Very tasty food and great service.

Everything is freshly prepared. Even baklava is made fresh every day and tastes very good. Everyone is always friendly and greets customers with a smile. :-) Now closed for a few days due to renovation work, I'm excited to see how it turns out. We'll be surprised.

Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly. The kebab today has nothing to do with the kebab a few months/years ago. The size and also the taste have decreased significantly, in contrast to the price of course ;-) Unfortunately it's no longer worth it. Too bad.

I ordered two pizzas at 12:30 that never arrived. When I called I was told I had never ordered, when I asked for the boss I was told there was "no boss", first I called again and was told the order will ship after 2!! Processing hours delivered. Now 30 more minutes later, still no food has been delivered and the money is gone. An absolute disgrace, if you want food, then don't order here, because you'll get absolutely nothing.

I called and ordered something, after an hour I asked where the order was and the answer was forgotten. It was then delivered 25 minutes later, the food was a disappointment, it was cold, the meat had cartilage and the price wasn't right either. Never again will there be better ones in Höchst and the surrounding area. Unfortunately they didn't have a delivery service at the time.

But I think all prices are raised too exaggeratedly. Then something is always wrong or completely forgotten in the order - whether on site or during delivery. Last night I ordered again by phone for delivery in Sindlingen: 1x falaffel box, 1x falaffel plate with rice and salad, 1x Adanadürüm with fries and salad. "Ok, it will take 30-40 minutes Master!" Just waited patiently. What happened after 70 minutes? 1x falaffel box -top-, 1x falaffel plate with fries instead of rice -flop-, 1x Adanadürüm without fries without salad - really flop. Earned €35. Top. You can tell straight away when you order on the phone that your colleague doesn't really understand everything you're ordering. I've also eaten kebab on site so many times and ordered kebabs and fries with it. Doner comes... eaten, went to pay... what about fries Chef? "Oh, I forgot, I'll make it quick." You don't need anything, I'm done eating. Thanks. Like I said, things like this happen all the time and it's really starting to annoy me. You have to come up with the idea of ​​improving your quality when you read all the bad reviews. Btw. the food itself is completely fine! The boss is friendly - I won't say anything! But then the hygiene also annoys me - meat and salad or vegetables need their own tongs! And not one for everything. I've also seen this: The counter/work surface is wiped down with a cloth and the leftover lettuce that has been wiped up is simply thrown back into the counter with the fresh lettuce. Then: Some Abi comes in "Salam Aleikum" - "Aleikum Salam" - handshake, kisses kisses over the counter and then my kebab plate continues to be filled without anyone washing their hands. Experienced everything there and had it all since yesterday evening. Me and my colleagues and family are no longer coming. Please get better.

Preferably 0. Beware of rip-offs!!! I get a kebab that weighs 200g to 300g with bread and meat without salad. And I'm charged the full price even though the meat was the leftovers from the skewer in the evening and normally he would have to warn me in advance. I felt stolen.

Eating gave us stomach pains for the rest of the day. Dürüm is very minimalist, pizza was really bad, but the food at Öz was fabulous. Won't be coming back. Especially not with this price-performance ratio.

We ordered two doner kebab plates and one kebab, one of which was supposed to be a kebab plate with yogurt sauce. Unfortunately both came with garlic sauce. When I asked, I was told that they didn't have any yogurt sauce. It's a lot to tell later.

The last time I ordered online there were wobbly fries without mayonnaise. The baklava for €6 was forgotten to be delivered and I was told: "next time say I forgot to bring it". I have been a regular customer (at least once a week )to this place . Without doubt I could say they have the best doners in Frankfurt. I have tried many doners but these remain my favorite. I customize to my taste but love it here . I used to have Doner durum , jumbo durum , pizza margarita (my kids love them ). Pizza special . All are great .

After 5 minutes of acutely unfriendly chatter, my change was thrown on the counter. Today: I'm out and about, walking past there, need something quick to eat. That's where a kebab box comes in handy. I enter the store and see two young men (employees) chatting loudly at the table. Fine, I think to myself, I'll let them finish chatting. After 5 minutes someone makes the effort to walk towards the counter - to take my order!? Think about it - the cell phone will be pulled out and the chatter will continue. Then he came over and asked what I wanted - I left.

