Very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and reasonable prices. After the meal, they always offer a sweet dessert and a cup of tea. We always enjoy coming back. :)

I've lived in Germany for years, and this was the first time I've had the best Adana kebab I've ever had, and I gave it a good review back then. Just as we give credit when something is good, we should give credit when we have a complaint. I've always gone to Kristal for food. I stopped by over the weekend and ordered takeout to go. I sat down, and the order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I was actually hungry, so I appreciated the speed. I paid the bill and left. When I got home, I was suspicious. I bought two Adana wraps, and the bread was stale and the meat was ice cold. I also bought one Lahmacun. I was shocked that they charged 8.5 € for a small Lahmacun with no salad, döner salad, or anything else. Isn't this a shame? We trusted you and always came to you, even for iftar. Why didn't I like the food? Because I ordered from you many times and ate there, sometimes we came as a group 3 times and the food was excellent. You may have earned 30€ from me but you lost me as a customer.

Simply a perfect stay. Excellent service, super-delicious doner kebab, and lamacun! They just serve tea and baclava for dessert 😍

I arrived late from airport and i was looking for proper meal as the food at the flight was not good, Luckily i picked Kristall, i enjoyed the lamp chops and all food was nice, beside ayran and turkish Chai with dessert 😊

Although I didn't have high expectations for Adana, it was the worst wrap I've ever eaten. The lavash was stale and had almost all the parsley inside.

It's a pity that they don't know how to cook Iskender here... it tastes like tomato paste, nothing more.

We went there and the waiter was completely uninterested, no smile, no sympathy. He brought the ashtray, but I was glad he didn't throw it at my head. He brought the menu, but threw it on the table. When he brought the food, he literally threw it on the table instead of leaving it there. The food wasn't bad. If it had been a friendly establishment, we wouldn't have had a problem with the food. The only good thing was that we weren't beaten. I think it could have been better.

I had a Dürum doner kebab, which was truly delicious. The meat was good, everything was still in it, super fresh, and the service couldn't have been better. The staff was very friendly, and the food arrived within 10 minutes. The price is reasonable.

We went there on May 28th on a whim (based on the reviews). We (brother-in-law, sister, and I) were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very inviting (you can also sit outside) and the waiters were very friendly. We were served quickly. We ordered a grilled meat platter for two because we weren't that hungry, which was a good thing. We got an appetizer platter with fresh bread, which already felt like we were full. The grilled meat platter came with a large salad. Afterwards, we were treated to black tea and two small desserts (on the house). Everything tasted great, and we will definitely go there again. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Beware, the prices are outrageous. 4 lahmacun to go for 52 euros. That's just not acceptable!

Delicious and authentic Turkish food. You can order absolutely anything here and you won't be disappointed. Special requests are always welcome, and the tea after the meal is simply delicious. During Ramadan, though, don't expect to find a table 😉

We were pleasantly surprised. The portions were huge (at least for us). We started with flatbread and meze. At the end, we were treated to free sweets and cay.

Food and service are great. You get free flat cakes with dip and a tea with pastries as dessert for free. Very accommodating. Service really friendly. Unfortunately, the terrace is right on the main street, so points are deducted for the ambience. Still 5 stars from me. Clear recommendation

I got a kebab here and was overall disappointed. The kebab was served warm, but unfortunately that's the most positive thing about it. The portion was quite small and didn't really fill me up - for €8 I expect a lot more, especially outside of Frankfurt. The kebab didn't impress me in terms of taste either - nothing special. For comparison: In Frankfurt you can get a significantly larger and better-tasting kebab for the same price (or even less). For me, the price-performance ratio here is not right at all. Unfortunately no recommendation.

The food is almost always good, but last time it was unfortunately cold. We still like to go there, but this is the second time the waitress has tipped me more than I said. She takes the card, says the tip and in the end a higher amount appears on the debit because you can't see what she is typing and she holds the card up to the device herself. Something like that doesn't work, I just saw it on my credit card today.

