We ordered a broasted chicken meal from him, and it arrived cold. The smell of oil and fish was disgusting. We took the first bite, and I swear I didn't finish the meal. I immediately put it away and left.

I ordered a crispy chicken meal, and there was a hair inside the skin—it was cooked in, not that it fell on it from above. Plus, the chicken wasn't very fresh; it was chewy. I spoke politely to the waiter on the side, in a low voice, and told him I was only telling him so he'd be careful and not lose customers. He asked what I meant, and I showed him, but he said his chicken was fresh and there was absolutely no problem. He didn't mention the hair at all, didn't apologize, and didn't even offer to change the meal. Before I left, he offered to add tea and charged me the full price. If there was more consideration, I wouldn't have written this review, but I hope that after seeing this, they'll improve their cleanliness and service. They could at least apologize and offer another meal or at least give a discount.

Very bad quality, the chicken wings and potatoes were cold. I haven't eaten anything like this ever. The food was very bad. We ordered broasted chicken and potatoes. The food was cold, the potatoes tasted like they'd been fried multiple times, and the pickles were stale. I would not recommend it at all.

I went to eat shawarma at night and you were selling shawarma even though it was not edible at the end of the night. Please do not sell shawarma when it is not fresh.

However, recently, my friends and I were in favor of going to another restaurant, but I was in favor of coming here. I absolutely loved my visit to Ruken Al Din Restaurant! The food was a real pleasure - every dish was prepared with a lot of love and tasted excellent. The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced, exactly what you would want from good Arabic cuisine. The prices are very fair and absolutely appropriate for the quality of the food. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone on the team was extremely polite, courteous and made sure we felt completely comfortable. An all around great experience – I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant!

We were there on a Saturday. The restaurant was full of customers. But unfortunately Shawerma wasn't tasty at all. That's why I can only give it 3.5/10: not enough meat, cucumbers and garlic. Schnitzel Sandwisch was ok, I can give it 6.5 or 7/10. Prosted fries were OK, I can give it 5/10.

I ordered my order of Arabic Shawrma without mayonnaise. At the end I received my order with extra mayonnaise. I paid €19.28 for this and ended up not getting anything to eat. The food is delicious, but the service is a complete disaster. Nobody speaks German here, our order for 5 people was forgotten even though we had paid. They simply threw the piece of paper with our order in the trash, so we had to order again and wait 40 minutes. If you speak Arabic it's legitimately otherwise totally unpleasant, the gentleman just argued with his staff the whole time, but the problem is that there is no system and everyone orders randomly!
