheel with black truffle, €19.90): The pasta was lukewarm in the center, while the outer layer was warm. The amount of black truffle was very small, estimated at less than 1 gram. Service observation: During our meal, staff members were putting up Christmas decorations at the next table. They removed their shoes to get onto the sofa. This behavior seemed unprofessional and detracted from the ambiance. Handling of feedback: We pointed out the quality deficiencies when paying. The only response was that we should have reported the issues during the meal so the kitchen could have corrected them (less acidic salad, reheating the main course). This feedback gave the impression that the responsibility for the substandard quality lay with the guest. It also seems that it is not the kitchen's responsibility to serve the food professionally, carefully, and with a focus on quality.

We had our company Christmas party there. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Friendly service, but the noodles were hard inside, soft outside – al dente is definitely not the right word. The sauce was unfortunately tasteless for both of us. Sour, lacking herbs, and overall very bland and without any distinctive flavor. Despite this, the prices were top-notch. Our delivery service does a much better job. The ambiance is lovely, but that doesn't make up for the rest.

We had the best experience at this restaurant! The staff were very friendly and the food was phenomenal! The cappuccino was delicious and my husband loved his Negroni. The bruschetta was a yummy starter! Now for the main event, the truffle pasta was out of this world!! The pasta was perfectly Al dente, the sauce was so creamy and had so much truffle flavor! I smiled with every bite!

My absolute favorite Italian Restaurant In Esslingen!

Yesterday I went to Lo Spaghetto d’Oro in Esslingen and had one of the most unpleasant restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. I ordered a Valpolicella (Veneto), which was clearly spoiled or had been open far too long. The smell and taste were correspondingly awful. I politely asked for a fresh bottle, but instead of handling the situation professionally, the bartender returned after a few minutes and confronted me in an incredibly rude and insulting tone. Instead of showing understanding, he accused me of having no knowledge of wine, making completely inappropriate and personal remarks. Instead of respectful service, there were condescending comments about my origin and supposed "wine knowledge." Such behavior has absolutely no place in the restaurant industry. The staff's general demeanor was also arrogant, and we felt they expected us to order everything in Italian—very unprofessional for a restaurant in Germany. For me, one thing is clear: disrespect, poor product quality, and this kind of treatment of guests are unacceptable. After this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The ambiance is nice – it's generally a pleasant place to sit, and the decor is modern and inviting. Unfortunately, the positive impression is significantly marred by the open kitchen. The steam from the dishwasher permeates the entire room, fogging up the windows completely, and making the air very stuffy and oppressive. This is unpleasant in the long run. The service was also disappointing. When I first tried to order a Coke Zero, he kept walking, and I told him as I walked away, halfway away. Overall, the staff was unattentive – no one asked me if everything was okay or if I wanted anything else during my entire visit. My pinsa with grilled vegetables and "extra garlic" arrived with large slices of garlic on top, not exactly what you'd expect. The staff seemed rather unaccommodating overall. I did tip when I paid, but in retrospect, I have to say: it was unfortunately not deserved. It's a shame, because the restaurant, with its beautiful ambiance, really had potential – but the service and atmosphere urgently need to be improved.

We had dinner as a family of four – it was fantastic, no matter which pasta or the "pinsa" – with a superbly rounded flavor! Excellent service too! The only thing to note is that it can get quite loud in the restaurant depending on the occupancy, but that's about it!

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food because it didn't happen. The background music was very loud. A request to turn it down a bit was honored for 30 seconds. Then the boom, boom, boom started again. We wanted to eat something and chat, not go to a disco or a nightclub.

It's quite nice, but they never, ever have the arancini on the menu. I actually only went there for that reason, but I was only able to have them once(!). It's okay there, but don't advertise something you don't have. The rest is nothing special.

We stopped here for lunch on our company outing. Delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I'm thrilled with this wonderful Italian restaurant in the heart of Esslingen's city center. The food is not only incredibly delicious, but also absolutely authentic—exactly how Italian dishes should taste! You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love and care. The ambiance is stylish yet relaxed—perfect for enjoying a break from everyday life. For me, it's by far the best Italian restaurant in the entire Esslingen district. Absolutely not!!! Very, very unfriendly staff!!! The food wasn't bad, but it was way too expensive. The prices, especially the drink prices, are outrageous. The owner was "lounging" by the door. When I asked for the bill, the waiter (boss) left. And the best part came last: When I asked for the bill at the counter, I was told I had to pay an extra "2 euros." He didn't tell me what for, though. So, I left without a bill. ONCE THERE, NEVER AGAIN. And one more thing: The music in the background was very loud.

Truly delicious Italian food! The antipasti were super fresh and varied, the pinsa was really crispy and flavorful. A good wine selection too. The highlight for me was the spaghetti from the Parmesan cheese with truffle. Very friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. I've been there a few times now and have been satisfied every time.

The food tasted really good, nothing to complain about! The service was unfortunately nonsensical. We weren't even asked if we wanted anything else; people just kept walking past us. My beer came in a wine glass?! I've never lived a lifetime. And the two waiters didn't have a friendly smile on their faces either. So, 5-star food - 1-star service.

Great. I don't usually give reviews or comments. But when you're so friendly and offer such delicious food, you simply deserve it. This was our first time at this restaurant in Esslingen. The restaurant owner immediately conveyed the flair of Italy in a friendly manner, even with broken German. Fantastic. He brought us three of his personal favorite wines and let us try them. We then chose one and bought a whole bottle. The meal, with two pasta dishes (pasta from the Parmesan cheese and pasta with salsiccia), was phenomenal. Light but very flavorful. We also shared a pinsa with mortadella burrata and pistachio pesto. Awesome! We were very happy and would love to come back. Thank you very much.
