Before Corona, I often ate shawarma here. Went back yesterday after a long break. For 6 euros I got a small, dry “shawarma” consisting of almost no vegetables and just plenty of mayonnaise-flavored garlic sauce. Much in need of improvement…

Disgusting I had a stomach ache after eating...and very expensive Never again .

Extremely dry chicken shawarma on Thursday, August 1st. taken to go. Halfway through I had to throw it away, I had never eaten something so dry before. Zero juiciness, hardly any sauce, absolutely dusty. 7.50 euros for that! The young man behind the counter is anything but friendly. Never again.

Unfortunately, you can always see that the employees wear gloves so that they can touch everything. They reach into the salad, a few seconds later the money and the cash register, then into the meat, then the dirty cleaning cloth with which the leftover food is wiped on the floor. Unfortunately, really disgusting.

Expensive. Sandwiches cold. Halloumi inedible. Falafel the last hope.

Bad restaurant, worse service, not tactful in dealing with food that is not delicious. The fried potatoes are black and not fresh. The place is not air conditioned. The smell of food and fried oil is everywhere. It does not make you feel comfortable when eating. I will not visit it again.

Catastrophe!!! Just don't order!!! The food is an absolute disgrace for completely exorbitant prices. A chicken shawarma with fries costs €13 and for that you get soggy, gristly, tasteless cheap chicken and a ridiculously small portion of completely limp fries. The spicy shawarma was anything but spicy. As a replacement for the non-existent tabbouleh, which cost €7.80, there was a tiny side salad that wasn't worth €5. You are completely ripped off here. And the bag was torn too, all in all absolutely inferior and overpriced. If you want bad food for way too much money, this is the place for you.

We ordered 2 sandwiches to go. The employee was incredibly unfriendly. The food was simply slapped onto the flatbread, without perhaps letting the previously fried vegetables drain a little instead of fried. The hummus sauce for one of the sandwiches was forgotten and then just slapped on top. The other sandwich should have had a pomegranate sauce (primary reason for choosing the sandwich), but this was left out without comment. All in all, this was the first and last visit.

The food wasn't tasty and it had no taste. The chicken breast had a very strange taste and the fries were not fresh. Absolutely not recommended if things continue like this!!

I'm eating Arabic more often at the moment and this was the largest portion so far at a reasonable price. Had the vegetarian falafel plate. I thought everything tasted delicious! Only the falafel were a little manageable at three pieces, but because everything else fit, there was no deduction 🤤👍

Shawarma pom box for a whole €8 - WOW. And in terms of taste (with a lot of goodwill) at best... Plus special carnival prizes! In my opinion, it's a real tourist rip-off. On the corner of Friesenplatz there is a kebab shop that is much more normal.

It's not a restaurant but just a snack bar where you can only pick up the food or if you're lucky you can eat at the 5 bar seats as quickly as possible, the prices correspond to twice the quality of what they offer. 2 stars only for the location and staff.

Ich kann wirklich nicht sagen , wie das Essen schmeckt. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre es für eine gemacht Woche, und die Behandlung, die am wichtigsten ist, war im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Müll.

Heute hab ich die Augen geöffnet bekommen. Mega Geschmackserlebniss. Wenn das hier nicht top ist, würd ich gern top erleben. Ich war geplättet. Unhöflicher Besitzer; dementsprechend ist der Service auch nicht da. Warum bietet man Sitzbereiche an, hat aber keine Toiletten zur Verfügung? Ich dachte sowas wäre verpflichtend. Auf Nachfrage kriegt man noch eine pampige Antwort.

Als Mittagessen Take-away genutzt und nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Damaskus Haus bietet verschiedene Shawama Spezialitäten. Die von mir probierten waren sehr lecker. Auch der Kollege war begeistert. Das Lokal läuft als Imbiss und bietet nur wenige Sitzplätze an einer Wand. Das Ambiente ist zweckmäßig. Der Chefkoch war freundlich und geübt in der Zubereitung und kam auch mit Andrang zurecht. Die Zubereitung bestimmter Spezialitäten beinhaltet manchmal eine kleine "Feuershow". Für ein Mittagessen würde auch durchaus eins der Shawamas reichen.

Achtung: meine Rezension wurde wegen Verstoß gegen die Richtlinien entfernt! Auch auf Nachfrage hin, lässt Google die negativen Bewertungen entfernen. Es besteht der Verdacht, dass hier gezielt Bewertungen entfernt werden, um Kunden zu täuschen. Habe Essen bestellt und mich auf authentische syrische Küche gefreut. Leider ist der Laden eine ranzige Pommesbude und das Essen ist viel zu teuer. Das gelieferte Essen war auch falsch. Es war ungefähr so schmackhaft wie das Krankenhausessen für gesetzlich Versicherte.

Durchschnittlicher Shawarma. Hat ganz ok geschmeckt, nichts besonderes, kann man ab und zu mal machen. Essen Service und Ambiente würde ich alle mit 3/5 bewerten.

Unfreundlich, unhygienisch, unappetitlich. Eine totale Katastrophe der Laden. Traurig, dass sowas aufmachen darf in Deutschland. Man bekommt keine Rechnung. Warum wohl ??

