Update: After almost two years, an attempt was made to have my review deleted (apparently it wasn't good enough). I suspected something like this based on comments here and therefore kept the invoice and the names of the witnesses 😉 So deleting it didn't work. My mother celebrated her 81st birthday with a total of six people. Three of the six people had ordered a side salad because there were no side dishes mentioned for the selected dishes on the menu. The three salads were served, along with three more identical side salads. The waitress explained that these were the side salads for the other dishes. Later, I saw on the online menu at home that a side salad was included in ALL the dishes we ordered. That same evening I wrote to management and asked for an explanation as to why the waitress didn't point out to us when we ordered that the salads would be served with the food we ordered anyway. Secondly, I asked what happened to the three salads for which my mother paid a total of €13.50 extra. These would then have had to be served additionally. Unfortunately, I didn't get an explanation when I asked again. The food was good, but we definitely won't visit this restaurant again because of this type of billing. We are very disappointed by this behavior and I can only advise everyone to check the bill carefully on site.

Very friendly service, while waiting you get an ouzo. The food is great, the portions are absolutely sufficient and the ambience is okay too. Nicer outside than inside. Unfortunately there is a no-go. If you order a grill plate with gyros, there is no tzatziki. Something like this MUST be included with a grill plate, especially at a price of €36. Please change...

Went there for dinner today, the gyros was quite ok, but it tasted like something ready-made from the supermarket, I'm used to better things from Greek places, I found the portion a bit small for €15, the side salad and the tzatziki were okay. The smoking area that you had to go through is annoying.

I regret eating at Salonika today. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food: not recommended.
