Absolut empfehlenswert der Brunch am Sonntag

Wir waren schon wiederholt beim Sonntagsbrunch. Ganz tolle Sache ! Von 10 - 14 h gibt es leckere Sachen an den Buffets und an der Kochstation. Tipp: Den Magen nicht mit kohlenhydratreichen Frühstücksdingen füllen. Platz lassen für's Mittagessen. Alle Speisen waren ganz hervorragend. Da war nichts, was uns nicht geschmeckt hätte. Sehr aufmerksamer Service ! Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Es sind ja nur in begrenztem Umfang Getränke im Preis für den Brunch enthalten. Einfaches offenes Tafelwasser gehörte leider nicht dazu. Das aromatisierte offene Getränk im Spender (mit Ingwergeschmack) war kein Ersatz. Ansonsten alles bestens. Das Ambiente ist für Autofans natürlich ein Highlight. Der Preis geht in Ordnung, wenn man die Qualität und den Umfang der angebotenen Speisen betrachtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden demnächst wieder hingehen.

Eine „Esslebnis“ was weit über das Essen hinaus geht! Fabelhafte Location mit super kompetenten und freundlichen vorsorglichem Personal! Traumhafte Selektion an Speisen! Wirklich von ganzem Herzen eine Empfehlung wert!!

Moderne, ansprechendes Ambiente. Die Tische haben einen guten Abstand und man sitzt sehr bequem. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und flink. Die Buffets unfassen frische, abwechslungsreiche und leckeres Angebot von warm bis kalt und frisch zubereitetem Fleisch und Fisch. Die Location in einem Oldtimermuseum lockt dazu sich auch einmal die Beine zu vertreten. Insgesamt eine sehr interessante Kombi für ein Brunch.

Wir waren dort zum Brunch. Man muss sich frühzeitig anmelden. Die Termine sind immer schnell ausgebucht. Das Essen und der Service ist erstklassig. Da gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Warum den Stern Abzug beim Ambiente? Wir waren an einem warmen Sommertag. Die Räumlichkeiten heizen sich ziemlich auf und die Luft steht. Entweder gibt es keine Klimaanlage oder sie wird aus irgendeinem Grund nicht aktiviert. Wir hatten das Glück direkt an einem Notausgang zu sitzen. Dort wurde die Tür geöffnet und mit einem Stuhl offen gehalten. So haben wir es "überlebt". Aber der Zustand wird dem Anlass und der Umgebung gegenüber nicht gerecht. Da muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Wir wollen zwar wieder kommen, aber dann eher im Herbst oder frühen Frühjahr. Hochsommer kann man nicht empfehlen. Außerdem schaut die Tischdeko eher billig aus und passt nicht zu der tollen Deko des Buffets.

Alles in allem ein sehr guter Tipp für feine Speisen und Getränke, einziger Makel poularde etwas trocken und fade, nächstes Mal mit soße garen 😊

Wir hatten eine Firmenveranstalrung am 20.2. Klasse Ambiente, für Okdtimerfans ein Paradies. Essen gab es reichlich, hausgemachte Burger, Kartoffelspezialitäten, Asiatisches, Salate, Desserts, Bier und Wein, sowie nicht-alkoholische Getränke. Personal sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.

Super Essen, Service super, Ambiente super. Einziges Manko: Garderobe direkt neben der offenen Küche. Dementsprechend duften die Jacken. Könnte man vielleicht ändern. Ansonsten alles super

Great service, delicious and interesting food, great atmosphere with beautiful cars on the first floor, high prices but fair.

Three of us went there for dinner as part of our Fine Dine Box. The service was very friendly and attentive, and we felt very comfortable as guests. The food was visually appealing and tasted very good and plentiful. We sat in the Mercedes Box, where we felt comfortable. Otherwise, the large dining room is stylishly decorated, and whether you feel comfortable there is a matter of taste. Overall, a very pleasant evening, and if you're interested, you can also take a look at the vintage cars parked there.

Can be wished for everyone, nothing here is worth the price.....

Excellent value for money. Certainly a bit on the upscale side, but generally worth every penny.

We used Lessing's Neu-Ulm for a reunion between Kempten and Schwäbisch Hall. It's close to the motorway, has parking, but is a really nice place for a long chat. It was also great that the restaurant called at 2 p.m. because of our reservation to say that the kitchen would be taking a break at 2 p.m. and offered to pre-order the food. Asparagus and salad were well prepared and very tasty. The cappuccino and latte macchiatto also tasted very good. Service on site was great and we sat very nicely. Definitely recommended, we will definitely come back!

