I live in Amsterdam and i heard about this restaurant, I love the food here 😋 The staff friendly,high recommendation.........

The food was very good and the staff was excellent.

An absolute highlight! The restaurant offers authentic Syrian cuisine of the highest quality. Every bite is bursting with flavor and fresh ingredients. Particularly impressive are the lovingly prepared mezze and the aromatic main courses, seasoned to perfection. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting; you can feel Syrian hospitality in every detail.

The experience was actually disappointing. We ordered: • 2 Shawarma (No. 30) — Price per plate: €10.50 • Tabbouleh — €3.50 • 2 Cokes — Price per piece: €2.50 The total price should have been €29.50, but we were charged €32 at the checkout – without any explanation or receipt. The food was also too salty. Unfortunately, there was no transparent billing, and the taste wasn't convincing.

The food was cold and tasted completely different. I can't recommend going there.

I actually had a very good experience, it was very tasty, just a little bit of garlic sauce and yes, the employees don't greet you with a beaming smile but they still accommodated all your wishes without any problems and the price was also great

One of the best shawarma I've ever eaten. The meat isn't greasy. You can tell from the skewer how high-quality the meat is. The garlic sauce is also delicious, and the combination with the meat is perfect. Perhaps cheese can be incorporated in the future, like in Syria.

Yesterday, I ordered a meal with a veal roll and fries. I ordered it through Wolt. When I got the food, it wasn't veal, but chicken, and then I noticed that there was hair on it. I sent the pictures to Wolt, and they made me wait 24 hours, and in the end, they just apologized. I didn't eat the food, so it was thrown away. The Wolt employee said the restaurant didn't allow refunds.

An absolutely disappointing experience. As soon as you entered the restaurant you had the feeling that there was little emphasis on hospitality here. The service was unprofessional, unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. The food was a disaster: carelessly prepared, tasteless and in some cases barely edible. There was no question of fresh ingredients - everything seemed cheap and carelessly prepared. The waiting times were unreasonable, and even simple requests were ignored or only fulfilled after repeated requests. The atmosphere was cold, loud and completely uncomfortable - a place where you neither feel welcome nor comfortable. For a restaurant that seems to have certain standards, this was a complete disappointment across the board. I cannot recommend this restaurant with the best will in the world and will definitely not be returning.

To be honest, I've probably never had worse shawarma. 1 star is too much. The meat is dry, the bread comes out of the bag, is dipped in the fat and warmed up on the grill and then tastes like that old fat. The strange garlic sauce is more reminiscent of aioli and makes the whole thing even more greasy and inedible

On the second day, we said to order also, but that was a mistake, but unfortunately the mistake was repeated. We also ordered fish with potatoes, one kebab, and one shakf. Unfortunately, Madam was poisoned and did not sleep all night because the fish was not of good quality, but thank God, there was good broth, if there was less than a star, we would have put it. I think falafel, shwarm and cripsy chicken are great. The staff is also very nice. Everything looks clean and the staff put a lot of effort into each dish. I therefore cannot understand the negative comments. It's best to form your own opinion. Unfortunately there are few seats but it's always possible :)

I ordered an Arabic shawarma, which unfortunately was very bad. I saw the old meat being mixed with the freshly cut. The sandwich was almost entirely garlic cream and chicken, which was a mix of old and new meat. Just a shame

Extremely dry chicken shawarma on Thursday, August 1st. taken to go. Halfway through I had to throw it away, I had never eaten something so dry before. Zero juiciness, hardly any sauce, absolutely dusty. 7.50 euros for that! The young man behind the counter is anything but friendly. Never again.

Unfortunately, you can always see that the employees wear gloves so that they can touch everything. They reach into the salad, a few seconds later the money and the cash register, then into the meat, then the dirty cleaning cloth with which the leftover food is wiped on the floor. Catastrophe!!! Just don't order!!! The food is an absolute disgrace for completely exorbitant prices. A chicken shawarma with fries costs €13 and for that you get soggy, gristly, tasteless cheap chicken and a ridiculously small portion of completely limp fries. The spicy shawarma was anything but spicy. As a replacement for the non-existent tabbouleh, which cost €7.80, there was a tiny side salad that wasn't worth €5. You are completely ripped off here. And the bag was torn too, all in all absolutely inferior and overpriced. If you want bad food for way too much money, this is the place for you.

We ordered 2 sandwiches to go. The employee was incredibly unfriendly. The food was simply slapped onto the flatbread, without perhaps letting the previously fried vegetables drain a little instead of fried. The hummus sauce for one of the sandwiches was forgotten and then just slapped on top. The other sandwich should have had a pomegranate sauce (primary reason for choosing the sandwich), but this was left out without comment. All in all, this was the first and last visit.
