vegetarische und vegane Zauberei in Schongau

It's cool that there's a vegan food spot in SOG. To support this, we went there and tried kohlrabi schnitzel, mixed salad, and tomato soup. The food was really good, and the owner was super nice. However, the atmosphere is a bit weird when you're all alone with the owner and it's completely silent. Some background music (it could even just be a radio) would be great :)

On the way back from vacation, we happened upon a wonderful lunch in Schongau and were treated to a lovely atmosphere. The host was very friendly and gave us great tips for exploring Schongau.

If you're looking for a cozy and welcoming spot, this place is a must-visit! The food is not only incredibly tasty but also comforting, leaving you feeling satisfied and happy. The vibe is relaxed and easy-going, making it the perfect place to unwind.

Very good vegan cuisine, with plenty of gluten-free options on the menu. Friendly service. There are a few tables in a cozy garden setting. Cash only.

Unfortunately, there's no magic here. We were passing through for lunch - there was a menu consisting of soup, salad, and homemade vegan schnitzel. What I love: The owner makes everything himself: mayonnaise, schnitzel, soup, salad. Unfortunately, in my opinion, there's a lack of professionalism: the schnitzel was warmed up rather lukewarm, as were the fries, which is why they were more mushy than crispy and also only lukewarm. Unfortunately, there's no Coke or similar soft drinks available. The restaurant also has no ambiance at all; we were the only guests and it was very quiet (no background music), which makes it feel more like you're in the owner's kitchen. You don't really want to have a conversation because everything is overheard. I still think the idea of a vegan restaurant is great, and that everything is homemade - I wish the place all the best!

We were passing through and thought we'd stop in. The food was okay; they had schnitzel (saitan & mushrooms) with fries. Unfortunately, they weren't quite warm anymore, more lukewarm and not crispy. The salad and soup were delicious! Unfortunately, there was no Coke left to drink (-that's pretty standard, right?). The atmosphere was rather difficult; you sit more or less alone with the chef/owner in a room, no music, just silence. That makes it a bit uncomfortable; you can hear every word if you want to have a conversation... The menu was quite nice in terms of concept: 1, 2, 3 Taler. It's simply designed (=positive). The "Zauberei" feels more like a "living room" where food is cooked for more than one person and you can sit down, rather than a proper restaurant. We wish the owner all the best!

10 out of 10, fresh and homemade, super tasty and a very nice atmosphere! This is exactly what has been missing for a long time! If you like vegetables you should definitely stop by here!

Delicious vegan food, good service, indoor and outdoor seating, and takeout available. We'd love to come back! P.S.: The vegan apple pie today was a dream!

Als Stammgast kann ich nur sagen, dass die Zauberei weiterhin sehr zu empfehlen ist. Vom Hauptgericht bis zum Cappuccino ist alles vom Feinsten und der Inhaber Arduin ist sehr nett und freundlich. 5 Sterne 👍

Sehr nettes Tagescafé mit Fruhstückskarte und abwechselnden Mittagsmenüs. Das Essen ist vorzüglich. Das Lokal ist klein & gemütlich und mit dem neuen Wirt lasst es sich gut plaudern.

Wir haben die "Zauberei" durch Zufall entdeckt. Ein unglaublich netter und gastfreundlicher Inhaber, der uns mit seinen vegetarischen/veganen Gerichten wirklich verzaubert hat. Obwohl wir keine Vegetarier/Veganer sind. Würden wir nicht in Hamburg wohnen, wären wir öfter zu Gast. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir waren auf Radtour und haben die Vegane Zauberei zufällig gefunden. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Atmosphäre sehr persönlich. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Die Auswahl an Speisen lässt jeden etwas finden und man kann sich die ganze Woche abwechslungsreich ernähren. Auch sind die Wartezeiten sehr kurz
