The salesman really cheekily insulted customers in Turkish and wasn't even allowed to sit even though there was space because they didn't feel like cleaning

Catastrophe, I ate cigköfte very often, but no one needs to eat that. Tasteless (not a bit of salt or spice), salad was partly spoiled! Unfortunately the money is gone 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

It's terrible, it's not worth it, I've never eaten such bad raw meatballs in my life, they sell spoiled salad in a package, it's a disgrace, I don't recommend it to anyone.

We really wanted to try the cigköfte in sushi form and because we saw it in the reviews we came here. The guy with the glasses today simply said “we didn’t” “we won’t” without saying sorry or reason. I pointed him to the displays above where it says so. He wasn't interested. You don’t need any extra ingredients for this, do you? He just has to spread this cigköfte mixture onto a piece of bread with his hand, then roll it up and I can cut pieces!? That would have taken maybe 2 minutes maximum. He obviously didn't feel like it. We were the only customers at the moment! We won't go there again with such unfriendly staff.

The service is a disaster. I've been there several times now and I won't waste my money there again. The employees are either not there at all or are on their cell phones and are also rude. At some point it will be enough :)

This stand probably doesn't need any customers. Was sent away by the employee and asked to come back in 5 minutes. I did this, only to be ignored for another 10 minutes until I finally went to another store. Even after a long line formed a short time later, the employee didn't think it was necessary to serve the customers and just played around with his cell phone. What a shame!

Personnel should be trained. Sometimes very cheeky and out of place!!

06/01/2024 Bought CIGKÖFTE with great disappointment there was a snail 🐌 in the köfte, very disgusting and disappointing, I spoke to the employee about that and his statement wasn't that bad. In France they would even pay for snails 🐌, such a bad one Service and that from a very well-known chain like CIGKÖFTEM, conclusion very very disappointing and I will never eat CIGKÖFTEM in milaneo Stuttgart again

The positive first. Nice and fast staff and you can pay by card. Unfortunately, since it's about the food, I can only give it 2 stars. I wanted to give this “store” a chance. But was extremely disappointed. The CigKöfte mixture tastes like nothing except spicy with a bit of greens in it. I've eaten many better wraps like this and unfortunately I can't recommend this one at all. I'm surprised that the reviews are so above average 🤔

I had a very unpleasant experience at Milaneo today with the short person who wore glasses and was preparing the food. As a rule, I wouldn't do something like that because I don't know whether this person earns his living with this work, but this ill-bred brat doesn't deserve it any other way. I ordered 2 wraps and wanted one without spicy because I thought there were 2 versions, then he yelled at me and shouted that there was only slightly spicy and hot, which would actually be a reason to tell the little man, but I did keep a cool head. When he was preparing the food, he did everything wrong and put the wrong ingredients in the wraps, which is why I called his attention to it, but the kid screamed again and became disrespectful, but that wasn't a reason for me to be rude, because weaker ones Physically attacking skinny people would be just cowardly. The food was good, but this little man should definitely receive training in politeness and dealing with customers, which seems hopeless because I have already been told by several friends that he is rude. I think a pass would be the best solution. Best regards

I'm really sorry but it was one of the worst çiğköfte wraps I've eaten. Unfriendly staff and the wrap is not rolled well, when you bite into it there is either just salad or just çiğköfte in the wrap.

Incredibly bad service, the 2 guys have no behavior and are really rude. The young guy with the glasses makes you wait and has headphones on. Even though there was no one in front of us, it was only after 20 minutes that we were paid any attention at all. It's just a shame for the reputation of the business that something like this is stopped.

Totally unfriendly, after I was treated absolutely rudely by the guy at the checkout, I couldn't think of ordering and eating anymore - I turned around and ordered somewhere else. Sorry, I don't normally give bad reviews, but the customer should remain king.

This is by far the best ciğ köfte I have eaten! This mixture of bulgur, spices and fresh vegetables is absolutely amazing. The handmade balls have this great taste, somehow spicy and refreshing at the same time. Definitely a must-try!

Service was very complicated with the colleague with the glasses, our Big Dürüm had nothing to do with the one in the picture, he didn't even hear what we wanted it to be like. Too bad. The ones in Göppingen are a thousand times better.

Most disgraceful and rude service I have ever experienced saw life. So if you really think that you can make money with this behavior and represent the Çiğköftem brand well, I unfortunately have to disappoint the two gentlemen who work there. Wanting to serve people with headphones and then being rude when he doesn't understand something acoustically because he's listening to music at the same time.

I was at Cigköftem around 7 a.m. on December 9th and have never experienced such miserable and inhumane customer service in my entire life. I am a trained retail salesman and with the best of intentions I cannot understand how these two employees were hired there. This apathy at the checkout, this aggression when dealing with customers, this bitter unfriendliness from both employees. Absolutely no sensitivity. Complete disinterest in the job. I will avoid the store in the future and will not recommend this store to anyone again. What's even more disappointing is that management or whatever is trying to defend these people here. STOP IT. Finally see it. Listens to customers. These 2 employees are ruining your image. Even a conversation makes absolutely no sense, because they will somehow talk their way out of it and will blame the customer. CIGKÖFTEM, FINALLY ACT.

Whoever the man was at the checkout today should think about his behavior a bit. Just because I bought two drinks and nothing to eat today I was 1. looked at askance and 2. ripped off. He made up some price for the two drinks I bought out of his head and wanted €4.50 for an Ayran and a Cristaline water? It's not about the price, it's about being so bold and trying to rip off young girls because you don't buy food there? I regret leaving my money on people like that. (Further down in reviews someone even said that he was sold an ayran for €3). Since when have prices been so variable and since when do they change from customer to customer?

I know Çiğköftem from Neu-Ulm and ate there relatively often. Unfortunately, this çiğköftem stand is not so good that I would eat there again. In the end, Çiğ köfte is actually just wheat semolina, i.e. bulgur, with lots of spices, a lot of oil, garlic and a few pastes. This means the ingredients are very cheap. In Turkey, the dish's country of origin, çiğ köfte in this form is student food because it is so cheap. Unfortunately that is not the case here. A wrap here costs as much as a dürüm at the kebab downstairs, but it doesn't fill you up nearly as much. It is not intuitive where to order at the stand. This applies especially to the customers, but sometimes also to the employees. These also seem very lost. Politeness leaves something to be desired. Some people mumble, others can't control your facial muscles well (in other words, can't smile, not for medical reasons). The dish itself is delicious, even if the pomegranate sauce is sometimes too watery and sweet. Everything except the taste doesn't fit in my opinion.

I ordered a Falafel wrap and was directed to the adjacent restaurant.That restaurant is NOT fully vegan so you have to specify you want it “vegan”. Then they will use a vegan sauce on it. For under 6E I was handed a nice sized wrap. I speak no German but “falafel vegan” was all I needed. Staff was speedy, great lunch that you can eat there at the mall or take to go.
