The worst meal in a long time. I've known this restaurant for years, and the quality has declined significantly. It hasn't been good the last few times, but today the food was truly terrible. The "Pearl of the East" was an inedible mussel dish with overcooked fried onions and peanuts, rock-hard vegetables, and gravy—a completely incomprehensible combination! The scallops were indefinable brown pieces; honestly, I don't even want to deal with them anymore. I'm sorry, but unfortunately, the food isn't as good as it seems, and the service is also terrible.

From the perspective of a restaurateur and family man: We have now eaten at Cosy twice, once as a couple in late 2020 for dinner in winter and now, in late summer, as a group of three for lunch. Whether on a wintry evening or a sunny lunchtime, Cosy invites you to linger with its pleasantly decorated ambience. You would hardly notice that this used to be a fast-food restaurant. The selection on the menu is extensive and the pricing is absolutely fair. The service is very prompt, friendly and informal. The food is beautifully presented and very tasty 😋. It is not possible to identify a specific clientele, as everything from a business lunch to a couple's date to a family visit is possible. We are thrilled and will be visiting again soon. Many thanks to the Cosy team and keep up the good work.

It was really good in the beginning, but unfortunately not anymore. We've already been given a time limit of a ridiculous 1.5 hours at two birthday parties. After we'd eaten and drunk under pressure, the waiters were practically breathing down our necks to clear away. They weren't offering any more drinks either; the main thing was that people left after 90 minutes so the next people could come. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also declined significantly. For us, one thing is clear: anyone who focuses solely on quantity over quality has lost us as customers.

We wanted to have a nice evening. The restaurant is quite crowded. We ordered two sweet and sour duck dishes. We were very surprised because the food was served after about 10 minutes. The duck was good. Hardly any vegetables. The side salad was unpleasant and not fresh.

A cozy get-together (at least indoors) isn't exactly what you'd expect. Furthermore, it was very loud. A blink of an eye later, the main course arrived—a good thing at lunchtime, but rather unpleasant in the evening. We felt like we were being rushed to get the table free again quickly. What a shame.

The service only got two stars, but that has nothing to do with the staff, the service deserves five stars. BUT the boss has decided for today (Mother's Day) that the "cheaper" sushi rolls cannot be ordered today and I don't find that very customer-friendly. This is how you get rid of your customers.

A week's holiday in a family atmosphere in a top house. Food, service and cleanliness are very important. Many products are sustainably produced regionally. Suitable for allergy sufferers as there are no carpets in the rooms and no dogs allowed in them. We would love to come back 👍👍👍👍

We have eaten at Cozy many times, the last time was in 2024. So far we have always been very satisfied with the food. But on our last visit we were very disappointed with the food. The decoration on the plate was quite nice, only the bunch of parsley surprised us a bit. The salmon was very dry and the duck was also very disappointing. The sauce also had nothing to do with sweet and sour. I'm sorry but the price-performance ratio is not good.

We have ordered from this restaurant several times - usually as a group of three, with individual orders. The main reason was that our office is very close, so we thought we had found a good lunch break option. The quality of the food is okay, but by no means outstanding - especially not at the rather high prices. A recurring problem: Individual orders are often delivered together in the same boxes. Especially with sushi, it's hard to tell what belongs to whom - which always causes confusion. Cutlery is almost always missing. Despite repeated telephone inquiries and assurances that something will be resolved in the future, nothing has changed. This is extremely inconvenient, especially in the office. In addition to the language barrier, there is unfortunately also the feeling that customer feedback is not taken seriously. Advice and requests do not lead to any improvement. Conclusion: The prices are simply not justified for the quality offered and the unreliable service. Since the problems have been repeated over several orders, we will be ordering elsewhere in the future.

I've been to the Cozy several times now and I like it too. However, there is one no-go, it always smells of cigarette smoke and that is very unpleasant. The smoking room must probably be in a corner of the kitchen that cannot be seen by the guest. I still have a question about the soy sauce that is in bottles on the tables, it seems very diluted to me... is that how it should be?

The restaurant is very impressive, great style and an appealing menu. The service is tried hard, but overwhelmed when the restaurant is full. We had warm wok dishes. The amount of food overwhelmed both of us. The plate, which was already oversized, was full to the brim. It also tasted good, but unfortunately it was seasoned with far too much glutamate. We both felt that all night long. Too bad!!! Nevertheless, I would visit the restaurant again to try out the many sushis, nigiris and dragon rolls. I would never order a wok again.

Great service, really nice staff. I called while I was on the road and ordered shortly before the restaurant closed. When I arrived my food wasn't ready yet, I was supposed to sit at a table to wait. Then they would even bring me a glass of water. Simply great.

We had a wonderful evening at this Asian and sushi restaurant. What is particularly impressive is how the former Burger King has become a true oasis of well-being. The interior is really beautiful and very romantic – perfect for a cozy dinner. The service was friendly, attentive and looked after us well. The selection of food and drinks leaves nothing to be desired, and the food itself was simply fantastic! Every dish was fresh, tastefully balanced and of high quality. The prices are also absolutely reasonable and fair for what is on offer. Good thing we had a reservation! It was Friday evening at 7 p.m. and everything was full except for the last seat. This shows how popular this restaurant is. One small point that we noticed: The tables are quite close together, which can make it a bit cramped and noisy at times. But that's just a small detail in an otherwise great overall experience. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant!

We have found our new favorite Asian restaurant: very stylish interior, friendly welcome and great ambience. We became 2 more people at short notice, which was no problem. The menu offers many specialties and the dishes that were brought over looked promising. Our expectations were not disappointed: our order of duck was excellent and beautifully prepared! There are good cocktails and non-alcoholic mixed drinks like “Ginger Cooler”, which we were happy to try and were delicious. We particularly liked the service last night: the right mix of relaxed sayings and professionalism, great! We found the price/performance ratio very good and would be happy to come back. Big praise to the kitchen and the entire team!

We were very happy that some of the dishes are vegan and can particularly recommend the vegan udon noodles with tofu and vegetables as well as the vegan sushi mix. A vegan labeling of these dishes on the menu would be desirable. Otherwise, the homemade mocktails, like the passion fruit mocktail, were also great.

The salmon was very fatty and therefore probably of poor quality. Summer rolls aren't really Vietnamese. Special requests (peanut sauce for the rolls) difficult. Unfortunately, the dessert (baked banana) had strawberry sauce that was too sweet and the cream was out of the tube. Ice cream instead of cream would have cost 3 euros extra. Sushi was ok. The mayo on the sushi was also slightly chemical. Pity had heard a lot of good things. Paid 50 euros at the end. Summer rolls, 2 sushi rolls, 1 tea, 1 juice spritzer, 1 baked banana.
