I was in the store on November 12th. The service that day from waiter Erman was fabulous. He was very accommodating and fulfilled our every wish. I can only recommend this shop to everyone with such courteous, polite and respectful service. This review is the least I can do for this excellent service.

Relatively disappointing if you know Okinii from Düsseldorf. Originally Japanese system catering at a high level, there is a problem here that completely spoiled the fun for me during my visit: the different responsibilities of the staff create the inconsistent picture that everyone "functions" and does their job, even if they Guest looks down the tube. Example. After reservation we are assigned our table. A lady greets us, takes the “order” and leaves. We order the first course on our cell phones, while another person slams a bowl of cold, fried noodles onto the table. To make matters worse, we hadn't ordered these and, moreover, they aren't even available in cold. It was a similar story The entire 2 hours that we had available. The ordering rounds were not served at the same time, but one person at a time had their food and the others were allowed to watch, so that the "delivering" person basically did their job the table closed Unfortunately, the person was not able to respond to questions, and was not able to speak our language. It was annoying that they didn't consult a colleague The request to speak to the manager was also bluntly ignored. This made me feel ashamed to my guests because I had praised the restaurant highly based on my experiences at Okinii Düsseldorf had. It's a shame, but I am convinced that upscale system catering must also be possible WITH the guest in mind. Unfortunately, I had a different experience at Okinii Bonn. Still 3 stars for the modern, puristic ambience and the acceptable quality of the food.

A super cute, beautiful shop and super delicious food. The fried noodles there are the best I've eaten so far :) The day I was there they were playing Babymetal music, which is a big plus for good taste in music 😻🎀🩷

We were just there and are speechless. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food. The service person was totally unfriendly. There were four of us and we each placed our own order as a couple. You simply put the sushi on a plate, although we also mentioned at the beginning that please serve it separately. We asked if this could be changed. The answer was: “we’ll do that next time”. The employee didn't apologize for it. Then the four plates were placed on the table in a stack (again sensibly handed to each person individually). But then came the obgau...all the plates were totally dirty (oily and dried food residue stuck to them). When we wanted to speak to the boss, an employee came and asked what was going on. We showed her the dirty plates and asked what that was about and mentioned that we had already been waiting a long time. All we got in response was an excuse and that she had just gotten it with her fingers and whether that was so bad. YEAH! It's really bad!!! I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Then the boss came and we explained the matter to him. His first sentence was: “The employee has her first day at work.” There was no apology from anyone!! We said we will leave the store immediately and will only pay for the drinks. The employees then even got mad at us and said we should pay for the sushi, after all it had been prepared. We said we wouldn't do that. After a discussion they let us go without paying for the sushi. This store is simply horrible!!

Ohne Reservierung sind wir an einem Freitagabend spontan ins Mikado Sushi & More, da wir im Motel One am Mediapark Köln übernachtet haben. Zum Glück haben wir noch einen Tisch bekommen. Sofort waren wir von der stylischen Einrichtung begeistert. Wir hatten Nigri, Maki, Inside-Out-Rolls, Yakitori- und Gambas-Spieße. Alles war sehr lecker. Es war ein schöner Abend.

We ordered online, received a confirmation and are now waiting an hour and a half for our food. Nothing comes. You can't reach anyone there by phone. So now let's eat something different. Have ordered there many times. But we won't do that anymore. There are now enough alternatives.

I ordered for delivery at the end of October 2024 "via the app" - unfortunately I wasn't aware that the store was closed! I paid via Paypal and have not received my money back to this day. I am in contact with support.

I have been eating here for many years but the restaurant is getting worse and worse. The sushi was half-baked and was already half falling apart. We had to wait 20 minutes for dessert and there were hardly any guests in the restaurant. We had a dirty plate and some things didn't really taste good either. When paying, they didn't even ask if everything was OK. We asked if there would be new kitchen staff, but we were looked at stupidly and the waiter left. We then told him that it didn't really taste good and that no one cared. Previously a regular restaurant, today we decided not to eat here anymore.
