Awesome restaurant, I'd love to come back again.

We went there with our children and grandchildren for our 30th wedding anniversary. Everyone enjoyed it.

Huge selection Lots of meat to grill fresh, sushi and Asian classics, and dessert. Something for everyone. Buffet with drinks €34. The prices have increased quite a bit in recent years. And in my opinion, the quality of the food has declined considerably. We went there again today after a long time, and I admit my enthusiasm was limited. But the staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. But unfortunately, it doesn't taste as good as it used to.

The food is mediocre at best. The men's toilet is broken and leaking water. I reported the problem to a staff member, and they just walked away! Otherwise, it's pretty packed. It's ridiculously loud and overpriced!!

Definitely better than expected. All-you-can-eat can be awful, but the food was good quality, replenished quickly, and served hot. The selection of food and drinks is also truly enormous. Our older child loved the playground. Unfortunately, they were also thrilled with the machines right in front of it (claw machine and similar). It's a shame that they didn't ask us at the beginning if we were familiar with the place, as we had to figure things out on our own (whether it was the flow of drinks and the live cooking stations, or even just finding our way around, since we needed the changing room very quickly). Unfortunately, they also didn't ask if we needed a high chair, so we had to get one ourselves later. The woman who asked us was simply gone too quickly.

A restaurant this large should at least have its own parking lot, and the service leaves much to be desired.

Terrible restaurant. We celebrated our child's birthday. All the food tasted like it was from the day before yesterday. Plus, I had to register for a large group of people, and they completely forgot about it. They seated everyone like they were in school...I don't recommend it.

A complete rip-off! The food was average, but the grilled meat was overcooked and practically burnt, and we waited 40 minutes for it! The noise level next to the children's playroom was unbearable; I thought they were stabbing each other! But the worst part was the toilets: clogged, covered in urine, and broken. They were so dry you couldn't even dry your hands, the air pump was broken, and there was no toilet paper! It was on par with a bad train station toilet. For that price, it's a complete no-go! Never again!

The food was partly cold. We were a group of 25 people, so naturally, more talking than eating took place. After 3.5 hours, we were told we had to leave or pay an additional 4 euros per person. This was outrageous, as the restaurant was relatively empty. The toilets were awful. You either had to wear diapers or go outside in the bushes.

Disgusting! That's all I can say. My husband and daughter got food poisoning. The behavior of most of the visitors matches the hygiene standards – abysmal! Never again.

There's nothing wrong with the food, nor with the selection of drinks. However, the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. We had a Christmas party and reserved a table – for the usual three hours. But after those three hours were up, we were practically shown the door, as an extension wasn't possible. Without any warning, we were told: "Time's up, you have to leave now." My colleagues and I found that outrageous.

Plenty of choice. Quieter today, being a weekday. But everyone was as nice and friendly as ever. The food was good.

This was my second time there. The food is very good. The selection of dishes and drinks is plentiful. It's quite large and crowded, but there weren't long queues. What I don't like so much is the clientele.

The food was really good. All you can eat for €33 including soft drinks and beer was a great price. The only downside was that the chocolate fountain wasn't running the whole time and the chocolate didn't look very appetizing. The noise level was also high; it's not suitable for meeting up with people you haven't seen in a long time.

It was a great, inexpensive restaurant; everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. I'll invite my friends over. The atmosphere was peaceful, and there's a dedicated children's play area.

We were there for the first time today, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. We've tried many different buffets, and this one was the worst of them all. The food was lukewarm, small pieces with more breading than meat. We were there for over an hour, and in that time, only one dish was refilled, meaning many items were simply unavailable. What was there was sometimes inedible—too dry, burnt, or too salty. A lot of it was just pre-made or canned food. We sat in the room to the right of the entrance, which was extremely noisy due to screaming children from the indoor playground. You really had to watch your step, otherwise, you'd quickly find yourself bumping into a child. The only positive aspects were the selection of drinks and the service. All in all, too expensive for the food offered.

