The delivery was faulty and the quality of the meat was very poor. My complaint over the phone immediately after delivery was simply ignored. Afterwards I threw the food away because the lamb was rubbery and almost raw. The chicken was burnt and the dough rolls were not baked through!!! Disgrace!!!

Since the last 3 orders, my drink has been shaken EVERY TIME. This time it exploded all over the table and ruined my food. Once is acceptable, 2 times may be an oversight, but 3 times is unacceptable. It was clearly done on purpose as not only was it a small fizz, but every time the drink was opened it was like a nuclear explosion. I know for a fact that this isn't the owner's fault and it's probably just the delivery driver acting like a ****, but something like this is unacceptable. But when they play tricks like that with my drink, I wonder what tricks they play with my food. So I won't be ordering from them anymore, which would be a shame as I used to spend an average of €30-40 a week there. Your food is very good, but I don't tolerate such pranks.

The store was already closed at 12:00 a.m. and it said they would be open until 1:30 a.m.

I was warmly welcomed there by the two employees. The flatbread was very soft and crispy. They probably made it themselves, which they confirmed to me when I asked. The mixed meat was very tender and very tasty. There was also a drink. They were all friendly and very willing to talk. I was also able to charge my cell phone there and also had the option of using a power socket from outside, but I declined. Because I just wanted to load it. There was also an opportunity to wash your hands or use the toilet there. She was very clean. I'd love to come back when I'm in Kelsterbach. I was only there to pass through.

They just changed the name, otherwise everything remained the same bad. Doner meat is not fresh and I got a stomach bug. And the kebab sandwich is as thin as toast, very little meat and little salad. I'd rather walk 3 minutes longer and get something full for €6 on the other side of the street.

This is definitely the kind of place that is better in-person vs delivery. Walked in and grabbed a delicious lunch. Doner sandwich is so good!!!

Ordered Sucuk pizza and got Tonno.

Ordered kebab pizza, the meat was not fresh but taken out from a compartment, that's how it tasted and looked. They changed names otherwise everything is just bad. I thought it was under new ownership now and it would taste different. Dirty and not recommended.

Great kebab and kebab box! The portions are amazing and the ingredients are fresh. We were also warmly welcomed and served by the staff. We will be back! 😍

What an incredible place to stop for a bite to eat! We had a quick overnight layover at Frankfurt Airport and stayed in Kelsterbach. It's a small town with not too many food options (especially for vegetarians), so we went here for their falafel. WOW. Their falafel pita wraps are full of delicious vegetables and excellent falafel. It was such an incredible meal to wrap up our trip and leave us happy before the flight. The real prize was their baklava. It was sitting by the cash register in front and we had a few extra bucks to spend (CASH ONLY BY THE WAY). It blew our minds. One of our favorite desserts we had ever had. Honestly, we had such a great experience here. I wish we could bring the restaruant home with us. If you are staying in Kelsterbach or have a layover in Frankfurt, you have to stop here for a fresh and delicious meal.

Doner kebab really bad compared to others (floppy bread, bad/little sauce). My colleague was insulted with “What are you looking at, you idiot” in their language. I had the best and most delicious taste I had in Frankfurt, not in Kelsterbach. I tried it in many places, but City Kebab was very different and very nice, its quality, service, sincerity and hygiene are extremely remarkable, it is an excellent place, I recommend it to everyone 🤌👍

I arrive. Wait at the counter for 5 minutes. Place my order. Wait 15 minutes for my kebab plate. Then I ask where it is. Answer: I am alone. It won't take about 20 minutes. Nach dem ich den Post in Fb gesehen habe das sie die hygienemaßnahmen nicht einhalten , wollte ich auch mal meine eigene erfahrung hier auffaßen , ich selber war dort als Kundin vor ca 1-2 Monaten ich hatte echt Hunger und die preise sind ein Wucher, dennoch habe ich das allererste mal dort bestellt einen normalen döner sowie eine dönerbox. Das Fleisch war in Sandwich ungenießbar ich dachte mir vlt ist es bei der Box anders. Leider genau das selbe Essen war sehr kalt Brot schmeckte wie 2 Tage Brot das Fleisch konnte man wirklich nicht essen ich weiss echt nicht was mit dem Fleisch war ich kann es selbst nicht richtig beschreiben wie kaugummie. Aufjedenfall rufte mich mein Freund an , ich sagte zu ihm das ich döner auf die schnelle geholt hab. Da meinte er ,nicht essen viele haben sich beschwert wegen magendarm. Das ganze essen ging dann in die tonne. Da muss definitiv was verändert werden. Für uns war es nur eine Enttäuschung