Whenever I go to Frankfurt Airport and the time is right, I like to eat here.

Clear recommendation! Yesterday evening after landing at the airport we found this great address nearby and we were not disappointed. Great quality, great service, huge portions and super tasty. Had a kebab plate with fries and one Dürüm with extra meat. Anytime again when we are in Frankfurt. Thanks for that! 😊

Very disappointing at the moment... a few years ago it was even better... Smaller portions, very rude waiters.. And in the evenings you can't find parking... so you have to pay a fine afterwards...

The dish is delicious and the staffs are very friendly. It's a good place to have something to eat before the flight.

For me one of the best Turkish grill restaurants in the Rhine-Main area. And this has been the case for over 20 years. Everything fresh and large portions. And one of the best Ezme (spicy paste) I know. Before the main courses you are served bread with some cacik and ezme on the house. Even that is worth it in terms of taste and you have to be careful not to get full. 🙂

The food itself is delicious. The service is also friendly. Only now I had hair in my food twice. The first time I thought to myself "okay, it can happen".. but now it's happened again and I've honestly lost my appetite. My sister also ate in the restaurant - and also had a hair in her food. I'll avoid the restaurant for now. Very unfortunate. We were there often and enjoyed it.

We've been here many times, but we won't go there anymore... no matter what, there's still plenty going on... 10 euros for a Lamacun is just completely disproportionate.

I ordered a lahmacun with meat for 10 euros. Bread only warmed up not freshly baked, meat from a warming box not fresh off the spit. He didn't understand tomatoes, he didn't understand onions anymore. The finished lahmacun weighed a maximum of 250g and wasn't nearly filling. Personally, I thought it was cheeky given the price. The taste was OK, but nothing more. I can't recommend it any further

I ordered a Dürum. Bread was cold, falafe tasted more like finished falafel. Starter was sour or fermented (is that how it should be?). Anyway, immediately afterwards I got diarrhea and stomach pain. Rice pudding was okay. Baklava was very sweet, maybe it's a matter of taste... My fazid 2 stars. Sorry, but I have to rate it that way.

Das Restaurant Döner Kristall liegt perfekt mit Parkplatz vor der Tür Parkscheibe nicht vergessen. Es gibt eine überdachte große Terrasse und auch Plätze im innen Bereich. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut.

Soup tastes very good. Doner kebab is ok Doner kebab not so good because bread is too thick. But if you're very hungry for kebab, you'll be full.

The website expressly advertises that the restaurant is pet-friendly! We had ordered a table for 6 people. We were not allowed into the restaurant but were placed outside. Unlike other guests, we were not offered baklava or tea. They didn't even ask if it tasted good. Even one star is too much for this rude behavior. Sales were around €150, if you don't need it, that's good too. There are more upscale Turkish restaurants where we are always welcome. Never again in the crystal

We were in this restaurant for the first time today and absolutely loved it. Immediately after ordering, you will receive a flatbread with various dips and a salad bowl in the house service. The food is very tasty and very nicely prepared. For dessert, two baklava came on the house. We'd love to come back!!!

The food was really very filling and delicious! As a starter we got free flatbread with 2 freshly made dips. For dessert we ordered baklava and tea. Very tasty baklava and surprisingly even on the house as well as the tea! This was the best restaurant visit I've had in a long time. I am still speechless at how much generosity and kindness we were shown. Price performance was more than just right, and if I/we were from the area then I/we would like to come more often. Can absolutely recommend this restaurant. 10/10*!

I ordered lamb ribs, chicken skewers, French fries and rice from the haup menu. The rice was exceptionally chewy and delicious, like scorched rice. I highly recommend this place. The waiters are extremely friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. As a special touch, they gave my girlfriend and me complimentary dessert cake and baklava, and also free tea at the end. Definitely worth a visit!
