The food is very tasty, I only ordered my sushi here. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired, the owner is very unfriendly and has zero tolerance. Customer friendly is zero.

Too bad. Lieferando said 20-40 minutes. After over an hour the food came and things were missing. There was no waiting, rang the bell 9 times and was simply left in front of the door. Unfortunately we weren't understood when we called and the rest was still supposed to be delivered. After another hour we called again and there wasn't even an apology. Our guests also wanted to go home and after asking for a refund we were only told that it would be "hard" for us if we couldn't wait (we were told that it will probably be delivered TODAY). The food that arrived was, well. Unfortunately that was the first and last order.

Always been very happy with the food and delivery. Now I had to find out today that they no longer deliver to Falkensteinstrasse... It's a shame :(( Well then we're looking for a new shop

Despite having a reservation, we stood outside in a long line in front of the restaurant for half an hour. We'll never do that again.

I come here since many years with Mr.Aito or girlfriends. I always use to have a private room which was a nice experiance specialy when bringing a nice lady. The food is exelent!

Food is very tasty but scheduled deliveries are always a disaster. Either the delivery person is half an hour early and calls you dozens of times (the statement that you are not at home doesn't matter - he is there now and you should hurry up) OR the scheduled delivery, which you book 3 hours in advance triggers come half an hour later.

The evening ended in the emergency room. Long story short. After asking several times, my friend confirmed that there were no peanuts in the dish she ordered. True, unfortunately false, the evening ended in the intensive care unit. So please, please don't go. The worst thing was that despite asking about the first symptoms, they very, very arrogantly denied that there could be peanuts in it.

Delicious, quick and fresh. Apart from the tuna, too thin fish and way too much rice in the sushi. Kimchi and Theriaki noodles are actually quite tasty but far too sweet and too oily. The sellers are very friendly. The atmosphere could be more comfortable and the portion size could be larger for the money. And the opening times could be better, but the quality and speed are great.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it!!! The last orders always came far too late, sometimes more than an hour. The food was cold. The sushi was warm. Today a bowl was missing from our order, so we called and were told we had to pay extra. We don't get any money back, no voucher for the next order or a subsequent delivery of the missing food. €12.15 for the bin. Unfortunately, communication wasn't actually possible at all because hardly any German was spoken. Then the conversation was simply broken off. Service nil. It's a real shame that we've always enjoyed ordering there for several years. The food used to be always delicious and the deliveries were on time. After today, never again.

Always happy to order here, it's been like it's been swallowed up by the earth for more than a year now... It's a shame, the offer at TooGoodToGo was also great.

I can't say anything about the food and ambience as it wasn't delivered. The announced delivery time was already exceeded in the app, and even another hour later nothing came. You can't reach anyone there by phone. Really great….

DISASTER

I ordered home and it was super good.

The food here made me sick again. I've never eaten such bad, old food in my life. It feels like I just threw all my money into the river. The HEALTH OFFICE should check the food in this restaurant.
