Noosou in Bochum

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. The service was a total disaster, very unfriendly, and the food was even worse. The chicken teriyaki was like rubber—it tasted exactly like that, and the noodles were extremely soft. If you have a choice, go somewhere else to get your noodles if you don't want an upset stomach.

We went there as a family, and unfortunately, it was the worst Asian food I've ever eaten. The sauce was completely watery and tasteless, and it seemed to have been diluted with water. That's not good quality. There's no place for stinginess in the restaurant industry. Everything seemed unloved and unseasoned. What was particularly bad was that the chicken was still raw in places. The service was also irritated and hectic. Absolutely disappointing—I honestly can't recommend this snack bar to anyone.

We had noodles with fried chicken breast and noodles with grilled chicken teriyaki. The chicken breast was very crispy from the breading, and the meat was very dry. The flavor with the noodles and sauce was just about okay. The grilled chicken teriyaki was very mushy and tasted more like it had been cooked than grilled. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly either. We won't be eating there again.

Honestly, stay away from NOOSOU in Ruhrpark Bochum! The lady at the cash register is truly the height of disrespect; I've rarely experienced anything so unfriendly and low-class. My husband simply wanted peanut sauce instead of oyster sauce (hardly a global catastrophe, is it?). But instead of taking it kindly, she became aggressive, as if we wanted to eat for free. She was so cheeky that she even tried to tell my husband off and send him back to his seat. What kind of treatment is this for paying customers? The best part: The people behind us also heard what was going on, walked right out, and said they wouldn't spend a cent on a place like that. Completely understandable. And honestly: If at least the food had been good, you could still pull yourself together. But no, tasteless, unloving, simply disappointing. My conclusion: If you want to be treated disrespectfully and like bad food, this is the place for you. Everyone else is better off saving their money and hassle and eating somewhere else.

The entire menu here is delicious, and it's always hard to decide what to order. Today it was the chili beef ramen. Damn delicious and piping hot with fresh ingredients. If you're in a hurry, you can always get the duck with rice or a noodle box for on the go. The ambiance is also very appealing, somewhat hidden away, very clean, and easy to get to.

I get the feeling that people here don't want to work. We were here at 7:23 p.m. and were told they were about to close... hmmmm, the opening hours say 8 p.m. Well, if you don't want to... if they say they're open until 8 p.m., the shops should be open until that point. They only clean afterward!

I wanted to get something to eat outside the store and was loudly yelled at by the cashier because I was supposedly supposed to pay a €10 deposit. When I explained that I didn't have the money with me, she became even louder and demanded that I return the food. I've never experienced such behavior before! Instead of politely explaining how things are handled here, I was humiliated in front of other people. Such disrespectful treatment of customers is unacceptable to me. I absolutely cannot recommend this store – you are treated like a nuisance, not a customer.

While the quality of the food is ultimately what matters, the service somewhat spoiled the taste. If you don't like your job or aren't good with customers, then you should reflect on whether you're in the right profession... otherwise, if you have no choice, just adapt to the circumstances. Kindness isn't difficult and costs nothing. :-)

A nice fast food restaurant in the Ruhrpark, which offers a slightly different variety of Asian dishes.

We ate fried noodle with duck. The noodle was too soft, most likely they boiled and fried the noodle much earlier. There was too much sauce on it, the dishes were too salty. Me and my husband felt bad after eating.

I was at this restaurant recently and I have to say I was very disappointed. Even when greeting us, the atmosphere came across as rather unfriendly, which made the start of the visit unpleasant. When I ordered my pasta and pointed out several times what sauce I would like with it, it was completely ignored. The pasta came without the requested sauce, which was quite annoying. Another incomprehensible problem arose when I chose menu 3 or box 3. I was charged an extra €3 even though I just wanted to eat on site. Apparently there is a difference between takeout and eating in, but that wasn't explained to me in advance. Overall, the visit was very disappointing and unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. There are certainly better alternatives in the area where the service and quality are right.

Our food was delicious! We were a little hungry and then discovered fried udon on the menu. There is no such thing as a composite, so we tested it and it was really tasty. The udon had a good consistency and there was really a lot of beef in it. There were also enough sprouts and other vegetables. The stock was really tasty and I would order this dish again and again. The ambience is inviting and tidy. The service was ok but you don't have to do much with it other than ordering.

