Always delicious, but finding a large piece of chicken in a vegetarian dish is an absolute no-go.
Unfortunately, it completely ruined my appetite, and I won't be buying anything from there again.
3'25: Waited only 33 minutes at lieferando instead of the predicted 48. Both the fried vegetables and the Zuki box are great. The prices on the website are lower than here.
3'24: Waited 54 minutes at lieferando instead of the predicted 43..fits. Both fried (probably meaning boiled) vegetables and fried noodles with chicken taste great and are large portions.
9'23: Only 30 minutes. waited instead of the forecast 50. Zuki box good; Fried vegetables also good, although a bit too much leek vegetables.
12'22: Instead of the forecast 54 minutes, we waited 86 but at least with information about the delay. The fried vegetables in the spicy sauce taste great. The maki box (sushi) is just as tasty, even if there could be more wasabi, soy and ginger.
February '21: Instead of prognost. 47 minutes at lieferando it was 81...but they were informed twice about the delay.Chicken Matsaman curry with fried.Rice was good...but not very crispy. Chicken with peanut sauce was ok - unfortunately the vegetables were swimming in a sauce that didn't taste good.
May '20: Waited almost as predicted for 50 minutes at lieferando...the delivery driver didn't come up, instead he demanded that I come down! Crispy chicken with red curry and crispy duck with peanut sauce s.gut. Fried noodles and rice are also great.
I don't understand the complaints, I've been eating there regularly for almost 8 years (that's why I can't judge deliveries) but the staff is always anything but unfriendly and their German isn't perfect but it's guaranteed to be enough to take an order. The food always tastes great and with the really good prices you can't complain at all.
The service was impeccable, asked questions, and was attentive.
The ambiance is fine. I've known Koya for several years, and I don't mind the unobstructed view of stacked crates of drinks.
BUT...
My portion cost €19 and I wasn't full...
You can compare it to the lime wedge...
There was a bit of beef, about 4 tablespoons of noodles, 2 shrimp, 2 squid rings, and vegetables.
It tasted good, but the portion size was too small. Filling side dishes don't cost the earth, and I can understand that we all have to save money. But that was just sad 😑
definitely not recommended. The online page says they are open as normal. Of course we ordered because what should we think when it says open normally. We wait and wait over 2 hours passes. There's just no food coming. Nobody answers, the store is really not recommended. Please don't go there for such disrespect and unfriendliness. We ended up driving there and the store wasn't even open. If possible, I would give 0 stars
Unfortunately, it's anything but good. We drove almost an hour to try it out because they have a "great" indoor playground and drinks are included. We paid €100, and it wasn't even worth €50. Little selection, the food tasted bad, was lukewarm, the sauce was thick, the indoor playground was a joke, the restrooms were dirty, but at least the drinks were great. If you live somewhere central, you'd be better off going to memoriez in Dortmund with the kids. Drinks aren't included, but the food quality is much, much better, and there's three times the selection. It's a shame.
For €24.95 you can get tasty food for your money elsewhere.
The selection here is very clear. There is little tasteless fresh fruit and canned fruit. From the eye and taste point of view you would have preferred to do without. The ice cream also tastes very cheap, as does the packaged cake.
We've been there quite often—20 times, always during the week, because we want to have some peace and quiet on the weekends. But only serving the buffet on weekends is nonsense. We'll have to find another buffet restaurant now. It's a shame.
We have eaten there or taken away several times. It is very tasty 😋 and freshly prepared. The ambience is great. We can recommend Bento San with a clear conscience.
Be careful when parking - maximum time is 2 hours, otherwise it will be really expensive.
Overall, I don't think the food and the teas are that bad. However, you have to consider that this is convenience food. The dishes are all "pre-prepared," and the individual components are then put together. This doesn't bother me so much with the ramen - the fish in the sashimi was repeatedly still slightly frozen. Not good.
The service is very friendly, the place is nice, and there's plenty of space at the table. What's unpleasant is that the phone constantly rings loudly for takeout orders. And this often takes a long time, as there isn't always someone available to take the call.
The one star only justifies the Fanta. We're not picky at all... We were super disappointed! The vegetables, all well and good, but it would also be great to serve them raw and completely hard. The fried chicken was more coal than meat. It's like it's been triple fried. In addition, despite(!) asking, peanut sauce was served twice instead of curry sauce. When it was pointed out that this was wrong, they just shrugged. €31 for 2 dishes, it doesn't do it justice.
