Very very tasty food. Prices top. Conditions super friendly. Would go again and again! Simply great.

Rice with duck is absolutely not recommended. I can't understand all the good reviews. I've never received a satchel like this in my life. The thing looks like they've fried it for the fifth time and with gear oil. That was the first and last time.

The food tastes exceptionally good and is served in wonderful dishes. Be sure to try dessert too. The Md'I restaurant is part of every visit to Mannheim. We were here in the evening with a reservation, the restaurant is very comfortably furnished. We were greeted warmly and immediately asked for something to drink. The food came in very generous portion sizes and is absolutely unbeatable at the current price! We also liked the selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Food was ok! But the sauces weren't particularly flavorful. Something was missing! But otherwise recommended! It just gets better!

The restaurant is very nice and spacious. The food was delicious but not breathtaking, which is why I think the prices are a bit too high. Unfortunately, our starter was forgotten and we waited a long time for our food. However, we were very kindly apologized to and we then got the main course together with the starter. I think it's a bit of a shame that the food is not nicely presented but comes in small pots and you have to throw it together yourself. It just doesn't look that nice, and I also think you never get enough rice for two people. The yellow curry was unfortunately very spicy, even though it wasn't labeled, but maybe I'm too sensitive. As an apology, we got a small dessert on the house. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it's worth a visit, but the experience was below my expectations.

My absolute highlight, the fried rice with sambal oelek, is a real taste explosion 😀 and the best dish I've had the pleasure of enjoying in the region so far. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. Although the ambience is solid and functional, the food takes the whole experience to another level. Definitely my new favorite in the area that I can highly recommend to everyone!… 👍👍👍👍

I was at the to-go entrance. The food was ready quickly and was super tasty. The price was really good for the quantity. The staff was also very friendly. Unrestricted recommendation!