The food in November 2025 was only half as good as before the reopening. Many items were undercooked and oversalted from the deli counter. The restrooms were filthy; all four out of five were broken, and one was out of order. It's no longer worth our while to go there. (What a shame)

We went there for lunch. We've tried several other buffets at different restaurants, and we really enjoyed this one. The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

The food is delicious and there's a wide selection. Unfortunately, it's extremely loud. We were there with children, and even they found the constant shouting annoying. It's almost impossible to have a conversation without shouting, but the food is very clean and tasty.

We were offered a generous buffet. The food was okay; the fried shrimp were very tasty 😋. The buffet was constantly being replenished. There were many customers, and they weren't very polite or well-behaved. We found it unacceptable that they were clearing away plates that were already full. The noise level was very high, almost unbearable. It's more like a cafeteria, and the area around the play corner is like an indoor playground. We prefer quiet and will avoid this restaurant in the future.

We've eaten there several times before, and it's always been great. Unfortunately, today we were seated in that large, train station-like hall behind the buffet. It was far too loud; you couldn't even have a decent conversation. I hope next time we'll be seated downstairs to the left or right of the main entrance. It's much more pleasant to eat there.

The service and staff were great, and I also liked the ambiance. I'm of two minds about the food: the pre-prepared hot dishes were good, but unfortunately mostly just lukewarm, and the sushi was less impressive. The desserts were truly awful (except for the fresh fruit) – convenience food, almost tasteless. The Mongolian grill offers a great selection, but the food was poorly prepared: the meat and fish were completely overcooked (the beef was tough, the octopus dry and rubbery, both inedible), and the thinly sliced ​​vegetables were burnt and partially charred. A real shame.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the cake for dessert was still so frozen that even the chocolate from the fountain on top of it hardened immediately.

The ambiance is very nice no matter where you sit. Sure, when it's full, you'll have to wait a bit and it'll be louder, but that's the case everywhere with a buffet. I got a bit of everything. The only downside was that the milk fountain was out or broken again... otherwise, it's a paradise! Despite the line to get in, we were at our tables in less than 5 minutes. You have to pay in advance, but then everything's included except for schnapps, various beers, various colas and juices, as well as iced teas and coffee variations.

I love the food at Asia XY! The dishes are always freshly prepared, incredibly delicious, and lovingly presented. The fried noodles and fresh sushi rolls are especially delicious! The portions are generous, and the prices are absolutely fair. The staff is always friendly and accommodating – you feel welcome. Takeout is also super convenient, and the food is always prepared quickly. For me, it's clearly one of the best Asian snack bars in the area!

At first glance, everything is very beautiful. But when you sit and look closely, many places raise a question in your head. The restaurant is large, not cheap, but the tables and in many places, both leather and tabletop, are all peeling and scratched. Food - Sushi is edible, not like in other places, dry and overdried rice. Unfortunately, there were no famous crayfish. Everything else is delicious and fresh, it seems. Desserts are beautiful. Ice cream for every taste. Drinks, well, sooo many, I really liked that there are large refrigerators with drinks in one row, your eyes just run wild. The staff is friendly. I really liked the girls who clean the tables. The hall itself is quiet and calm. But we were on weekdays, I don’t know about the weekend. For food, 5 stars out of 5, staff 5, only 4 for the fact that the chef of the restaurant is stingy with money to clean the ugly leather country tables. 5 to everyone except the boss😀😀😀 But thanks anyway.

Disappointing - never again The three of us were in the Asia XE in Duisburg to the all-you-can-eat (€ 100) and have very regretted the visit. In the restaurant it was extremely warm because the air conditioning was deliberately switched off - allegedly so that it can "cool down". This made the stay uncomfortable because you could sweat while sitting. The food was unfortunately too crispy, too dry and disappointing. For this price and under these conditions, neither quality nor comfort is correct. Unfortunately no recommendation.