Das Essen schmeckt schlecht.. Ich empfehle niemandem, dorthin zu gehen. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung, Ich habe einen der Angestellten dort oder den Besitzer des Restaurants gefragt. Ich weiß nicht genau, ob es hier eine Toilette gibt. Er sagte mir nervös, dass es nur eine für uns gibt (Privat)

مطعم سوري عنده شاورما وفلافل وكريسبي وكم اكلة كمان. اكلنا شاورما وكان طعمها عادي وما كان فيها شيء مميز يخليها اطيب من غير محلات. والخدمة كانت عادية وغير ودودة والاجواء بسيطة جداً وغير مناسبة للأجواء الهادئة.

للأسف الشديد مافي طعمة للشاورما والسلطة يعني ما عجبني تقييم ١ وكثير للاسف

Hätte ich 0 sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre . Ich weiß echt nicht womit soll ich beginnen! Das essen war normal aber die Mitarbeiter die da arbeiten waren einfach respektlos, inkompetent und sehr unhöflich. Es gibt einen der weder deutsch noch arabisch kann , frage mich immer noch wie man mit ihm kommunizieren kann . Die Atmosphäre war einfach schlecht

مطعم سيئ بكل المقاييس عندما ترى لباس العمال وقذاراة الطاولات والادوات ستعرف ماذا اعني ناهيك عن الرائحة الغريبة التي تفوح من سجائر العمال وخاصة (الاصلع) لا انصح بهم

Ich habe schon viele Sharwarma in Köln gegessen, aber das ist wirklich der Beste den ich bisher hatte. Der rauchige Geschmack und die Knoblauchsauce sind unfassbar. Große Empfehlung!

Aktuelle Durchschnittsbewertung von 3,6 unterbewertet diesen Laden immens. Ich hatte das Schawarma mit Kalbfleisch und das war eine 10/10: Scheibenfleisch (kein Hack), leckeres Gemüse wie Rote Bete und knuspriges Dürüm-Brot. Preis-Leistung top!

Geschmacksexplosion! Das Shawarma ist so lecker! Muss man probiert haben. Die schlechten Bewertungen hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Super coole Typen, super leckeres Essen. Kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

Für mich das beste Sharwarma ist ganz Köln. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach Top!

Als ich gestern um 3 Uhr nachts nach einer ausgiebigen Feier hier eintraf und in meine Schawarma biss, sind die Engeln aus den Wolken runtergeflogen und haben auf ihren goldenen Trompeten gespielt.

War positiv überrascht. Mal was anderes, sehr lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Mein Schawarma den ich mir gestern bestellt habe bestand nur auf Fleisch mit Sauce. Gemüse war scheinbar ausverkauft. Zudemwar das Fleisch teilweise verbrannt Bei einem Preis von 7€ geht so etwas garnicht. Ich kann den Laden nicht weiterempfehlen, auch wenn es sicherlich eine besondere Situation am Rosenmontag war

Ich bin sehr verwundert über viele schlechte Bewertungen…. Aber das hängt vielleicht viel an lieferdienst Kritiken😕 . Aber das Schwarma Sandwich ist mega lecker !! Lohnt sich !!!

بعد ما قعدت وطلبت قريت التعليقات وخفت بصراحة من كمية التعليقات السلبية وفكرت كنسل طلبي بس كان بدأ فيه .. وعلى عكس التعليقات الاكل كان كتير طيب وانبسطت وكان كل شي تمام .. ما بعرف ليش هل تعليقات السلبية الي بتأثر على صاحب الرزق .. طلبت شاورما و بروست وكانو تمام .. حبيت اكتب تعليقي لحتى شوي عطي المحل حقه بعد ما نزعو سمعتو بالتعليقات

NICHT HINGEHEN! Das Restaurant war leider nicht sauber, aber das schlimme war eigentlich das Essen. Wie hatte Kebab bestellt, welches verbrannt schmeckte und fast zu hart zum schneiden und kauen war. Ich hatte mir einen vegetarischen Mix Teller für 12,95€ bestellt, auf denen der Käse und die gefüllten Weinblätter fehlten. Zudem waren die Falafel überhaupt nicht lecker (zu hart) und statt frisches Gemüse habe ich Gurken aus dem Glas darauf bekommen. Zudem hat mein Freund statt Reis Pommes bekommen und am Ende musste er den Reis, welchen er dann nachträglich noch bekommen hatte noch bezahlen. Auch für den unvollständigen Veggi Teller und das verbrannte Kebab mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen, mit der Begründung, dass viel los wäre. Das Personal war auch nicht freundlich. Zum Gutem Schuss war mir auch noch schlecht von dem Essen.

Das Brot ist gekauft und ich schlechter Qualität. „Döner“ wird mit sauren Gurken erstellt und ist kein Döner, sondern ein Dürüm. Einen normalen Döner gibt es nicht.

Bestes Falafel-/ Makali-Sandwich in Könn! Super gut gewürzt und ordentlich belegt. Geschmacklich wirklich top

It’s fast casual food. The schwarma and the fried chicken are excellent. If I had a bad experience in the 5+ times I’ve been there, I’d have told them and they would make it right.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Hatte nach meinem letzten Besuch vor einigen Tagen Bauchschmerzen, gefolgt und Durchfall und Erbrechen.

Ich habe das große Hähnchen Shawarma bestellt. Der freundliche Herr hat das Brot kurz flambiert. Es kamen sour cream und eingelegte Gurken ins Shawarma. Ganz anders als beim Türken, aber sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert!
