Rude, long time to order and receive food

To be honest, I went more than once and the food was acceptable, but the last time the food was bad. We ordered a shawarma sandwich and two meals of crispy potatoes that were on the plate with the meal, which were very small, and the chicken was as if it had been seasoned at home, and the shawarma was dry and had a lump, so much so, to be honest, I do not recommend visiting it🙃

Hummus and falafel are delicious, others are not. Service very poor and rude, unprofessional.

Bad food and not good treatment and unfriendly.

I used to eat at this restaurant since I was a student at UDE. I generally use to take away. Recently this happened to me: I am an Asian, i visited around 14:00 there, it is very less crowded at this time. I was sitting inside and there are three people from arabic decent sat next to me, waiter took their order and saw me waiting.. there is another waiter saw me and did even bother take my order.. I have waited 25 min still no one took the order. Finally, I left! Why this mistreatment for certain ethnicity? Is it because am Asian? Why the special treatment for Arabic people? I will never visit this restaurant anymore!

This matter is very good and important, this person is freundlich and the rest of the world 😀.. this morning and the Messenger will not be safe and bad will not be well. The food is very good, the staff is very friendly, and the chef is very smiling 😀..but the forks and knives are not clean, and the bathrooms are also not clean.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this restaurant. We ordered two shawarma at the counter and waited for over half an hour without receiving anything. Me and my friend went there for shawarma. I told the guy in front at first. He told me to take a seat. It's been about 15 minutes since, I asked the waiter about our order. His reply was """" You ordered there? It's not my problem""" Afterwards He threw the menu card on the table while I was talking about my opinion. The food has come lately. Next to my table a group of people came and he was as early as possible there. He brought our food after another 20 minutes on our table but gave me a splash of garlic sauce on my shoulder. He told me sorry at the end but, I'm not going there anymore. *THEY TREAT ONLY THEIR KNOWN PEOPLE WELL. *THEY TREAT OTHERS VERY BAD. AS IF FOOD GIVEAWAY PROGRAM. * NOT SINCERE AND RUDE . What an embarrassment in front of my friend today. By the way their food is good.

I had heard good things about the place, so I was looking forward to some good Arabic food. Unfortunately, the store overall seemed unkempt. The tables were all dirty and were only cleaned reluctantly upon request. Shawarma wasn't good either. Not enough meat, which was also dry, too much pickles and sauce. Also done carelessly, everything dripped out the bottom. And it wasn't rolled properly either, so the paper was immediately soaked everywhere. Until then, I hadn't thought that you could go so wrong with shawarma. Kibbe was the worst I've ever eaten and I've eaten hundreds in Arabia. Dry as the desert, meat of the cheapest quality, not even freshly made but fried for the second time to warm it up. It was almost black. No recommendation!

Quality of food changed from before. I ordered Fatteh the sauce was very bad. Food came late although it was before very fast. Falafel didn't taste good. My friend ordered Fateh with Olivenöl and it wasn't tasty. We told the waiter and he didn't do any reaction. I am not sure if management of this restaurant changed recently.

The restaurant pays for the food. The vegetables are nice and fresh. And the meat (mostly chicken) is of good quality and deliciously marinated. The prices are super cheap. I have always ordered take away and the dish was prepared quickly. The checkout service sometimes seems a bit averse or slightly ignores you.

A really dirty shop! Normally when you order a kebab you will be asked what ingredients you would like in your kebab. The employees simply prepared a kebab with everything without asking what you wanted in it. When I wanted to return it, they didn't accept it and said it was my fault because I didn't say anything.

Heute als Familie aus Bremen dort gegessen. Der Inhaber war voller lieb und nett hat mehrmals gefragt ob uns was fehlt oder ob wir noch was brauchen. Das Essen war auch optimal. Wir werden gern wiederkommen :)

Die Leute hier reden nur selten Deutsch, freuen sich aber über jeden, der reinkommt und das Essen probieren möchte. Leider wird kaum darauf geachtet, wie es mit der weiblichen Kundschaft ist. Bei mir haben sich die Kundennach mir mit den Verkäufern unterhalten. Wie ich aussehe, wer mich gerne küssen würde... Die dachten, ich verstehe kein Arabisch, aber mein Freund ist Araber, daher hab ich es bei ihm gelernt. Schade, das Essen war sehr gut, aber ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen. Das finde ich echt blöd, dass Sie nicht auch Respekt vor den Leuten hier zeigen.

Schönes Ambiente. Das Restaurant heißt jetzt Abu Al Nour Al Souri. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Falafel sind sehr lecker und haben Geschmack. Die Shawarma schmeckt gut. Preislich gut. Werde wahrscheinlich wiederkommen :)