We ordered something on New Year's Eve before we wanted to leave the house. After about 40 minutes we were called and informed that unfortunately we couldn't deliver due to a lack of meat because it was New Year's Day and a lot had been ordered. This wasn't a problem for us at all and we simply asked for the money to be sent back. The interesting part now comes: The status of the delivery was for more than a whole day: "Your order is on the way" -.- and at some point after 2 days I went into the app and it seriously said "Your order has been delivered" Who do you still want to mess up here???? Now a week has passed and still no money in sight. Absolutely disgusting and just pathetic. You can't beat it in terms of audacity: just collect money for nothing -.-

For 100€ of food ordered over the phone, 2 bottles of free Coke were promised. When delivered, the driver said we had run out of drinks, so you lose customers if you lie

Pelayanannya sangat bersahabat, makannya ukuran jumbo, delicious dan tenang.

Bis vor wenigen Tagen gab es noch ein Jubiläums Angebot: Döner-Sandwich mit Getränk für 6€. Ansich ein gutes Angebot. Aber von 5x dort essen war 2x ein Plastik Abschnitt im Döner-Sandwich. Ich vermute das eine der Zutaten in einem durchsichtigen dicken plastik Beutel geliefert wurde. Das Angebot gilt aktuell nicht mehr und die bisher tadellose knobisauce ist jetzt leider Recht rötlich... Wie eine Cocktail Sauce... Majo Senf Ketchup.. Der Spies schmeckt einfach aber gut. Das Brot ist mal etwas kross mal eher weich.. also schwanken die Röstzeiten. Unterm Strich ein bisschen mau aber grundsätzlich gut. Gibt auch Spezialitäten wie Adana Kebab die hab ich aber nicht probiert. Die Frau der das Geschäft gehört ist eine gute nette Frau. P

Die Pommes waren alt und voller Öl und auch das Fleisch war kalt und der Geschmack war auch nicht gerade lecker, sehr schade

I came to grab some food today after work as 100 times before. The staff is changed there quite wholesome. I did not have cash so that i got to the nearest Volksbank and grabbed 30 EUR. I ordered slowly without too many words: Döner teller for 12.50 plus durum for 7,5 and pommes for 3,50 EUR and placed 30 EUR on the counter. The person wrote down rather everything together with dressing. Then they moved on with preparation and i noticed that they put few pommes inside Dürum, and i thought ok this will be cheaper and healthier for me. I am never too much talktive about preparation and fusy, because talk is not good for digestion, and teaching professionals in Kebab shop who work so fast i also not good. I took my order and asked for change. The person said that i had given him 20 EUR and started something that it is 100 % truth, and he promised, I supposingly made mistake, miscalculation etc. I felt like the last idiot in the place i trusted so much,cause i eat there food. I said no word and left.

Das Essen war für den Preis echt unterirdisch! Brot extrem fest, kaum Füllung im Döner und die Pommes wurden noch halb roh geliefert. Preisleistung stimmt hier absolut nicht!

Nun ja, wir wollten eigentlich vom Kelsterbacher Kebaphaus telefonisch bestellen, hatten uns aber verwählt zu diesem Dönerladen. Hatten zwei Dürrums bestellt, die am Ende ganz OK geschmeckt hatten. Sie waren relativ schnell zubereitet wobei man sagen muss, daß Restaurant war auch komplett leer. Vom Service her wünsche ich mir etwas mehr Freundlichkeit. Wir bleiben weiterhin bei unserem Stammdönerladen!