Extremely unfriendly staff. After we received our food with ingredients that we hadn't ordered and that weren't on the menu, I asked them to make us a new plate. Since I absolutely don't like fried onions, I just couldn't eat it. I was told I should let them know in advance, how should I do that, it didn't say that fried onions would be served on top with the meal (and there were a lot of them) When I mentioned that it wasn't on the menu, another employee made a dismissive gesture and said, come Dan, give me the food. Even when I picked up the food at the counter he was just cursing. In addition, he didn't put any effort into the newly prepared plates. The first (wrong) plates looked much better. There was still room for improvement in terms of taste, I think he didn't prepare it with love but with anger and I and my companion also noticed that in the taste

Unfortunately my visit was disappointing. Although the restaurant had been open for another 30 minutes, noodles, a staple of Asian cuisine, were no longer available. The staff seemed unfriendly and overwhelmed, which made the stay even more unpleasant.

Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. We know the same shop from Hanover, where we have always enjoyed delicious food. But here it was the exact opposite. The curry sauce was extremely runny and had an unpleasantly salty taste. When we asked the staff about it, our plate was taken back and supposedly remade, but the result was identical - no improvement. The service also seemed annoyed and made little effort to respond to our criticism. Overall a very disappointing experience that in no way compares to the quality in Hanover. We definitely won't be coming back.

It's mass processing and they don't talk to you much. But you can taste that the ingredients are very fresh. And you have to say it's really tasty and that's the main thing. Prices around €10 for a main course are also completely ok. Update: Went there again today. My favorite is usually beef with spicy noodles. But today I treated myself to duck with noodles. I just say neat. The portions are also very generous and ready within 2 minutes. That's why I can't understand other reviews here. Have never been disappointed here

I wouldn't even give 1 star for the store. Hardly any meat pasta is as disgusting as I have no idea what. Staff doesn't understand German at all. When I asked whether it was chicken or duck, they didn't help me because they didn't know which order it was or whether it was even meat. I had diarrhea for a week afterwards. It's a shame that the health department can't help with cases like this. Conclusion: There are much better Chinese shops than this rubbish. I even paid more than €25 for 2 small boxes!

Today I picked up takeaway food from Noosou in Ruhrpark Bochum. The portions are really generous, which is a big plus. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. The noodles were quite dry and there were very few vegetables in the dishes. The taste also couldn't keep up with what I'm used to from other Chinese restaurants. The restaurant itself makes a modern and inviting impression. The atmosphere is friendly, with enough seating so that you can spontaneously find a place if you want to eat on site. The furnishings are attractive and there is a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. Overall an average experience - the food has potential but I hope the quality improves in the future. There may be better options in the area, but the restaurant itself is worth visiting.

Quite large dishes that are very quick to prepare. Low service due to self-service principle. Staff is friendly. The rooms are functional, so you don't necessarily want to stay longer than necessary. Tables are cleaned regularly.

I can't understand why they have three stars so far. They are definitely no better than McDonald. One complains about the compatibility, the other about the mice in the store or about the friendliness. I had a noodle box with chicken without sauce for on the go. The taste was not fried but braised. I would have liked to have had a spoon for the noodles, then it would have been easier for me to eat them. After I ate, I got hungry. So much for the crowd. Overall, I can say that they won't see me anymore.

I've eaten here so many times and it's been fantastic every time. The price-performance ratio is right here. The employees are great, the portions are generous and always freshly cooked. Sure, the ambience could be better, but the taste of the food makes up for it all.

Relatively expensive at €9.50, but acceptable in terms of price and performance compared to other stores. Service was mass-produced but overall friendly. Visually the place is nice, but quite loud.

Garbage! Don't go there! We were immediately shouted at by the boss as a greeting. To feel sorry for all the employees, the boss shouts at everyone and makes the whole atmosphere hectic. The RuhrPark was very full that day. There was no space in the restaurant when we queued. However, there is still a space in front of the restaurant where you can sit down. So we bought takeaway (otherwise there are fees for eating in front of the restaurant. 5€!!) A table became available in the restaurant so we sat down with our (takeaway) meal. Were yelled at by the boss why we took takeaway. Disrespectful! There is nothing more to say. There are 2 dishes that are meat-free (including 1 soup for a cheeky €8; vegan alternatives zero) I took dish 42 (c) which is glass noodles with vegetables, egg and (c) was tofu. No egg present. THERE WAS MEAT! Although I had tofu, there were still pieces of meat between the noodles. Court number 2. 33. The sauce was unbearable and spoiled the rest of the meal. Vegetables sponge in the fatty sauce. Disgusting! If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation.

