Good food, in a dovecote atmosphere without service. It's better to order your food online, the store doesn't invite you to linger. Crowds of people gather at the counter to pick up food. Everything takes forever. Behind the counter, visible, endless stress because of the take-away. And the waiter, ugh, I don't blame him, probably no one has ever explained to the young man what his job is. It's a shame, I won't go there again.

We were there with a large group. Two people were a little late, which was a bit inconvenient given the concept of ordering table by table. The food was OK, nothing special. What I don't like at all is that ordered items arrive at some point, sometimes two or three times later. This sometimes leads to a guest not having anything to eat for a while and then suddenly getting six dishes at once, or even to someone no longer knowing who ordered it. The wait staff place the bowls on the table without a word, and there are no inquiries as to whether everything is OK or if new drinks are required. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for groups.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here many times. We're actually big fans of the Okinii chain and the concept. Since it's an AYCE, you pay one price and have the opportunity to try numerous Asian appetizers/dishes. Unfortunately, the sushi is only mediocre, and the starters are often very salty. If you haven't eaten much Japanese food before and want to try a few different dishes, Okinii and its concept offer a great opportunity to do so. However, if you want high-quality sushi/ramen/other Japanese dishes, you should go elsewhere. The ice cream at the end is and always will be a little highlight!

We were just there and are speechless. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food. The service person was totally unfriendly. There were four of us and we each placed our own order as a couple. You simply put the sushi on a plate, although we also mentioned at the beginning that please serve it separately. We asked if this could be changed. The answer was: “we’ll do that next time”. The employee didn't apologize for it. Then the four plates were placed on the table in a stack (again sensibly handed to each person individually). But then came the obgau...all the plates were totally dirty (oily and dried food residue stuck to them). When we wanted to speak to the boss, an employee came and asked what was going on. We showed her the dirty plates and asked what that was about and mentioned that we had already been waiting a long time. All we got in response was an excuse and that she had just gotten it with her fingers and whether that was so bad. YEAH! It's really bad!!! I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Then the boss came and we explained the matter to him. His first sentence was: “The employee has her first day at work.” There was no apology from anyone!! We said we will leave the store immediately and will only pay for the drinks. The employees then even got mad at us and said we should pay for the sushi, after all it had been prepared. We said we wouldn't do that. After a discussion they let us go without paying for the sushi. This store is simply horrible!!

The food is pretty tasty. The sushi art gets 8/10 points from me. There are better ones, but then you're really in the top league. ;-) What really bothers me and why I often go a little further to the next, also good store: there is no card payment. But when the average cost per dish, at least for me, is 30 to 40 euros, it's simply no fun to always look for an ATM. Otherwise, as I said, a nice shop!

I order from you and don't receive my food. 60 minutes AFTER I was supposed to receive my food, I call them and ask where my food is. Then I am told that my order was canceled because I left a bad review on Lieferando. If you provide poor service, you can expect a bad review. Be glad I even gave you another chance. You also report to someone if you don't perform well. It's a shame not to even contact me to tell me that I haven't received my order.

The shop no longer exists there. I ordered for pickup via Lieferando and it was a big surprise. No restaurant! Construction site only. After a short while the call came that we had moved to the new address. The sushi we ordered was there, the first and last time for us. A disaster in terms of taste and quality. 👎

Incredibly bad service, Ordered food at 7:07 p.m. and was told at 8:00 p.m. that our food was in the car and the driver would be there within 15 minutes. Called again at 9 p.m. and asked. The driver should be there again 15 minutes later. At 10 p.m. there was still no sign of the ominous driver. From this point on, our calls were rejected several times and remained unanswered.

I ordered for delivery at the end of October 2024 "via the app" - unfortunately I wasn't aware that the store was closed! I paid via Paypal and still haven't gotten my money back. I am in contact with support.

I got sushi here yesterday because I was in a hurry. Today I have extreme stomach cramps etc. The health department should come here.
