Rude staff and poor quality food. I got a box of overcooked, piping-hot microwaved noodles with a ridiculous amount of tofu and sauce and roughly chopped undercooked vegetables. I was forced to buy a drink because they don't accept card payments for less than 8,50€. I didn't expect much from a station restaurant, but this was really bad.

The only negative thing is that the Keller makes you feel like you've committed a crime if you don't eat your rice, for example. In my case, it's for health reasons, and unfortunately, the rice is so integrated into the dish that it's impossible to order it without it. This has happened twice now, and it's completely unacceptable. I pay for it, and whether I finish it or not is entirely up to me. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is actually delicious. Well, with sushi, I prefer it when you can actually taste the vinegar, but that's a matter of opinion. Unfortunately, the Keller scared us away.

The food is not fresh and some of it is even spoiled. Everything rotten and greasy. Never again!

After the reopening the store has really improved really hard. The offers they always have are super cheap and in terms of quantity, a top €7.20 for rice with crispy chicken and a sauce when picked up is a dream and the quality leaves little to be desired. Really recommended.

I've been a regular customer for years. Unfortunately, the chop suey has risen from 4.50 euros to 7 euros since 2023 and the previously huge portion is now halved. So less on your plate for more money. These are facts that are annoying. I rarely go there anymore

Can't understand the negative reviews here. Noodles with baked fish and curry peanut sauce for 12 euros. Large portion, freshly prepared, hot! Spicy and tasty, and the service is friendly. Of course you eat in the large area on the upper floor of the Thier Gallery, where everyone eats, so the ambience probably depends on the time of day and the level of the other guests. In any case, I more than enjoyed it!

Every now and then I get a box of Asian noodles with vegetables and spring rolls, with chili coriander sauce. The food tastes fantastic, the portions are generous. I eat for 2 days. A few years ago the store had only bad reviews. Now the food has improved a lot and the service is always friendly. Gladly again

I ordered something to be delivered and it had been an hour and it wasn't even being prepared. I called them and asked how long my order would take. He said 15 minutes and didn't even know which order. Didn't even say which street or my name and started screaming. I just yelled back that he should be more polite to his customers and he was quiet. If he gets upset because he doesn't understand German then he should take a course for that. Others can't help it Ordered once and never again

Food is okay to delicious Price is (I'm compared to other fast food restaurants) cheap to okay Ambiance is not recommended.. Tables are often dirty and it's IN Neuss main train station (That's worse than dirty tables for everyone who doesn't know the train station :) )

Nicely occupied, but ordered 3x 28cm and got 3x 14% less area (circle radius 26cm instead of 28cm). Therefore deductions.
