My doner kebab experience at the Bodensee Center 🥙 Today I ate a doner kebab at a small snack bar that left both positive 🤩 and somewhat strange 🤔 impressions. Here's my detailed review 📝: The service: Friendly and courteous🧑🏾‍🍳. The kebab vendor was really very nice, a huge plus⭐! Not only did he serve me friendly, he even brought my food and my drink to my table.🍽️ That's not a given these days and made the atmosphere very pleasant. The doner kebab itself: Meat-heavy, but a bit one-sided My doner kebab felt like it consisted almost entirely of meat and salad🥬. While there was a decent amount of meat (according to the description, it was "rotisserie" and presumably ground beef🐂), the selection of side dishes was very poor. I would have preferred tomatoes and more red cabbage plus onions 🧅🍅 for a bit more flavor variety. Instead, the focus was clearly on meat—perhaps that's his custom (culture?!) 😅, but for me, it was a bit too one-sided. The seasoning: Spicy, but not a balance 🌶️🫑 Only paprika and chili powder were available at the table. While that's good for spicy food fans, I would have preferred other spices or sauces 🧂. Even worse: There were no napkins 🧻 at the table or on the plate (only at the cash register)! After eating, my fingers were completely oily 🤲🏼💦—that was really unpleasant and somewhat spoiled an otherwise good experience. Conclusion: Solid, but with room for improvement All in all, the kebab was **great**, especially because of the large portion and the friendly service. However, it lacked balance (more vegetables would be nice) and small amenities like napkins or a wider selection of condiments. If the snack bar improves on this, it would be a thoroughly enjoyable experience!❤️🤘🏿 **Rating: 3.5/5 stars** ⭐⭐⭐✨ (Good, but not perfect – with a few small tweaks, it could be truly amazing!)

Unfriendly customer service, my boyfriend ordered a kebab box, when the kebab man came with a kebab we told him he wanted a kebab box, he got very angry and argued for 10 minutes. Never again!!!!

Best kebab in town! I've been here several times now and I'm thrilled every time! The meat is fresh and juicy, the bread is crispy and the sauces are perfectly balanced. The ingredients taste high quality and fresh - no comparison to many other shops. The staff is friendly and quick, you don't have to wait long even when it's busy. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Definitely my new favorite kebab shop – absolute recommendation!

Very tasty kebab! I can't understand all the bad reviews at all. Since the shop finally found a new owner, everything tastes great 😃 The beef is tender, deliciously seasoned, and really tasty. There aren't many sauces, but the yogurt sauce tastes great with the meat. 😋 All in all, a top-notch shop, I highly recommend it 😊

Service was friendly, decor was average, and the food itself (doner kebab plate) was disappointing. I'll just walk past next time.

Never eaten such a bad kebab. The meat tastes like ground beef, fried without any seasoning, nothing mixed in (salad on top, ground beef below). The sauce is just smothered on top, tastes like yogurt.

There is very tasty food and friendly staff. We ordered a kebab plate with meat, fries, salad and pizza, ayran and cola. The meat was particularly tasty😋

The food and service was very poor

I was there a few years ago - I would have given it 3 out of 5 stars. Today I dared again and am very disappointed. €8.50 (!!!) for a Dürüm! I thought to myself, okay - this will be delicious (real) beef - but I think I've never (!) eaten such dry beef in Dürüm. The dough was also a bit doughy and not fully baked. Sauce was okay. Sorry, but that's not possible for €8.50. Card payment didn't work again. My colleague had a Lahmacun for €9 (!) with far too little meat on it. He was also bitterly disappointed - and even asked whether that was the right amount of meat. I will avoid the store for a long time.

Delicious. There was no cola but otherwise great.

It's in the mall, but it's beautifully designed. Doner kebabs are very tasty and always fresh. Large selection of other ingredients.

Wer Döner mag, der ist hier richtig. Grosse Portionen, sehr netter Sercice.

Jedzenie: pyszne ale porcje nie za duże. Obsługa: w porządku. Czas oczekiwania: ok.  10 min. Ceny: trochę wygórowane.

Ist gut aber leider sehr teuer geworden.

Der Reis ist einfach der hammer

Zwei Dürüm bestellt Das Fleisch war sehr trocken und zäh, geschmacklich eine Katastrophen

Also ich hatte heute einen Dürum. Und der Teig war super zäh. Das Fleisch war ungenießbar. Total gummiartig und dazwischen war es hart! Hab es nicht runter bekommen und musste es leider wegwerfen :-( Schade, da sieht es immer so lecker aus...

Ich kaufe hier nur Pizza. Frisch, große Portion und günstig. Ich hatte ein paar Mal Döner gekauft, mir schmeckt es einfach nicht. Das Fleisch ( Rind ) hat so einen eigen Geschmack der mir nicht schmeckt. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich.

Waren heute wieder beim Essen da. Mitarbeiter wie immer freundlich und die Pizza lecker!

Essen war super. Allerdings passt Ayran als Soße für Döner Kebap nicht wirklich. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Der döner war ganz gut aber zu klein ...bin nicht sat geworden.

Die Auswahl bei der Antipasti-Theke ist echt riesig und sieht alles super frisch aus. Die Auswahl beim Imbiss selber ist auch gut und für jeden was dabei. Es ist immer gut besucht, aber gerade zu Corona-Zeiten ist es schwierig beim anstehen auf genug Abstand zu achten da der Imbiss direkt am Durchgangsweg ist und man schnell allen anderen die nur dran vorbei laufen im Weg steht. Ebenso war der yufka nicht gut gerollt, ist auseinandergefallen und er war zu wässrig, sodass am Ende das komplette Brot aufgeweicht war und es eine ordentliche Sauerei war. Die Soße wird auch nicht mein Favorit, habe schon leckerere gegessen. Aber alles in allem kann man dort gut und schnell essen.

Schnelle Bedienung auch zu Stoßzeiten. Hier geht alles Zackzack. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Essen schmeckt gut.

Lecker freundlich und super Service.

Für 10 Euro gibt es hier einen großen Dönerteller mit Pommes, Salat und ein Getränk. Die Qualität finde ich gut, man wird sehr schnell bedient, auch wenn mal mehr los ist. Personal ist freundlich. Parken und Eingang auch mit Rollstuhl möglich.

Super leckeres Essen und sehr netter Besitzer! Genügend Sitzplätze sind auhh vorhanden! In der Mittagszeit sehr gut besucht!
