We had a really great evening at the Glöckchen. From the reception, the super friendly and attentive service, to the tasteful furnishings and - best of all: great food - it was great! Thank you very much 😄
The ambience is ok. Definitely recommended for people with agoraphobia outside of peak times as it is not full to empty.

We just wanted an ice cream to go. Because the lady behind the counter didn't have any change, we were only able to buy a single small ice cream (we had to spend ages looking for change). We didn't have a 50 or 100 euro note but only 20 euros (you almost need that much money for two good portions of ice cream). The other one came away empty-handed. It can happen sometimes. But they didn't even apologize. We were just asked: "What's the problem here?" offended... it's a shame. Otherwise we really enjoy going there. We don't go to her anymore.
We specifically called and asked if we could come with a dog. This was promised. When we arrived we were told we could choose the seat, which was in the upper part so that the dogs were out of the way. Presumably the boss came and picked up the drinks and brought them and was never seen again. No menu, no question about food had to be taken care of by the regulars at the counter. After half an hour we left again. I have yet to come across an absolute anti-welcome. It's a shame because the place is really nice.
We have been ordering our pizza there for years. In our opinion it is the best pizza around. Unfortunately, the service is often unreasonable! Regularly impossible to reach by phone and delivery times often beyond good or bad.
Sweet little trattoria, I invited 20 people for my birthday. The service was very nice and accommodating. The pizza was very tasty and the pasta was perfect. The prices were completely reasonable. The pizza dough is probably made according to an old recipe. My guests were all very satisfied. Everyone enjoyed it. Even with the amount of pizza and pasta germs, we had to wait a long time. Thank you for this perfect day. We would be happy to come back, even on a smaller scale. 😊