The food was often empty, it took ages to refill or restock, the tuna at the salad bar looked like it could walk and had a strange color, food (fried rice) sat on the floor on the counter for ages before it was wiped away, and one chocolate fountain was apparently broken today. Our 4-year-old loves to play, but what was going on today was just unacceptable... just screaming, wrestling, incredibly loud noises, and a much too crowded children's play area with no manners at all. The food was fine, but friendliness, respect, and a professional tone should be a given in service – especially in a family-friendly environment. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. We had a large table with 15 people.

Parking is also only available in the Kaufland parking lot, as the restaurant's parking space is very limited.

YES! I got takeout last night, which was late at 9:30 PM. Two fried noodles with duck and one with beef, vegetables, and egg, and I have to say it was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We were there for the first time today, having made an online reservation yesterday. We received a friendly welcome, had to pay immediately, and were shown to our table. There was a wide selection, from salads you could put together yourself, dishes that were already prepared but kept warm, to freshly prepared items that were then brought to your table. There were also lots of sweets to choose from and a huge selection of drinks, all included in the price (Coke, Fanta, Sprite, water, juices, and even beer). There were five of us together, and we all enjoyed ourselves; we would come back. The only thing I personally didn't like was the toilet. It was okay, not dirty, but the toilet brush was anything but hygienic. The toilet seat was somehow very loose. The cover on the other toilet was missing from the flush. Something was broken off one of the soap dispensers, so the soap just ran down the dispenser. But if you put aside the impression from the toilet, it was a really great experience and it was delicious, everyone was friendly, and the empty plates and bottles were always picked up from the table.

The people at the reception were nice but considering that the sushi wasn't refilled even once in 4 hours, it was really dry and the fish stank. Furthermore, the employees didn't care what you were doing or where you were going. Please go somewhere else if you want good sushi.

Asia Xi offers a solid all-you-can-eat buffet with fresh food and a good selection. A particularly convenient feature is that drinks are included in the price, which is rare. Everything seems clean and tidy, the food tastes good, and is regularly replenished. Definitely worth a try.

Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, ideal for family celebrations with children. We've celebrated family reunions and birthdays with young children at XI several times. The restaurant is great on the inside, but awful on the outside. We overlook that, because we eat inside, and there's nothing we don't want for. Lots of delicious food and a wide selection of drinks at a flat rate! And the play area for the kids is a hit! It makes the stay less stressful. We'll definitely be back.

Two of us went out to eat on Saturday evening. We were seated within a minute. There was no wait. The food was delicious and the selection was perfect. Lots of fresh fish. Live cooking was perfect. Everything was cooked through but never dry. The rooms were air-conditioned, so you can enjoy a delicious meal even in very warm weather. The drinks were all-you-can-eat, too, with an extremely good selection. There was something for everyone. We'll be back. 😃

Despite the restaurant being quiet, they hardly replenished the food, so the food sat there for a long time, got dry, was cold, and no longer tasted good. The sushi was too warm and the rice had a strange taste. When we mentioned this to the staff, they of course tried to excuse it by saying that everything was fresh, which it definitely wasn't! They can be lucky that we didn't have any health problems because of it, otherwise we would have contacted the health department straight away!! And all this crap for over €60, a complete rip-off!! We definitely won't be coming back and will advise others against it too!!

The food seemed old and not very fresh – both the meat and fish had an unpleasant odor, as if they were from the day before or even older. The buffet selection was also very disappointing: there was little variety, and many dishes seemed stale and unappealing. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience. For a restaurant of this type, I expect significantly more freshness, quality, and selection. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

Visited with my family on holiday, place is popular but not crowded. We liked all you can eat options especially with drinks and desserts included. Restaurant is quite well decorated and pleasant to be in, only significant downside being bathrooms which get dirty somewhat quickly with all the kids using them. Overall great place for families or large groups highlight being grill options with lots of meat and seafood.
