A Dürüm is a special type of wrap. which consists of a thin, soft flatbread. The dough is often similar to lavash, soft but firm enough to hold the filling. Inside, the Dürüm is traditionally filled with grilled soy meat, which is juicy and spicy. In addition, fresh ingredients such as crisp lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sometimes cucumbers are added, as well as sauces such as yogurt sauce, garlic sauce or hot sauce, depending on your taste. Everything is rolled up and sometimes warmed slightly in a pan or on the grill so that the bread stays nice and soft and the flavors combine. Overall, a Dürüm is spicy, juicy and pleasantly spicy - ideal for a quick but hearty meal.

This place is AMAZING!! I love cig kofte, but it's hard to find. I was completely shocked to find it in this small town. Not only was it delicious, but the employees at the restaurant were so, so kind. Honestly, this is the best cig kofte I've had outside of Turkey. If you're in the area, go try it out! It's perfect for vegans and meat-eaters alike!

Unfortunately, it was already the second Friday that we stood in front of a closed door. In the age of Google, where you can manage your opening hours online, this is really annoying. It's a shame, because the tarte flambée is really good. Now we like to spend our lunch break in neighboring restaurants.
