Very large restaurant with a wide selection, the food is very tasty, you get your own drinks, all inclusive.

Rude attitude, food at the lowest level

The food is good and varied. Too big and too loud. The guests are very rude, leaving full plates unfinished. Tables aren't cleared. It's quite disgusting. You don't need to experience all that. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where things are much more civilized.

I had lunch there with my family today. Never again!!!! It had absolutely nothing to do with a nice meal. The acoustics were as loud as a train station. The staff (who were very trying) unfortunately couldn't cope with the large number of guests at all. The restaurant itself was chaotic, like a fairground with children everywhere, some even riding tricycles among the guests. I think on such a special day, the ambiance should be adjusted a bit. It's a real shame because the restaurant is otherwise very nicely decorated and the food was also very good, but the restaurant management should perhaps pay a little more attention to how people behave in the restaurant.

The food is delicious and varied. I've been coming here for years and always enjoy it. But now, after two hours, an employee came and said we had to leave in 30 minutes, otherwise we could buy another 30 minutes for €2. Sorry, but that's unacceptable. I've spent a lot of money here in the past, and I was happy to do so. But these American-style conditions, this "meal on a time limit," I won't tolerate. Try telling that to a Frenchman or an Italian; here, food and atmosphere are celebrated, and that's a good thing.

A pretty good place. However, it feels a bit like a factory, like mass-produced goods. The service is typically unfriendly, as is often the case in Asian restaurants. I don't really understand why Asians are generally considered very hospitable. Perhaps the stress and laid-back attitude of us Germans counteracts their perfectionism. In any case, the food is okay, the prices are reasonable, and most importantly, there's plenty of parking and seating. I often get takeout there using Too Good To Go. Especially good value. Again, the service leaves something to be desired.

The ambiance is pleasant despite its size. The staff are unobtrusively polite and very attentive. The buffet is incredibly extensive.

We've been going to Asian food for years, about twice a year. The quality has definitely declined. The breaded duck consisted mostly of fat. The sauces didn't taste the same as usual either. We won't be going back for a while. It's a shame, really.

The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented; the buffet selection is huge and there's something for every taste. The service is also always friendly and attentive. The ambiance is a bit noisy, as is typical for large all-you-can-eat restaurants, but that's just part of it and doesn't bother me at all because you know what you're getting into. Overall, a great restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy good Asian food in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This was our first time at Asia Paradise. We booked the buffet with a drinks package. I have to say, the buffet had a very, very large selection. I've never had such a selection in a restaurant before. The drinks selection was also fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The buffet offers excellent value for money. I personally prefer the times when the Mongolian buffet is offered in addition to the "regular" Chinese buffet. With this, you can put together your own uncooked vegetables and raw meat, as well as the sauce and the amount of sauce, on a plate. These items are then freshly prepared by a chef, visible to the guests. I only have two minor criticisms, which is why I rated this restaurant only 4 stars instead of 5. Firstly, the drink prices are higher than those of the restaurants in my area (I live in a neighboring town of Bochum). Secondly, finding parking is often difficult, as the restaurant usually has a lot of customers, and there are obviously not enough parking spaces for this "rush." Correction: We ate here a few days ago for the first time in over a year. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. The same unfortunately applies to the service. We had to wait a very long time, and even for the Mongolian food, which was specially prepared fresh, we had to wait over half an hour, even though there was no line when we dropped off our food. I think that's a real shame.

Today I ate at the lunch buffet for the first time and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I chose a variety of dishes. These included duck, chicken, small spring rolls, croquettes, breaded shrimp, beef with onions (although there were more overly thickly sliced onions than beef), and shrimp in sweet chili sauce. All the dishes were cold. My companions' food was also cold. When we told the waiter that the dishes were cold, we were told that the water in which the containers were sitting was boiling, so the food couldn't be cold. We were supposed to stir the food, but that wasn't possible with the duck, which, like the chicken, was sitting on a thick layer of onions. In my opinion, this meant that the heat couldn't reach the meat at all. Even after stirring, the food didn't get any warmer. The selection was good and plentiful. The dessert buffet was okay. There are various types of fruit, cookies, ice cream, tiramisu, jelly, baked bananas, baked pineapple, baked custard, cream puffs, two chocolate fountains with white and dark chocolate, etc. I've eaten here several times in the evenings, with the Mongolian buffet, and have always been satisfied. The selection is even larger in the evenings, and the food is delicious. If you eat at the buffet, you must order a drink; otherwise, there's a €2 surcharge. If you pile too much food on your plate and leave food unfinished, you'll be fined €5. But I haven't experienced that before.

Amazingly delicious food and a wide selection. All-you-can-eat with a drinks package is just €30. The sushi is top-quality. Everything is refilled every five minutes. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Family-friendly, as there's also a play area. Restrooms are spotless. A large selection of drinks is available. The food is very well prepared and brought to your table by robots. The only downside: the parking lots are always full.

Disappointing Service – Not a Recommendation We wanted to visit the restaurant around 9:30 p.m. – according to the opening hours, it should have been open until 10:30 p.m. But the receptionist rudely informed us that they were no longer accepting guests. No mention of changed kitchen hours, no apology – simply: "We're not accepting anyone else." This is not only disappointing, but also unprofessional. If a restaurant plans to stop serving guests early, this should be communicated clearly and transparently – ideally directly in the opening hours. This wastes time and ruins what should have been a pleasant evening. We will definitely not be coming back.

Everything was great as always, we often eat there and are always very satisfied, but this time it felt like 40° in the restaurant because the air conditioning wasn't working. I hope it works next time because it was really unbearable.

We ate there yesterday for the first and last time. The taste was a disaster. The spring rolls were still frozen in the middle, the asparagus was only half peeled, the rice was far from fried, and gelatin cake isn't really my thing either... Visually, the selection is very appealing, but looks aren't everything. We definitely won't be returning, and we can't recommend this Asian paradise to anyone. I'd rather pay extra for the drinks, but the food was good.

The Chinese man at the entrance is a complete idiot. I've been going there for five years. Even though he had free tables, he wanted me to sit with the kids in a secluded spot, away from the other guests in the restaurant. Only he knows him. I politely asked him to sit at another table. There were plenty of free tables, and I had a reservation. He said we should just sit there if I didn't want to leave the village. I took my kids and left.

The food there is incredibly varied and delicious. The flat-rate drinks package is highly recommended, especially in summer. The service is mediocre. The atmosphere is rather poor: extremely loud and hectic. Hordes of children run and scream around. It also desperately needs better ventilation in summer so you don't sweat like crazy while eating. Based on the food alone, the restaurant is absolutely recommended—but only during the week and not on weekends due to the crowds.

TO GOOD TO GO Review: We've picked up To Good to Go portions from Asia Paradise several times in the evening for €5. It's like a surprise box with many different delicacies. The boxes are always well-filled and delicious. Pickup times are always arranged on time.

*Unfortunately disappointing – poor service* I went to the dinner buffet today. The food was okay, but the *service was a disaster*. During my entire stay, the table wasn't cleared once. When I tried to change money to use the ATM, the change was refused – very *child-unfriendly*. Furthermore, as a customer, I had to walk 20 meters to the cash register just to get my receipt myself. Overall, *not a hospitable experience* – that's not how I expect service. I won't be back.
