I've been to this restaurant three times now, but this time it was a complete disaster. We were promised a table in 10 minutes, but ended up waiting for over 30 minutes while other guests were served ahead of us. The explanation was that families were given priority. We were even asked if "the women should wait" – even though we were there with a woman ourselves. That's disrespectful and unprofessional. The service was poor, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. In the end, we left. That's not how you treat guests.

Although the food is supposed to be really good and I've been here six times already, this time we were completely disappointed. Despite a 30-minute wait, other guests were served before us, while we were ignored. We were promised a table in 10 minutes – but in the end, we waited in vain. Then they explained that others were given priority because they were families, and they even asked us if the women should wait – even though we were there with a woman ourselves. The service was poor. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't attend to us. I came with my friends to show them the restaurant. Instead, we had to leave empty-handed. This is disrespectful and unacceptable.

I recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food is very good, the hookah is top-notch, the service is fast, and everyone who works there is extremely respectful. Honestly, this is the first restaurant in all of Germany that I've enjoyed, and I will keep coming back. I just hope they continue to maintain this quality. I wish you all the best and blessings.

It's great, the seating, the service, the chairs, everyone with a smile, and they always treat you well. There's no comparison to another famous restaurant that makes you feel like they're feeding you pity. The place is great, and I advise anyone who wants a change of scenery to go there.

We were visiting Cologne and spontaneously decided on this restaurant, and we were thrilled! The portions are huge, the food is incredibly delicious, and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The place is nice, nothing wrong with it, just a bit cramped. We ordered stale sausages, they were hard and not nice at all, but as soon as we complained, they immediately, with all kindness and arrogance, withdrew the meal and replaced it with a shish kebab with cream in a clay pot. Honestly, it was amazing. The grilled kibbeh was really nice, but the filling had no acid at all. I mean, once we opened it and they put pomegranate molasses on it, it became amazing. Praise be to God, the loaf is filling. The shawarma is also good, I give it 8 out of 10. Overall, the experience is good. May God bless them.

I stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance and was not disappointed. I ordered a grilled platter, baba ganoush, and fatoush. The flavor was excellent and, as far as I can tell, authentic! The meal also came with flatbread, hummus, and garlic cream, which was very tasty. You can't order alcoholic beverages with your meal here; they don't serve them. Even though there were language barriers and no wine or Kölsch beer, I highly recommend this restaurant. I'd love to come back!

Average cleanliness, no credibility in dealing, the grilled meats don't chew well even though my teeth are grinding. The grilled vegetables next to the main dish were cold. The kebab was bad, with more spices than meat, and I didn't taste the lamb at all in the kebab. As for the shawarma, it was acceptable and okay.

I came from 300 kilometers away and by chance I saw this restaurant. Everything was beyond imagination and description. If there were more than five stars, I would have given it. The place takes you to another world, and I did not find myself except in beloved Syria. May God preserve our leader, Ahmed Al-Sharaa.

Honestly, the food was not good at all. The Cordon Bleu was as if you were eating wood, the grilled meats were burnt, and the tongue fatteh was not cooked at all. Honestly, this is the first and last time I will remember, and it will not be repeated, and I do not advise anyone to come.

Yalanji, the price of a plate is 8 euros, and in the end they serve it canned. It tastes disgusting. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant are very poor.

Unfortunately, my last visit to the restaurant was disappointing, despite having had a very good experience beforehand. On this visit: • We were refused a table on the grounds that it wasn't suitable for three people. Shortly afterward, however, two adults and a child were allowed to sit at that very table – and they were very friendly. • The appetizers were unfortunately not served in full. • The table was not cleared or cleaned after the meal. • I felt I was treated differently, possibly because I'm not Turkish – which is a real shame. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and contributes to improving service, especially when dealing with international guests.

Good evening I visited this restaurant and I'm really impressed! The place is beautifully designed and offers a pleasant atmosphere. I especially like that you can choose the music to suit your taste – it makes the experience even more personal and relaxing. The prices per person depend on what you order, as there is a wide selection of different dishes. There's something for every taste. Drinks also come in both hot and cold varieties. My favorites are the "Polo with Mint and Lemon" and the "Blue Mojito" with mint, lemon, and Sprite – both very refreshing! The atmosphere in the restaurant is just right – not too loud, but not too quiet either. There's music playing, you can smoke shisha, and lots of people chatting, which creates a lively yet cozy atmosphere. The wait for the food is usually short. However, if it's very busy, it can take a little longer – but that's perfectly normal. For me, this restaurant is one of the best I've visited in Germany so far. I give it five stars for the service, the food, and the overall experience. Highly recommended!