Of course, my impression could have been a snapshot or my face didn't suit them, that could be anything, but you shouldn't let something like that show. In any case, the staff was NOT nice and competent at all. The food and the portion really left more than to be desired considering the price. I bought 2 boxes to take on the go and both contained 90 rice (the cheapest product) and I don't even want to start with the meat because that was an absolute joke. Economics or not, but that was definitely the first and last time and I will strongly advise anyone who asks me about this establishment not to do so!

Well, the boxes for the pasta got smaller here too. The noodles were actually quite ok (3 stars), but you could once again look for the vegetables with a magnifying glass and the spicy sauce this time was a bit far from spicy and the quantity was also much less than before. I was allowed to eat more than two thirds of the pasta dry. But the worst thing here is the absolutely unfriendly staff - that's really hard to beat. Whether it's the younger woman who takes the order and collects it or the gentleman who simply slams the noodle box onto the counter without a fork or napkin with a grim face and without saying a word. Sorry, April 9th, 2024 was definitely my last visit here.

By far the worst pasta I've ever eaten. What a waste of money...

Every time we go to the cinema, our ritual is dinner at the noosou Bochum Am shopping center, but last time I realized that the food is not that good because I had stomach problems. What I experienced yesterday left me at a loss for words, the four of us were sitting at the table and my friend told me with wide eyes that I shouldn't turn around and sit still, I was sitting on a bench with my back to the wall. A mouse was running around, which disappeared into the bench behind my back, I was surprised, we leave the food, I went to the owner and said that there was a mouse running on the wall, the answer was short, the mice were coming in and out, unfortunately it was the last time we entered this restaurant, we are very sorry but I did not expect such a response.

The four of us ate at Noosou before going to the cinema. Suddenly a mouse ran down the wooden paneling of the wall and disappeared behind the upholstered bench. We stopped our meal and told the staff. Unfortunately, this complaint was dismissed with the words that it was known, the mice come in every now and then, and that wouldn't be a problem. We definitely won't eat there again!

Everything was better before. The restaurant has recently had smaller boxes, but the prices have increased. As always, I took box 3. It used to be really tasty and recommended, but now the chicken meat is just disgusting and way too much. In addition, unlike before, the meat is no longer crispy and fresh. There have also recently been buttons for pickup that light up and vibrate when the food is ready. But since they were introduced you have to wait longer for your food than before. Previously I would have given 4 or 5 stars. But now the whole restaurant has had a downgrade, the food has deteriorated and everything has become more expensive and smaller at the same time. That's why I can no longer recommend it and for these reasons I only have to give it 2 stars.

Die Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist nicht zu überbieten ! Nachdem unser Essen auf die Theke geknallt wurde , machte ich höflich darauf aufmerksam , kein Hähnchen bestellt zu haben . Kein Problem für die Dame ....sie schob das Hähnchen vor meinen Augen von meinem Teller zurück in die Hähnchenaufbewahrungskiste und gab mir meinen Teller mit der restlichen Mahlzeit zurück . Ok...selbst damit kann ich leben . ABER , die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt . Die gebratenen Nudeln waren weich und pappig , sie schwommen in Soße , das Gemüse musste ich suchen , die Frühlingsrollen hatten ihre beste Zeit auch schon hinter sich . Fazit....viel Geld für schlechten Service und komisches Essen , nein danke !

Haben Ramen-Suppe (Beef) und Gambas mit gebratenem Reis gegessen - war gut und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut okay - kann man besuchen.....

Das Fleisch war definitiv schlecht, es roch total komisch und hatten danach alle Bauchschmerzen und der Abend war gelaufen. Als wir hinter die Kasse schauten, sah man eine Menge Fleisch ungekühlt da liegen.

Die Nudeln waren sehr matschig und das Gemüse in der Box musste man fast schon mit der Lupe suchen. Das Essen war zwar schnell zubereitet, aber gute Gerichte brauchen eben auch in einem Schnellimbiss einen kleinen Moment Zeit. Leider konnte man nur bar bezahlen :( Die Sitzgelegenheiten un die Umgebung erinnert eher an eine kalte zugige Bahnhofshalle.

Die schlechtesten Asia Nudeln, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Nudeln waren schon viel zu weich, zu wenig Gemüse. Die Nudeln waren nicht mal gebraten. Die süß-sauer Sauce war mit Wasser verdünnt. So hat es jedenfalls geschmeckt und so sah es auch aus. Die Nudeln hatten kaum Geschmack. Teller war lieblos angerichtet. Würde dort nicht nochmal essen. Ambiente war ok.

