Pathetic service, food and attitude of the workers/owners. I ordered two falafel and three manakish from lieferando on March 29, 2024 at 10:54 p.m.; A worker or the shop owner contacted me after about five minutes and said there was no more falafel and asked me if I wanted anything else. The first sentence I said was that I am a vegetarian so please give me a vegetable hummus and four more manakishes. When I received my order the hummus contained an insect and beef. I tried contacting the restaurant outside of business hours, but they had a Turkish cleaning team who didn't speak English or German, so I decided to call them the next day. The next day I get three spam calls and the rude lady from last night says “Hello, sorry” and disconnects the call. I called back after the three spam calls and was confronted with what happened last night. She said it was my fault for ordering so late and that I should have ordered beforehand if I wanted real food. If a restaurant does not want me to place an order after a certain time, it is the restaurant's responsibility to stop accepting orders. No trash should be handed to me after paying the full price. When she said I found an insect and meat in my hummus, she kept arguing that they didn't have any meat last night. I told her I had a picture and then she replies "Oh sorry, just remove the beef, they cut some around the hummus so it must have fallen in." I'm Hindu and tried to explain to her that eating beef is against my religion and she says just taking it away is no big deal. After a few seconds she gets annoyed and says it doesn't matter to Hindus if we end up eating some beef. She was extremely rude and didn't accept her mistake. She will not compensate me with anything nor would she refund me the money. I would strongly advise people to stop ordering from Jan Syrian Cuisine. The restaurant itself is very unhygienic when you visit and the lady who works there is absolutely rude

2024: Still a great snack. We were there again today. Great food, super friendly service, everything was great. We ate on site and felt very comfortable, even if the atmosphere was more of a snack bar. 2021: Even better on site than when ordered 😀. I ordered from Jan, took it with me and also ate there. And nothing was better than fresh right there 😋. If you're there, don't miss the baklava for dessert. Incredibly good 😀

The food I ordered was completely spoiled, The uncleanliness of the food was obvious and unacceptable. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. This experience left me deeply disappointed and unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. Where is the health department!!!!!!

For the first time in my life I ate spoiled hummus. Everything we bought to take home spoiled and ended up in the trash. How to sell spoiled food? I don't recommend anyone to eat here. haram haram haram

Ich habe über Lieferando einen Hähnchen-Teller mit 3 Hähnchenspießen bestellt, aber stattdessen wurden 5 Hähnchenstücke geliefert, was nur einem Spieß entspricht. Außerdem wurde das Manakisch mit Hackfleisch, das ich bestellt habe, Roh geliefert . Danke für nichts

Das Essen war furchtbar. Das Fladenbrot mit Hack war optisch und olfaktorisch direkt für die Tonne, die Falafel schmeckten ranzig. Das Humus schmeckte nach alten Erdnüssen, das Fateeh war ölig und fad. Nur das Fladenbrot mit Käse war ganz ok. Dafür dauerte die Lieferung 90 Minuten statt 30, wie erst angegeben, mit einem Rückruf nach 60 Minuten, das Teile der Bestellung nicht mehr lieferbar seien.

Es schmeckt einfach sehr sehr sehr lecker . Alles vernünftig zubereitet , super geliefert und eine sehr saubere und ordentliche laden

Ich bestelle so ziemlich einmal in der Woche bei Jan Syrische Küche und mir schmeckt es einfach super lecker, Qualität ist perfekt, es wird schnell geliefert und der Preis ist mehr als in Ordnung. Ganz klar 5 Sterne⭐️

Zum Vorschlagen , leckere Arabische Gerichte , lieferzeit in Ordnung (sogar schnell)

Wir haben dort heute das erste mal bestellt und waren mehr als zufrieden. Wir haben verschiedene Sachen bestellt und alles war mega lecker.

Super lecker, frische Kräuter und Gewürze und mal was anderes als 0815 Dönerbude.

Das leckerste syrische Gericht das ich jemals gegessen habe :) mit so viel Liebe gemacht!! Waaoo ich komme wieder !

Really nice and consistive place! They have great Shawarma, Chicken and really tasty fries! They do their own garlic sauce which is really tasty and worth trying!

So enttäuscht waren wir noch nie …. Haben das Essen über Lieferando bestellt. Es wurde zwar schnell geliefert als angegeben, aber es war grauenvoll 😬 zudem haben wir vor Ort, vor paar Tage eine super leckere Pizza gegessen… Sehr schade , werden erneut nicht mehr dort bestellen und auch keinen empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichnetes Essen. Der Humus war gut und die Falafel und Manakish waren nicht nur ausgezeichnet, sondern wurden auch frisch vor meinen Augen vorbereitet. Alles in allem habe ich hier bisher nirgends besser gegessen.

Inhaber versteht den Unterschied zwischen normaler Cola und Cola Zero nicht. Was ist denn daran so schwer vorher auf die Dose zu schauen, ob da Zero draufsteht? Versteh ich beim besten willen nicht, sorry

Heute über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen wurde schon 20 Minuten eher geliefert und war sehr lecker! Werde hier in Zukunft häufiger bestellen 😊

Hat ziemlich lange gedauert, bis das Essen kam, und es war total kalt. Qualität ging so, braucht man nicht noch einmal. Schade...

Nicht zu vergleichen mit den anderen Buden. Das Essen ist lecker, vorallem das Schawarma oder wie es auch heisst. Fleisch schmeckt deutlich besser als beim Rest, ist auch liebevoller angerichtet.

Sehr lecker!! dass essen da ist unvergleichbar mit anderen Imbiss, die Lieferung ist auch top Das Fleich hat eine sehr gute Qualität und schmeckt sehr lecker. Jeder der nach Jülich kommt sollte Mal den Schawarma essen es schmeckt einfach Bombe außerdem ist das Personal sehr nett und höflich.

Der Lieferdienst ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Lieferzeiten werden mal schnell um 1 Stunde überzogen!!! Essen ist auch nicht sonderlich gut.
