Absolutely delicious vegan food and super friendly staff! Always great 🙂‍↕️💞

The food is delicious and the staff is always very friendly. We enjoy driving all the way to Mannheim to eat there.

Our spontaneous visit was pleasant overall. Although my order was served with bamboo shoots despite my explicit request, which seemed a bit inattentive, I didn't ask for it and set the ingredients aside myself. The soup tasted good and is definitely recommended. The restaurant is also suitable for a relaxed meeting or a date.

I do recommend this restaurant! My favorite one is the Hähnchen knusprig mit Curry (crispy chicken).

A restaurant where, upon entering, it's not immediately clear whether you'll be served at your table or have to order at the counter. I found the summer roll delicious, but unfortunately, the main course contained ingredients that weren't supposed to be included on the menu. It's also a shame that some of the furniture is visibly worn. The staff does their job, but they're not particularly warm or friendly.

It wasn't bad, I recommend you try the duck.

The staff was unfriendly. There were no other customers in the restaurant. Even though I didn't say anything, the plates were cleared immediately after the meal and the bill came immediately. I felt like I was being chased out and it was very unpleasant. The vegetables in the curry were very hard. The carrots in particular seemed raw and not fried well. I learned that Google reviews are unreliable.

Because I grew up in Mannheim and have lived in Berlin for a few years, I was excited to try the place out for the first time. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed! The waitress was extremely rude when I pointed out that my appetizer (fried wonton wrappers) had barely any filling. She then wanted to cancel my entire order. I then explained to her that I definitely wanted the main course. When I paid, she practically ignored me and was totally unfriendly. That's a really bad way to scare customers away!

I ordered number 131 today, as usual. There were communication problems with the order. The waitress said they didn't have the sauce I wanted, but I've been going there for years and always order the same thing. She then brought me a plate without the sauce or vegetables. I asked her if they didn't have the sauce I wanted, where were the vegetables as described? She then brought them to me in a separate plate. When I got to the cashier, she told me the wrong amount (€43), and then I asked for the receipt, and it showed a completely different price (€41.90). I gave her €50 and she gave me €4 back. I asked her where the rest was, and she said I gave her €45 and she was looking at the camera footage (which probably doesn't exist, and she's trying to intimidate me with it). I asked her to please look at it, and without comment, she gave me the remaining change. The food wasn't good at all, as you can see from the pictures.

The dumplings were amazing but the curry and the vegetarian main course with tofu were very bad. There was also a hair in my food… not again

Absolute scammers! The waitresses hardly understand anything, are unfriendly and take orders incorrectly. Sauces are simply left out and the food, especially the duck, is an imposition - almost only breadcrumbs, hardly any meat. When paying, they intentionally miscalculate and ask for more money because they think you won't get a receipt anyway. Others I know also wanted to charge more than was actually on the bill. If you ask for a receipt, it suddenly says a completely different price. Change is given incorrectly and then they blame you. Just rude and not recommended!

Delicious food, friendly owner, good service!

Food was okay, but the service was disappointing - the boss in particular was extremely unfriendly. We ordered something, but the wrong order came. Instead of apologizing, she raised her voice and claimed that it was exactly what we ordered. Luckily, a colleague corrected the situation later - the food was actually intended for another table. It was cleared away while the meal was still being eaten, and you really felt like you were being pushed out. From 9 p.m. onwards, the staff just wants to get off work, even though it's open until 9:30 p.m. Card payment not possible. For us that was it – never again!

Super fast and nice service. We got the food very quickly at lunchtime despite the restaurant being full and it was delicious too. And with the price and the portions you can't complain

Very, very tasty food, friendly service and quick service. Our special requests were also implemented. The dishes came very quickly and without a long wait, the portions were appropriately large and everything was really well prepared. We were very satisfied and the prices of the food and drinks were more than okay.

Rarely write reviews, but here it is necessary. We arrived at 8:15 Friday evening and were shown to a table. The store was almost full. When ordering, we were suddenly urged to order “quickly now” because they would be closing soon (door + card say 9:30 p.m.) and so it went on: As the cutlery was put down, plates were cleared away and then our almost empty drinks. After 30 minutes we sat again at a completely cleared table, tea lights and flowers immediately put away. Meanwhile there were still 4-5 tables full! Finally, the plates at the neighboring table were cleared away while (!) some were still eating, so we started talking. Nobody came to our table to pay, but we were told to go to the boss at the cash register after being asked three times. We WANTED to go too... When asked about the behavior, he always said "Yes" in a friendly manner, but he wasn't really interested. Sorry, what's going on? How can a restaurateur behave so boldly and unfriendly? The food was average and the pho seasoning was boring, so there's no reason to visit the place again. We just wanted to have a normal dinner…

In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Mannheim 🥰 The food is always delicious and considering that it is a kind of "fast restaurant", the ambience is really a 10/10. I can highly recommend number 130 with mango sauce, I have rarely had such a delicious sauce 👍

The food here is always delicious and authentic. Anyone who's ever been to Vietnam can appreciate this. The fried rice, a classic but also difficult to prepare authentically, is definitely excellent here. The Pho 🍜 is definitely delicious, and everything you need is provided. What I personally found very disappointing is that the staff, even when it was a little lacking, weren't there to provide me with cutlery, etc., in time. The appetizer arrived before I even had cutlery or even my drink. Otherwise, it's always delicious, and the prices are great 👍

The food was quite good, but the service was a real disappointment. We had to wait 20 minutes to order. We had barely started eating when we were asked when we were leaving, and two minutes later our plates were cleared away. Our drinks were still almost full when we were told to make room for customers ordering food, even though no one was waiting for a table. We actually wanted to order dessert, but that was no longer possible under the circumstances. Due to the unfriendly service, we will not recommend this restaurant.