Auf den ersten Blick ganz ok, dann haben wir bestellt, knusprig gebratene Ente mit Bratnudeln in Erdnuss Soße, nach nur wenigen Minuten war es fertig, allerdings mit der falschen Soße. Kann ja in der Hektik mal passieren, nach ein paar Minuten war das Essen umgewandelt worden. Es war nun lauwarm und, ich denke die haben das ganze nur abgespült, so schmeckte es dann auch . Also war total enttäuschend.

Furchtbar. Nur Hühnerbrühe und das als Ramen verkaufen. Die Mini Frühlingsrollen waren auch fast ohne Gemüse und einfach nur billig. Optisch ist alles Recht nett her gemacht, aber bei den Zutaten wird gespart wo es irgendwie geht.

Mit Abstand das Beste was ich im Asia Food Bereich gegessen habe. Super Qualität, frisches Gemüse, gut gebratenes Fleisch und die leckersten gebratenen Nudeln die ich je gegessen habe. DANKE!

Das Essen war sehr schlecht, das Personal war unfreundlich. Die Rechnung war falsch.

Essen war ganz gut, aber auf den zweiten Blick alles sehr schmuddelig, das Besteck nicht richtig gespühlt, die neuen Tabletts mit Speiseresten verklebt. Und keine Kartenzahlung geht gar nicht.

Auf den ersten Blick ein nett eingerichtetes Lokal. Auf den zweiten Blick war es etwas ungepflegt. Unterm Tisch lagen Schokostückchen, der Tisch war leider nicht abgewischt und klebte und Krümel lagen aich drauf. Das Essen war zügig fertig, war ansprechend angerichtet und schmeckte okay. Ich hatte das Rindfleisch mit Zitronengras. An sich schmackhaft, jedoch wirklich nur wenig Zitronengras, dafür nur mit Paprika, Sojasauce und Zwiebeln. Meine Begleitung hatte gebratene Nudeln, die wiederum mit buntem Gemüse serviert 0waren. Leider Selbstbedienung. Das Besteck war sortenmässig ziemlich bunt durcheinandergewürfelt und stark abgenutzt, was vermutlich den zahlreichen anderen benachbarten Restaurants geschuldet ist. Ich denke beim nächsten Besuch im Ruhrpark probiere ich lieber den anderen Asiaten oder fahre lieber zu einem Restaurant mit Bedienung.

Durchaus empfehlenswerter, asiatischer Imbiss im Ruhr-Park Bochum. Die Speisen waren qualitativ überzeugend, schmackhaft; die Portionsgrößen absolut ausreichend und die Preise moderat. Hier kann man zum "Wiederholungstäter" werden!

Noch nie habe ich so schlechtes Hähnchen gegessen. Die nudeln waren OK aber auch nichts besonderes.

Am Ambiente könnte man sicher einiges verbessern, aber unser Tisch war sauber und auch unter dem Tisch lagen keine Essensreste, obwohl das Lokal hier schon mehr als sieben Stunden geöffnet hatte. Es ist übliche Schnellgastronomie (früher auch Imbiss genannt) im Einkaufszentrum mit einer durchgehenden Frequentierung. Kann man nicht unbedingt mit einem asiatischen Restaurant außerhalb vergleichen. Entsprechend muss man die Ansprüche an das Ambiente anpassen. Hauptsache, es ist sauber. Unsere Nudelgerichte haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war erstaunlich viel und gutes Fleisch dabei und das Gemüse noch schön knackig. Auch das bestellte "scharfe" Gericht war nicht überwürzt, sondern schmackhaft scharf. Angerichtet wurde auf netten Porzellantellern und nicht im Pappkarton. Und für die selbsternannten Restaurantkritiker: Schreibt doch, dass es Euch persönlich nicht gefallen / geschmeckt hat. Über Geschmack lässt sich nämlich nicht streiten, denn jeder hat seinen eigenen. Und diejenigen, denen es hier schmeckt, als unwissende Systemgastronomie-Kunden abzuqualifizieren, zeigt doch gewisse Defizite.

Super leckeres und frisches Essen. Zudem eine Riesen-Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und schnell (vorallem die junge Kassiererin, die ab und zu dort ist).

Hier soll wohl der Besitzer gewechselt haben. Das war wieder ein Besuch wert und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war nett, das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet, sehr frisch und lecker. Ich hatte Pad-Thai und meine Begleitung gebratene Ente, wir waren beide sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.
