Döner is very good. It is one of the best meats you can eat in Germany. Celebrities have also come here in take away form. I recommend it.

The food was disappointing - tasteless and not fresh. The service was unfriendly and slow. Overall a bad experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Unfortunately, my order from Station Point Döner was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a delivery service. Originally the order was supposed to be delivered after 45 minutes. After an hour and still nothing arrived, I called. All I was told on the phone was that there was a lot going on and that it would “take a while”. After another 20 minutes I checked again. This time it was said that the driver was already on the way and the order should actually arrive soon. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from the restaurant claiming that my order had already been delivered - which was not the case. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shortly afterwards the delivery person called me and also claimed that the order had already been delivered. When he finally returned, it turned out that he had taken the order to the wrong number and given it to someone else. Instead of receiving a fresh delivery, he took the food back from the stranger and handed it to me. This is completely unacceptable - no one wants to receive food that has already been given to someone else. After my order arrived a total of 90 minutes late and in questionable condition, I asked for my money back. But the supplier refused. Conclusion: Such unprofessional behavior, coupled with rudeness and ignorance towards the customer, is absolutely unacceptable. The order was no longer edible - both due to the enormous delay and the questionable handling. I will definitely never order from “Station Point Döner” again and can only strongly advise against it. If you value reliable service and fresh food, you should definitely look for an alternative.

Very good kebab today I was so crazy that I ate the whole thing. The salads were tasty and upon request I wanted half rice and half fries, there was no problem. I recommend

Very small portions for the price

I'm really very disappointed 😞 Portions are getting smaller and smaller and the fries are almost raw, the food isn't really warm anymore. I've been eating there since 2010 or ordering something there, unfortunately no longer. The food is always good and plenty of it earlier. Ps: These are my experiences that I have unfortunately had after 15 years. It's a shame, I always enjoyed eating there.

We ordered almost €50 worth today. Delivery was quick, but it quickly became apparent that a kebab plate was missing and was billed for. So we called immediately after delivery and asked whether it was possible to still receive the kebab plate (since we paid for it). The answer was: no, we're sorry - we won't do that! Have often ordered. That was definitely the last time!
