We came as a group of seven, and it was both cozy and delicious. The service was very friendly and relaxed. We arrived with our suitcases and were able to leave them inside and sit outside. I highly recommend it.

The lahmacun was soggy, and you couldn't get away from the water bottle afterward! Too much salt in the dishes! Very typical of poor quality.

The shop makes a good overall impression – well-maintained, clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff are also decent. Not overly friendly or fake, just normal people who work there and earn their money. I've been eating there for a while, every now and then, and when I eat a doner kebab, I always compare it to Altin Sofrasi's. If it doesn't taste as good or better, then it's not a good doner for me personally. But this doner kebab here wins me over – not as the best, but as one of the better ones. What I particularly like is the always fresh salad and the meat: not necessarily something extraordinary, but of solid quality. Compared to other doner kebab shops like Bam Bam, you can taste the meat more clearly here – it simply has more flavor and isn't as fatty or artificial, which I really appreciate. You can tell the meat content is higher, and the product seems more honest. I also think the sauces are generally good – they taste very good and round off the whole thing nicely. I particularly liked the round bread they used in the past: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, simply pleasant to eat. I usually ordered takeout, and even if the bread was a bit softer at home, I found it even tastier. The first two bites were usually the best for me. What I find a shame, however, is that the shop has unfortunately declined a bit since introducing the so-called "trapezoid doner." The new bread seems rather cheap – a standard Arabic flatbread that falls apart quickly and doesn't taste particularly high-quality. Often the bread is so crispy that it breaks into small pieces, the food falls out, and overall the doner seems less appetizing. Last time I tried the doner, the new bread didn't taste good at all – unfortunately. Nevertheless: All in all, it's a solid doner shop. Maybe they skimp on the sauce or meat here and there, but overall, I've had a lot of good experiences over the years. I just wish they'd bring back the round bread—that would make a big difference for me personally.

Fraudulent kebab shop I'm a bus driver on route 45, and on Saturday, June 14th, after a long time, I decided to give them another chance and get a kebab. It was a kebab full of cabbage and a little meat. I thought it was a mistake and moved on. Today, June 17th, I was at work and told them I wanted something to eat and ordered again. This time, the cabbage was much heavier than the meat in the kebab; it was basically coleslaw in bread. I consider this a scam. You can't pay €8 for cabbage. I'm sorry, but you should 100% avoid this kebab shop if you don't want to get scammed.

Been there off and on for 10 years. Two years ago it was OK, now it's almost disgusting. Meat is just a mass of gooey pieces. It really doesn't work anymore.

As a Sachsenhäuser Bubb who was born and raised here, Altin Sofrasi was always my favorite kebab and the number one in Sachsenhausen with fair prices. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio has declined extremely sharply over the past year. Since the “old” boss is no longer there permanently, the bread is no longer completely baked and the prices have risen from €6.50 for a student menu to €9.50. If the quality were still the same, the price increase due to inflation could possibly be justified, but with a heavy heart I had to turn away from my childhood kebab and satisfy my thirst for kebab somewhere else :(

La viande kebab est très bonne, l'assaisonnement exquis.

Dönerteller mit Schafskäse gegessen, lecker 😋. Hätte ein bisschen stärker gewürzt sein können aber auf den Tischen steht überall Chiligewürz zur Verfügung.

Guter Döner, leider ziemlich lange Wartezeit, vorallem samstags wenn viel Besuch da ist. Von den Preisen will ich wegen der Inflation mal nicht viel kritisieren, aber ein Schülermenü das 11,50 kostet und früher 6,50€ gekostet hat ist schon happig

Der beste Döner in Sachsenhausen! Ich esse dort meistens Lahmacun mit Fleisch oder auch Dönersalat. Brot immer selbst und frisch gemacht, Zutaten frisch, Fleisch gut gewürzt, einfach lecker. Personal ist immer freundlich und nimmt Sonderwünsche ernst. Preise sind super. Draußen kann man auch nett sitzen.

Döner war in der Vergangenheit immer sehr gut, aber leider nachgelassen. Der eine Typ hinter dem Tresen ist immer derart unfreundlich und hat gar keinen Bock, sodass ich da nicht mehr hingehe

Bestes Köfte-Sandwich im ganzen Viertel! Schlägt generell die Konkurrenz in fußläufiger Entfernung um Längen! Leider für einen Schnellimbiss recht lange Wartezeiten, und keine späten Öffnungszeiten. Deshalb muss ich doch häufiger woanders Essen holen

Dieser famieliengeführte Dönerimbiss erfreut bereits seit vielen Jahren mit gleichbleibender guter, sowie frischer Qualität. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und der Laden ist sauber, was leider in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Die Portionsgrößen sind angemessen. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung für Altin Sofrasi !!! Ich würde ihn sogar zum besten Dönerimbiss Frankfurts wählen.

Super sympathisch & top Döner. Brot super lecker und knusprig. Klar Döner ist immer eine Geschmackssache & sehr subjektiv, allerdings meiner Meinung nach der beste Döner in Sachsenhausen.