Fast and delicious! Perfect place for a first date since it's very affordable and the portions are big. Also, they have tamarind water which it's pretty hard to find in Germany. Loved it.

The dish number 14, Bun Bo Hue, at Ha Noi in Mannheim is a real treat. The spicy rice noodle soup with tender beef and pork as well as fresh herbs is perfectly balanced and pleasantly spicy. The restaurant impresses with its cozy atmosphere, friendly service and, above all, affordable prices. If you want to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Mannheim, you should definitely visit Ha Noi. A clear recommendation! (It can be a bit crowded and noisy at times)

I've been eating here for years. Actually always positive. Except for the last 3 times. Twice I was completely overlooked after a long wait and today I still had to pay for the food because I screwed up the numbers and after apologizing several times, even though I'm not allowed to eat it due to my health. It can happen to anyone. Well, I only lost €10 without eating anything, but the restaurant had constant income. Thank you for the hospitality

Our absolute favorite restaurant in Mannheim. The food is super tasty and cheap, the service is very quick and friendly. The light is pleasant and the furnishings are authentic. We usually come once a week and try it out! Our highlights are the Pho and the fried udon noodles! We have found that the Pho tastes particularly good at lunchtime. See you tomorrow 😉

The food here is delicious! I often get take-away whenever I'm in the city. My favorites are chicken with lemongrass (122) and fish pancakes (41). The interior of the restaurant is cozy. I would definitely visit again!

We went there for a quick bite to eat. The food was very tasty. Depending on who was there, the service was also very friendly. The ambience outside is not very appealing. The tables and chairs were glued and carelessly set up. You could put a little more effort into this.

The food was ok, the peanut sauce was very runny, as was the curry sauce, which was also very milky and the drinks were ok, this lemonade had an interesting taste and the big disadvantage is that you can't pay with a card these days, which is really cruel having to make the long journey to the savings bank

Hanoi Pho always promises a great visit for those on a smaller budget. The last few times we have always received very friendly service. The food is served quickly, tastes fresh and there is a wide selection of dishes. No matter what I ordered, so far I haven't noticed any outliers in the quality and I'm therefore completely satisfied. We would like to come again. Small note: the indoor seating could be more comfortable.

It's always worth eating something there. Deliciously prepared. And quickly - as is usual with Asian cuisine. The service gets 3 stars from me because although there was a lot of stress, the service was still done in a business-like manner. Also typical for Asian snacks, I say. So no special features. My personal highlight were real flowers on the clean tables (see photos). Therefore 4 stars for this. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely satisfy my hunger there again.

The beautiful little Vietnamese restaurant is centrally located on Fressgasse. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. The taste was very well seasoned. I have been to Vietnam several times and can say that the cuisine is very authentic. Price-performance ratio is right here.Highly recommended

Great food and friendly staff. I can only recommend it and only a few meters from Paradeplatz. There is very good food and the price is justified. I was more than satisfied. When you come in it is a bit too dark at first, but then It is very cozy. At lunchtime between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. there is a lot going on, just lunchtime.

We are from the UK and communicate in English, so why weren't we informed before ordering that cards are not accepted, only cash? In this high-tech era, it's amazing that such a large establishment doesn't accept cards. Additionally, there was no English signage at the entrance indicating cash-only policy, which we couldn't understand as we don't speak German. I believe it's necessary for this restaurant to prominently display in English at the entrance that only cash is accepted. As soon as we entered the store, the staff started looking at us suspiciously and showed a very unfriendly attitude, but they were very welcoming towards the locals. We are from Great Britain and communicate in English. Why weren't we informed before ordering that cards were not accepted, only cash? In this high-tech age, it's surprising that such a large company doesn't accept cards. Also, there was no sign in English at the entrance indicating that only cash was accepted, which we couldn't understand as we don't speak German. I believe it is necessary for this restaurant to clearly display at the entrance that they only accept cash.

We were here on a recommendation. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences. There were three of us here and all of us had diarrhea the next day. Apparently something was wrong. Since we all shared our food, we don't know whether just one meal was bad or all of them

A Vietnamese fast food restaurant with fresh ingredients, finely seasoned, for me, incredibly tasty and light. I had a rice noodle salad with Vietnamese spring rolls. I was positively surprised. Order and pay at the counter. The place is very clean. I'll be back.

Really lovely restaurant and delicious food. Service was great and they were helpful in tea slating the menu for me. Only reason it is 4 stars is because I didn't know it was cash only till I was ready to pay. It would have been helpful to have that information prior to starting my order, especially as I told them I needed help with the language.

A very nice little Vietnamese restaurant at the end of the so-called Fressgasse in Q1 in Mannheim. It's difficult to get a table at lunchtime, so it would make sense to reserve. The food is plentiful and prepared according to your wishes. From vegan to vegetarian to classic cuisine, everyone will find something to suit their taste. Meal for 3 people with 3 non-alcoholic drinks costs under 40€.
