I ordered via Lieferando. A delivery time of 30-50 minutes was stated. However, after 60 minutes the order still hadn't been processed. Then they said it was being processed now - and 20 minutes later the cancellation came. In total I waited an hour and a half for my food, only to get a cancellation at the end.

Delicious food, but: After standing in front of closed doors at the beginning of June, even though Google and Facebook said it should have been open, I inquired via email and was told that the place had been permanently closed. As of today (June 10, 2024), the previous opening times are still available on Google and Facebook, and I don't see any pinned posts on Loose Gleis 1's Facebook and Instagram channels that the restaurant is closed. It's a shame that the owner doesn't provide this minimum level of information and is probably still sending interested people to closed doors.

Very tasty food at fair prices. The Joker box in particular, which you can roll yourself, is reasonably priced. The employees are friendly. The ambience is so well. I wouldn't necessarily want to eat there, but since most of it is cold anyway, it's good for pick-up.

The food was very fresh and tasty, even the side dishes (garlic bread) and dessert were very good! Absolutely recommended 👍

I have been a regular customer to this day. Today I was there, ordered falafel and put my backpack on a table. There was a man sitting next to the table who turned around and said, “Keep it on my head.” I then asked, “Excuse me, did my backpack hit you?” He was completely offended and started shouting at me. I said, "Excuse me sir, why are you being so offensive?", to which he asked the store employees to cancel my order and give me my money back. Everyone in the store became abusive and told me to leave and not come back. They acted like a nexus and like they were threatening me not to come to their store again. Is there a business like that? If I get threatening messages or calls from them, I call the police and file a report.

Ignored as a customer/ burrito wasn't available, then wrap wasn't there either. And that on Friday afternoon... wtf... I just left... definitely not again

The Kumpir is not the problem. However, this unfriendly female waiter (long black hair) did. She feels like she's screaming at you, doesn't know any please or thank you and generally has a bad day every day of the year. There is no mention of service here. I would urgently rethink the behavior here, because the Kumpir are actually okay.

It says online that the restaurant is open. We arrived: the interior has already been removed, the shop is closed.

Very bad service I ordered from them through Uber, drinks were missing from my order. I've already paid and they still haven't delivered the drinks and haven't gotten my money back. I've called them a lot but they don't answer anymore. Very disrespectful behavior.

Very tasty, purely vegan offer! I had the street food platter and was very impressed. Lots of different dishes, all super tasty. My favorites were the loaded fries with planted pulled pork and the sweet potato with tahini sauce. Big portion! Very nice service, I just found it very cold in the restaurant. :)
