Ordered a bag to pick up with Too good to go. Food itself was delicious. The employees were also super nice, would happily come back. :)

We stopped by the restaurant in the evening while we were passing through because we were hungry. As soon as we entered, we were met with a strong smell of fat/fryer, which we found unpleasant. We still decided on a kebab plate and a kebab in flatbread, which you have to order at the counter, despite the fact that you eat in the restaurant. After about 15 minutes, the kebab plate, which was neither particularly large nor varied (e.g. different salads), was clearly disillusioning given the hefty price of €15. The kebab wasn't served until a few minutes later, so you had to eat a little later. The taste was okay, but at €8 it was very expensive. It also had hot spices on it, which was not mentioned when ordering. Since I can tolerate spicy and was hungry, I ate it, but if someone can't tolerate spicy, they could have thrown the kebab away. From my point of view, sharpening as a matter of course without an explicit order is a no-go. After we had eaten, we had to go back to the counter to pay. We then discovered that card payments were not possible. At a snack bar/restaurant that offers prices like in a good restaurant, you actually expect service at your seat (ordering + cashing) and that for such sums (€62 for 4 people) you can also pay by card. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right for us here. Either you have to improve the service and, for example, serve drinks, take orders and offer card payments, or you have to lower the prices a little. Basically, the rooms actually offer a good basis. And better ventilation would be desirable. When I walked past my wife at a distance of about 2 m, she said that I smelled strongly of fries and that I had bathed in a deep fryer.

They now sell half a kebab as a whole but charge the same price, which is just a disgrace!!!

The kebab and pizza were super tasty and the kebab and pizza were very well topped with meat. Doner bread was freshly baked and both for €5 each!. Really great. Any time.

We used to come here several times every week when the pasta pot still cost 8.90. Now the price has been raised to 12.90, but the food is significantly worse, the portion is smaller and there is no longer a free side salad like it used to be... The service is ok but anything but good. When I pointed out that we weren't satisfied, they didn't respond any further and instead ignored it. Where is the great staff from before the renovation who always had an open ear and even brought an ouzo at the end... The logo is now beautifully emblazoned on the counter, but the shop is now run with the same care as it was installed (one number is simply upside down😂). If you want to have a good and inexpensive Turkish meal in Konstanz, you should stop by Defne!!!

We went for breakfast, everything was excellent, the service was excellent, I recommend it, the customer service is excellent.

The man there sold me a bad chicken. I was wondering why he was cutting beef while I ordered chicken. but he wanted to deceive me He put the beef in one container and the other container was with a red chicken. He took the rotten chicken and sold it to me I asked myself, “Why not straight from the grill?” He thought I was taking the Donna box home But I decided to eat it there after trying it. The chicken had already gone bad and they are still selling it to me No wonder this restaurant is always empty After I told the man that they had sold me a chicken, he wanted to give me beef, but I said no. because they knew the chicken was old 🙄 😒 😕 😐 😑 😪
