The shisha is also excellent, with a distinctive flavor and high quality, and the service is very fast. A truly fantastic restaurant! Honestly, for the first time in Germany, I felt like I was eating authentic and delicious Arabic food. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The service is fast, and the food was simply amazing! We tried the Warak Enab, Shakri, Cordon Bleu, and Tabbouleh – everything was authentic, truly delicious! The shisha was also really good. The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant and cozy; you can tell that the food here is made with passion. I don't live in Cologne, but I'll definitely be back – the experience was simply wonderful! 🌟

We went there for the first time today because of the good vegetarian options and the good reviews. The "shop" itself is simple but clean. The service, friendliness, and helpfulness were exemplary and very pleasant. We had six starters. All were delicious. I would go back anytime and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Arabic/Syrian cuisine!

The food is delicious and tasty, we ordered eggplant kebab, grilled fish and salad, and after the meal we had kunafa with cream and cream ice cream. Everything was excellent except for a little eggplant kebab which we didn't like that much. The service is excellent and the guys are nice. There was a bit of a delay in ordering, but that doesn't mean the rating is less than 5 stars. The atmosphere made us feel like we were in Bloudan and Zaydani in Damascus is wonderful.

One of the most beautiful coincidences (after a long journey)... we tried the restaurant based on the high reviews (we expected them to be fake) lol!!!... and indeed... masha'Allah... the food, service and staff were top notch, everything was excellent and special from the taste and presentation... the "outdoor" seating with the hookah and the atmosphere in general were wonderful (preferably without kids), the guy in charge was extremely polite and kind... an experience worth repeating again and again

Although the food is supposed to be really good and I've been here six times already, this time we were completely disappointed. Despite a 30-minute wait, other guests were served before us, while we were ignored. We were promised a table in 10 minutes – but in the end, we waited in vain. Then they explained that others were given priority because they were families, and they even asked us if the women should wait – even though we were there with a woman ourselves. The service was poor. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't attend to us. I came with my friends to show them the restaurant. Instead, we had to leave empty-handed. This is disrespectful and unacceptable.

I've been to this restaurant three times now, but this time it was a complete disaster. We were promised a table in 10 minutes, but ended up waiting for over 30 minutes while other guests were served ahead of us. The explanation was that families were given priority. We were even asked if "the women should wait" – even though we were there with a woman ourselves. That's disrespectful and unprofessional. The service was poor, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. In the end, we left. That's not how you treat guests.

I recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food is very good, the hookah is top-notch, the service is fast, and everyone who works there is extremely respectful.
