Super chic, elegant and modern restaurant. The reception and service were absolutely great the whole evening. And the food, awesome: perfect in terms of taste and appearance. The prices are in the upper segment. However, I believe that the freshness of the food and the perfect craftsmanship fully justify the price. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful and unforgettable evening.

I only had food to take away, but I received a really nice welcome, I got shrimp chips and iced tea and the food was great.

We have ordered from this restaurant several times - usually as a group of three, with individual orders. The main reason was that our office is very close, so we thought we had found a good lunch break option. The quality of the food is okay, but by no means outstanding - especially not at the rather high prices. A recurring problem: Individual orders are often delivered together in the same boxes. Especially with sushi, it's hard to tell what belongs to whom - which always causes confusion. Cutlery is almost always missing. Despite repeated telephone inquiries and assurances that something will be resolved in the future, nothing has changed. This is extremely inconvenient, especially in the office. In addition to the language barrier, there is unfortunately also the feeling that customer feedback is not taken seriously. Advice and requests do not lead to any improvement. Conclusion: The prices are simply not justified for the quality offered and the unreliable service. Since the problems have been repeated over several orders, we will be ordering elsewhere in the future.

Good service, delicious sushi. But it could be more varied. For example, there are no fried noodles or similar on the line

I really enjoy coming to HQ now. The quality of the food has been really good since the new menu. (It was good before, but I've been really impressed since then.) Sushi is highly recommended, but the wok dishes are also great. I just find the Thai curry sauce a bit too runny, but that's a matter of taste, I think. The friendly staff ensures that you always feel comfortable. Card payment is possible.

We ordered Barberie Duck, we received raw meat of lam or rind! Awful!

Since Nami closed in Höchstadt, we have tried many other sushi restaurants in the Erlangen-Höchstadt and Neustadt districts, but none have come close to Nami so far. Last week we were at the Kai and were pleasantly surprised. So much so that we went out again today, unfortunately without making a reservation and unfortunately didn't get a seat. Next time, especially on a Saturday, we will know and reserve in advance.

Small restaurant with polite, attentive service. It's always like a little visit to Japan. The map isn't too big and so far I've always found something delicious on it.

I recently visited this sushi shop and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, I didn't like the beef ramen soup; the beef pieces were very small and had a frozen taste. Some of the sushi was okay, but some pieces had a fishy aftertaste. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, and I hope they can improve their dishes.

Top - friendly service, fast, tasty and uncomplicated.

I ordered a sushi platter and before that also some noodles. The noodles are very good, you can clearly taste them being homemade. The sushi platter was large and excellent, one of the best sushi I've had so far. Salmon and tuna strips were also really thick. For the price you can hardly find sushi plates of comparable size (and certainly not of such high quality)

The food is really great, everything is very fresh! Unfortunately we had to wait 75 minutes for our sushi... which really messed up our plans for the evening... Several products were also sold out (sweet ginger, tofu, a certain sauce), which limited the vegetarian selection that evening. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

Unfortunately, the wrong dish was delivered and when I called there, all I got was a short "sorry" and the question if I couldn't just eat it, as there was a lot to do at the moment and it was similar to the meal I wanted...
