Mykonos in Korbach

Unfortunately our visit this year was a disappointment. We waited over an hour for the food, which was prepared with little love and came to us lukewarm. The meat itself was oversalted. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way anymore. 👎

The whole thing was almost inedible because there was a lot of salt. But if I had given it back I would have had to wait longer. And the portion was small.

Price performance top! Service and friendliness very good. Great, quick service. Gyros, liver, fries, tzatziki and coleslaw were very tasty, but a bit strongly seasoned, gyros and fries were too salty for our taste, less is more. The food was okay, although Greek cuisine has more spices than salt. Unfortunately, this had a bit of an overhang in terms of taste for the selected dishes. The service was friendly.

There is a fairly large selection of dishes, almost all of which contain a small portion of homemade tzatziki, in terms of taste and quality. The ambience and decoration is plentiful but absolutely fitting and stylish. The portions are generous, nicely presented and tasty. After the meal there is a great ouzo. I can only recommend it and will come again.

A very nice Greek restaurant in the middle of the town of Korbach. On the terrace on a warm summer evening with friendly staff, the food was very tasty, a little vacation in the middle of everyday life and affordable. A good Demestic wine simply highly recommended.

We had made a reservation for 12 people as a group and were disappointed right from the start because three tables were put together and ready: nothing set, nothing prepared. Then we as a group always like to take several appetizer plates in advance. However, they were a complete disaster. How you can slap so little so carelessly onto a small plate for €10! The lamb chops were good, the liver was completely over-seasoned and fried as hard as a board. Everything was thrown on the plate rather quickly and completely non-Greek. The young service was nice but clueless. Good thing we had a great meal in a cozy restaurant the following evening. Maybe we were dismissed because we were tourists and therefore wouldn't be regular guests.

The restaurant is very clear with 12 tables. The service couldn't keep up. Waited over 1 hour for food. The salad is really lovely. With ready dressing. Rice was very very good. But that was it.

The two of us visited the Greek restaurant Mykonos in Korbach and had dinner there. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we got a spot without any problem. The food was very tasty, especially the meat, which was of excellent quality. A highlight was the Weihenstephaner wheat beer that is served here - it is one of the best wheat beers in the world and we really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly and served us excellently. Overall, we had a wonderful evening in Mykonos and would love to come back. A real insider tip for lovers of Greek cuisine in Korbach!

Food is ok, we had two dogs with us and had to sit in the next room, the staff is just so-so. Construction site in front of the door.

The food was good and the portions were decent. You can sit comfortably here and enjoy typical Greek dishes.

They can't help it because the construction site is currently there. But it would have been great if I called and they would at least have given me the information since I don't come from Korbach. When reserving a table, I actually wanted to reserve a table for 5:30 p.m., but I was told that they usually only open at 6 p.m. There is a sign on the front door that says 5:30 p.m. We weren't greeted in a really friendly way (I know that differently from other restaurants). The young man who was there and served us the drinks was friendly and gave me better service in the restaurant. What was unfortunately noticeable negatively was that the shop wasn't that full and there were 6 of us there and it took ages for the food to arrive (unlike other restaurants I know). I had gyros with 2x liver and fries. The liver and fries were really good, unfortunately the gyros were burnt. The liver and gyros actually came with rice and salad. But I ordered this with fries and no salad. I still got the salad, which isn't so bad, but no attention was paid to it even though the customer (in this case me) specifically said that I didn't want a salad and it was written down that way. Even the salad, which wasn't anything special and wasn't very big, took ages... Then we wanted to pay and we probably waited another 20 minutes to pay. The young waiter said we don't have to look at him like that (meant in a friendly way), only the boss does the paying? I think if the young man could do that too then everything would have been much quicker. The ambience was special because it was in a castle. Conclusion: The biggest sticking point was really the waiting time. Lg

Comfortably furnished. Gyros crispy and delicious. I think a small plate of tzatziki for 6.00 euros is pretty steep.😏

Four of us ate here yesterday.1) The atmosphere was very nice and clean. 2) Staff really very friendly and funny 3) The food was great. We had different dishes and were all very satisfied. The beer tasted good and the red wine was also very good. Even though many tables were occupied, our food came very quickly. And the ouzo at the end rounded everything off. We were very satisfied, thank you for the great hospitality and of course we would like to come back.