Das Restaurant ist an sich ein gutes Konzept in Bezug auf Events. Als Restaurant auf dem Niveau, auf dem es sich präsentiert, ist das Flair jedoch nicht empfehlenswert. Ein Ambiente einer Bahnhofswartehalle. Beim Essen war zu viel convenience Anteil. Insbesondere bei der Vorspeise. Nicht frisch gekocht, was ich in den Preis Segment erwarten würde. Wir wären gerne um 18:30 Uhr essen gegangen, es gab jedoch nur noch Slots um 17:30 Uhr und 20:00 Uhr zu buchen. Dabei war das Restaurant fast nicht besucht. Das hat uns geärgert.

Always recommended: the Sunday brunch. Feast with a delicious breakfast, great starters and very good main courses. Worth every penny. Very important: to stretch your legs between the aisles, be sure to look at the cars on the first floor :-)

Went there for dinner this evening. Beef roulade was super tasty. Sauce, roulade spaetzle, everything was great. Service very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo. We would love to come back ☝️😊

Superb location. We were here for brunch on Sunday. Food: All the dishes were of excellent quality, and the selection was good. Only one suggestion for improvement: the cheese selection could be expanded... Service: Very friendly and attentive. It's a pleasure to eat in the great atmosphere, especially when the surroundings are just right. Atmosphere: I think a lot has been said about this place in the reviews. Very nice location. And in the break between courses, you can even look at some beautiful vintage cars. We'll be back!

The ambiance is great, but unfortunately, the rest of the menu doesn't measure up. Despite confirmation, we got a dip with fish added to a vegetarian dish. We still had to pay for it, and we received a free dessert. The cappuccino was lukewarm to cold; after complaining, we got a new one. The kale is not recommended in terms of taste and quantity. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a certain employee to pay. Overall, we didn't like it at all (we very rarely write reviews).

Eight of us went to Lessings for brunch on Sunday. The food was, as always, excellent and plentiful. The chefs who prepared the fresh dishes deserve special mention. They were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Regarding the service: Far too few staff. Clearing was usually quite efficient. When ordering, employees only came to the table when requested, if anyone was available at all. The time between ordering and delivery was unacceptable. We ordered a few more digestifs... the Williams Christ came in raspberry brandy bottles. Wow. They're bottling something in other bottles here. For 12.50 euros... That was unworthy of Lessings (and thus of the Hirsch). It's a real shame that it wasn't as impressive this time as usual.

Once again it proves what we are used to: professionalism, friendliness, competence and, above all, the love with which they served us

Outstanding service, quality in the kitchen & simply a mega location! Lessing’s made our wedding day just perfect! From planning to implementation, we felt like we were in great hands. It was the third event we attended there this year and, as always, everything was immaculate. There were even several restaurateurs among our guests - including me as the bride - and not a single one of us could find even the slightest error, even if we looked for it! When choosing the location, it was also important to us that we could celebrate the wedding ceremony, the aperitif, the food and the party all in one place without having to change the location. The wedding ceremony on the 1st floor between the vintage cars has a unique character! There was also the excellent food from the deer in Finningen, which was, as usual, absolutely delicious. Lessing’s is the perfect location for an all-round successful celebration – we can only warmly recommend it! Many thanks to the Lessings team!

Perfect wedding celebration! There is no better location in the greater Ulm, Neu-Ulm area for a fantastic and lavish party in a magnificent ambience. We were able to celebrate our daughter's wedding there last Saturday. The wedding ceremony took place upstairs between all the vintage cars. The champagne reception then went to the ground floor in the spacious foyer. After a sensational meal, there was a lavish party until after 3:00 a.m. Many thanks to the kitchen team. Also to the perfect service crew, who looked after us in a highly motivated and fun way throughout the day. We can unreservedly recommend the Lessings with five out of five stars.

Beautiful location and excellent food

We had a great space but I think the tables in the back room are too close together. Hospitality was really nice and friendly. Food not salty, really great. Coffee wasn't good and espresso was too cold. Salmon was excellent but horseradish was very bad, just creamy. Could offer more pastes and also offer hummus with meals.

Mega breakfast buffet and delicious food afterwards. Compliments to the staff couldn't be better. We felt completely comfortable. But of course also ate too much.

We went for brunch but didn't get there until just after 12. The appetizers and desserts buffet looked as if savages had helped themselves to it. This hasn't been sorted out the whole time. Was very unappetizing. There were no more shrimp. The main courses were delicious, the meat was cooked to perfection. There weren't any big queues either. Unfortunately, the fat was floating in the side dishes. We always had to wait a really long time for our drinks. No one came to the table to take additional drink orders without being asked. Clearing away the used plates was also problematic. We always left the dishes at unoccupied tables, as did some of the other guests. Unfortunately I can only give 4 stars for the ambience. An adjoining room looked like a cafeteria. We were really glad we didn't have to sit there. All in all not bad, but definitely not for 50 plus drinks.

