The food is good, but the service is very, very bad. The first day we went in the morning, the owner of the restaurant was there. Everything was fine, except for the bathrooms. The second day we came back because the food was good, but the story is that the owner of the restaurant was not there. The situation was very chaotic (service became bad after a quarter of an hour until a grocery employee came to clean the table and they did not like anything. Side conversations between the workers never tasted good in front of the customers, and offensive terms, of course, as a financial customer, I have to listen to them. I was going and paid 50 euros for two people to put my head at ease. We asked for breakfast and he said it was not available. We remained silent and five minutes later someone ordered breakfast and they brought it to him. (Whoever has a family never gives me advice, and for my part, this is the last time I go to the restaurant, unfortunately.)

I don't understand some of the bad reviews. The shop is a snack bar and not a restaurant. We had a falafel, the employee was very nice and put a lot of effort into it. The falafel was really tasty and fresh and, at €4.50, one of the cheapest in Düsseldorf. Will definitely come back often!