It's an absolute disgrace to charge €6 for a small tzatziki. I'll never come back for that. Thanks for nothing!

I've been to Greek restaurants many times, but I've never had such a boring salad. The fish was breaded, which I expected to be grilled. And I didn't like unauthorized.

Sehr schöne Örtlichkeit! Eine wirklich tolle nette Bedienung! Von anderen Griechen kenne ich Vegetarische Mix Platten, die habe ich etwas vermisst dafür war aber mein Rind wirklich toll!

Der Salat den es zum Essen gibt war einfach gekauft und nicht selbstgemacht ohne liebe drapiert und dekoriert Paprika haben im Salat meiner Meinung nach nix zu suchen und er war schließlich noch aus dem Glas der Rest war OK sagen wir es so Tzatziki aus der Massenproduktion und war damit kaum genieß barder Reis war zu weiß und Überwürzt bitte verbessern sonst komme ich nie wieder

Durch Empfehlung von Arbeitskollegen hier gezielt essen gegangen. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, man bekommt einen Tisch zugewiesen. Reichlich Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke. Essen (Gyros / Suflaki / Leber / Scholle) sehr lecker. Super gebraten, geschmacklich ein Highlight. Service nett und aufmerksam. Örtlichkeiten sauber. Preis-Leistung gerechtfertigt. Reservierung macht aber Sinn, da schon sehr gut besucht. Die Parkplätze sind im Moment durch die Baustelle ein Problem, aber in der Nähe gibt es öffentliche Parkplätze. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Bei Mykonos schmeckt alles sehr gut, wird man freundlich bedient in einer griechischen Ambiente und mit al dem fühlt man sich wohl 😍

Der Empfang war recht kühl aber einmal in Fahrt lief es dann. Ansonsten recht nette Atmosphäre. Das Essen war gut.

We hebben bij Mykonos lekker gegeten ook de wijn was prima. Ze hebben lekkere gerechten. Personeel lijkt alleen vriendelijk. We zaten in een hoek van de zaak en daar wordt je gewoon vergeten. Geen extra drinken kunnen bestellen en de beloofde aperitief en de rekening kwamen maar niet. Uiteindelijk bij de balie betaald en ik moest dan zelf nog aangeven wat we hebben gegeten. Ik vond die niet klantvriendelijk. Maakte van dit alles geen leuke ervaring

Guten Essen zum fairen Preis, freundliche, schnelle Bedienung Leider ist es fast unmöglich eine Reservierung zu machen, am Telefon null Antwort und dann soll es eine Reservierungs-App geben, bei der man erst bezahlen muss?????

Richtig lecker, tolles Ambiente, Preis Leistung stimmt auch .Wir lieben dieses Restaurant , egal ob zu 2. oder mit Freunden. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen und im Winter ist es auch drinnen sehr schön. Man sollte allerdings immer reservieren, denn spontan muss man Glück haben, wenn man noch einen freien Platz bekommen kann.

Mussten leider über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten und die Portionen waren nicht ausreichend.

Seit langem mal wieder dort. Und ich muss sagen, sehr sehr gut. Essen ausreichend, sehr schmackhaft, Service freundlich und schnell. Sehr gute Terrasse. Bester Grieche in Korbach.

Essen nicht sehr gut,nicht richtig heiss,Service lässt zu wünschen übrig,man wollte uns sehr schnell los werden ,wurde nicht mal nach Getränken nachbestellen gefragt.Wir kommen nicht wieder!!!!

So, wie man sich ein griechisches Lokal vorstellt. Wie früher... ich mag das. Manche Dinge muss man nicht verändern. Ausserdem war es gepflegt und sehr sauber!

Wir haben durch eine Freundin von diesem Restaurant erfahren und wollten uns selber überzeugen. Was soll ich sagen, das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Preise sind absolut im Rahmen. wer also gut Griechisch in Korbach essen möchte, dem können wir dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Bin seit 40 Jahre Gast. Finde es positiv faszinierend, wie die Qualität der Speisen gleich geblieben ist. Der Chef kocht selbst und seine Frau ist im Service. Freundliche Bedienung. Ist mir immer einen Besuch wert .