Totally thrilled! Yesterday we had lunch at Lessings for the first time thanks to FineDine and were totally thrilled. We received a super friendly welcome, the service was top and the food was very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Very good brunch but not worth €49 as cold drinks are extra

Were there for Sunday brunch, deliciously varied - everything there for everyone. Only in the case of the egg dishes did I see that it was not vegetarian or was prepared separately from the bacon. For people who don't eat pork, it's very detrimental not to be able to get even normal fried eggs. We stayed there until lunch, where we had the same experience: where bacon and fried eggs had previously been prepared, there were steaks from various animals. A clear, hygienic separation would have been more appropriate. Especially these days with different nutritional preferences, this should be better addressed in a store like this. These rocking chairs were great, especially since there was nothing for kids at the table other than painting paper. A play area (perhaps with supervision so that the parents can enjoy themselves in peace?!) would be ideal, there is plenty of space.

The ambience was extremely inviting and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was subtly decorated but still attractively presented. The quality of the menu was outstandingly delicious.

Discovered by chance, was there for dinner and breakfast. In the evening the service was extremely good, although there would probably be fewer people at the table. Very friendly and absolutely organized. The food was excellent. Because of this enthusiasm, we also booked brunch. We received a very friendly welcome that day and were escorted to the table. A waiter came and immediately asked if we had ever been there for brunch before or if it was the first time. Since it was our first time there, he explained to us when there was food and where it was. He then asked us what we would like to drink and everyone ordered coffee, water, etc. What we only saw afterwards was that the drinks we ordered cost extra and there was a coffee and a tea station and also a ginger tea station at the buffet. In my experience, the waiter intentionally didn't mention this in order to generate additional sales and that's an absolute disgrace. It was neither mentioned that there were drinks at the buffet nor was it said that there was an additional charge. We only found out because there was a single small menu card on the table. The buffet itself leaves nothing to be desired, fish, meat, muesli, freshly baked waffles, front cooking with steak, Parmesan pasta, sausage and cheese, yeast plaits, everything was there. It's really worth the money, in my opinion the drinks like normal water and juice are simply included at no extra charge and that's exactly what stood out very negatively for all of us.

Mein Ehemann und ich waren mit einem FineDine-Gutschein im Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen sehr gut, Service freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren zum 1. Mal da und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

The ambience is amazing, the waitresses are super friendly and the food is super delicious! ☺️ Everything was perfect during our visit and we'll be back! The prices are a bit high, but I'm not deducting a star because everything was really good, so it could be a little higher! ☺️

It's just amazing how the Lessings and Hirsch team looked after us at our wedding. Apart from that, Lessings is simply an amazing location that was consistently praised by all guests. But the most beautiful location is nothing if the team doesn't work. Above all, Gabi, Bettina and Nils, who were our direct contacts, gave everything, but really everything, to make our wedding an unforgettable celebration. Another highlight was the food, which was served to the point (but we are not used to anything else from the houses). Among all 60 guests, I didn't get a single comment about the entire menu, many thanks to the chef Michael and his team. Simply great

Mein Ehemann und ich mussten während eines Events in diesem Monat mit ansehen wie ein junges Mädchen in service Kleidung von einer älteren Dame ebenfalls vom Personal angeschriehen wurde weil sie etwas nachgefragt hat hinter der Theke als sie angsterfüllt zurück gewichen ist kam die Frau ihr weiterhin näher das essen war gut aber in einem Restaurant das seine jungen Angestellten so behandelt möchten wir nicht nochmal privat oder überhaupt essen

Brunch am Sonntag 29.09. alles ( fast) vom Feinsten Ausnahme: Kaffee vom Buffet verursacht keine Herzattacke 😄 sehr sehr dünn Personal sollte einheitlich gekleidet sein ( Uniform ) Wiedererkennungswert Hemden bzw. Blusen schlechte Passform Getränkepreise teilweise unterirdisch z.B. eine Flasche Wasser 7,10 € Espresso 3:20€ Wasser gehört zum Buffet oder zu einem adäquaten Preis. usw. ansonsten freundl.aufmerksames Personal 👍

Ein netter ruhiger Abend mit hervorragendem Essen und sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Bedienung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Location in einem Oldtimermusem. Geschäftlich zum Abendessen gewesen. Sehr gut zubereitete Speisen. Service ebenfalls mit guter Leistung. Definitiv in Zukunft wohl erneut als Option im Hinterkopf.

Solide Qualität in originellem Ambiente - ein historisches Artilleriedepot der ehemaligen Bundesfestung, welches inzwischen zur Oldtimerfabrik umgewandelt wurde. Das Essen war exquisit, der Service aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend und das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Nur die gebäudebedingte Lautstärke war etwas störend.

Wir waren beim Brunch. Essen sehr gut. Bedienung etwas überfordert. (Zu wenig?) Espresso mit 3.10 schon fast Luxus. Lauwarm. Jede Tanke über'm Brenner macht ihn für 1.20 besser.