I would give 0 stars, but I have to give at least one. The staff were extremely unfriendly, the food took longer than an hour to arrive and when I called again to ask where the pizza was, cheeky answers were given. There was also hair in the food. The advertising promise “Hot&Tasty” was not kept because it was neither. Never there again!

After minor communication problems, we were told it would be there in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the lunch break was already over. I assume that we were unfortunately forgotten beforehand. It's a shame, I would have liked to rate it better, but a better rating is not possible from my side.

I've been eating at your place for 6 years! Everything was fine but things have been going bad for a year! Fries are dark! Children didn't want to eat!

The large fries for €4.50 turned out to be a disgrace! There was just a handful of cold fries in the box. Unfortunately, the Jumbodöner and Jumbodürüm were also sparsely filled. Delivery time was okay.

Innenraum toll zurecht gemacht. Junger Verkäufer freundlich aber unsicher. Anderer Herr sehr schweigsam und "unsichtbar" miesepetrig. Nicht gerade für Kunden ansprechend. Ja, es ging da mal freundlicher zu!!! Sehr teuer, hatte aber Hunger. Normaler Döner 7 Euro. Riesenlange Angebotsliste. Wollte Adana Kabab.....nada, Hackfleisch-Spieß nicht zu haben. Und angebotene Knoblauchsoße wurde kratzend von den Wänden des leeren Behälters geschabt. Nachfüllung war wohl nicht vorgesehen. Kurzum...und schade...xBesuch war nicht so optimal ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Ich habe gerade dort einen Döner verzehrt, muss sagen geschmacklich top, nichts auszusetzen, echt geiles Fleisch, frischer Salat etc. Allerdings muss ich hier den anderen Bewertungen zustimmen dass mit der Menge des Fleisches und auch des Salates gegeizt wird. Ich bin nur ausgewichen weil mein Döner in Zeilsheim momentan Umbaumaßnahmen hat, aber ich kann es Euch nur ans Herz legen, dass der Döner voller wird, so kennt man das von etlichen Dönerläden und preislich seid ihr auch etwas teurer also von daher solltet ihr das mal überbedenken mit der Fülle im Brot😉

Türk mutfağının seçkin kebap ve lahmacun.. döner .hamburger.salatalar. pizza ve daha lezzetli menüler bulunmaktadır.. temiz ve ilgili bir mekan..

Sehr schnelle Bedienung und sehr freundliches Personal. Aber das wichtigste ist es ist verdammt lecker und einiges an Auswahl

Leider hat die Qualität mit der Zeit abgenommen. Habe hier früher gerne bestellt und liefern lassen, aber es kann nicht sein, dass ich ein Jumbo Dürüm bestelle und kaum Fleisch im Dürüm ist. Lahmacun Döner ist gefühlt jedes Mal an den Seiten verbrannt und dadurch vertrocknet. Wenn die Preise günstig wären würde ich mich nicht beschweren, aber man zahlt hier so viel wie beim Dönermann in der Innenstadt. Rate euch ab hier zu bestellen.

Mieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Döner waren kaum gefüllt und haben eher unterdurchschnittlich geschmeckt.

Bester Döner ever! Tolle Qualität, der Salat ist frisch und lecker, ebenso der Döner und die baklava. Das personal ist super sympathisch, höflich nett und geht auf deine bestell Wünsche ein. Auch wenn es drinnen nicht so groß ist, ist es sehr schön gemacht! Du brauchst auch nicht lange auf dein Essen warten, obwohl immer viel los ist. Trotz des ganzes Ansturm an Bestellungen, ist dort keiner genervt, abgehetzt oder unfreundlich, geschweidenn, mit dem Essen stimmt was nicht. Es ist immer top!!!! Preis/Leistung stimmt. Ganz ganz toller Betrieb. Daumen hoch und Respekt an euch!!!
