A Syrian restaurant that captivates at first sight: a bright dining room, thoughtful furnishings, and elegant plating. The cuisine offers authentic flavors and well-balanced spices; however, there were a few off-key notes, with some bites slightly burnt. The dining room is friendly, but the wait is slow: there was a long wait to take the order and a typo (potatoes instead of rice), which was promptly corrected. The ayran was subpar. Restrooms could be better supervised. The card payment option is convenient. Overall, a positive experience: a generous "four" out of five. All it would take is streamlining the service, monitoring orders, and paying more attention to customer service to ensure your next visit is worthy of a five-star rating.

I traveled 10 km from Limburg to Aachen in order to taste delicious food, but unfortunately the Arabic shawarma tasted bad, it was very full of oil to the point that you would not be able to complete the meal. This is not my first experience, as I came before this time and ordered pulled chicken, but it was old as if it had been stored and its taste was not good. In addition to that, the potatoes were very full of oil. I am telling you, your food is made of frying oil 🫤

We were close to Aachen and I knew the restaurant and had a good reputation, so we decided to eat quickly and continue on our way, but unfortunately we waited for an hour for the food to arrive. In the end, the food was burnt. They changed the order and brought new ones, reducing the portions as much as possible. Before, we would get our order and it would arrive quickly, fill you up, and still have plenty of room on your plate. Come on to the treatment and atmosphere, there is nothing better or more elegant than this. By God, the reception is excellent, with the hospitality of the bitter coffee from the beautiful talk, and the young men in service are at a high level of cleanliness and organization

Yesterday we went to the restaurant, we were 4 girls. Usually everything is excellent except yesterday. The food was good but not clean. I had a hair in my food and the Lebanese employee’s manner was very rude and impolite. We asked her if it was ok to sit until the order was finished. She got angry and said, “What do I have to do with you? Seriously, this is the last time.”

My wife and children and I went to this restaurant and had to wait over 40 minutes. Each time, we were told our food was coming soon, while other guests who arrived after us were served much faster. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted bad. The service was awful, and the server was rude and disrespectful—he even said, "If you don't like it, there are plenty of other restaurants in Aachen." The prices are high, and the food was not nearly as good as the positive reviews suggest. I will never visit this restaurant again and will report it to the health department.

On our way back from Belgium, we stopped in Aachen for lunch. We had no idea about the city and its halal food. To be honest, we went to Beit Al Sham Restaurant, and it was a wonderful and successful visit. The food was delicious and wonderful, and the broasted chicken tasted amazing. I haven't had such good food in a long time. The service was very good, and they took care of us when they learned we were from the Frankfurt area. I highly recommend it, based on my experience.

From fatte, to grilled chicken, grilled meat to lovely appetizers like tabboule, homos etc. the portion is very generous the waitress is very very respectful, helpful and always makes sure everything is served properly. She always offers us tea or coffee after every meal the cleanliness is perfect, you can easily see it inside the restaurant and the toilet. keep it up guys, Authentic Mediterranean food.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Syrian restaurant in Aachen. We ordered shawarma, which was absolutely not justified for the price – the value for money is not right here at all. Furthermore, the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. One situation was particularly unpleasant when my companion was just placing his order inside and I had taken a seat outside to wait. An employee came out, greeted an Arab family, and offered them a seat either inside or outside – pointing directly at the table where I was already sitting and waiting. I found this very rude. It seemed as if they wanted to chase me away to give the other family (who were obviously also Arab) the seat. This behavior struck me as inappropriate and – frankly – discriminatory. We will definitely not be coming back.

I'm also impressed by the service; everyone is super friendly and caters to every request, even when things get hectic. The shop may be a bit small inside, but it's still modern and comfortably furnished.
