Great food, always freshly made. Very tasty.

It's okay, the food was delicious, but the overall package is so-so. €33 per person (all you can eat without drinks) is pretty steep. EC cards aren't accepted - nor are credit cards, so they just state that only cash payments are accepted ;-)

It's truly amazing what quality of food you get here with an all-you-can-eat option. The food came very quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Nice all you can eat concept. The food is also quite good. Many varieties are offered. We went there on Saturday afternoon. It is not that crowded, the food come pretty fast. Nothing is missed. The robot also delivered our food several times. Price is above average but it is pretty fine if you eat enough. The service is the down part. As many people mention, the waitress are not so friendly. They can be considered rude sometimes. But overall, it is a good experience and good food. Parking situation is kinda confusing, you can part on the side of the street. No dedicated parking slots. *) when I picture the menu the last time one annoying woman said "dont picture the menu" I dont understand why, many people posted the menu anyway. Maybe they do t want the review 😂

Very good sushi and various other dishes Worth it

Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed with our visit overall. We had the all-you-can-eat option, and compared to other restaurants of this type, it didn't really impress us. Many of the dishes we ordered took a long time to arrive, and some didn't arrive at all. When they were finally served, they seemed carelessly prepared. The dishes were placed on the table without comment, and a simple "thank you" was ignored...it seemed rude and unwelcoming. The egg-fried rice, in particular, was, in my opinion, very tasteless and bland. For the price, we definitely expected more. It's a shame.

All the food is excellent quality, both the sushi and the other items. The slightly higher price for the all-you-can-eat option is absolutely deserved. The dishes are also beautifully presented. The restaurant is very beautiful and elegant, as well as easy to get to. The bathrooms were clean, as were the dining rooms. The staff, unfortunately, is unfriendly, and the sushi should have a little more choice, even at lunch. Overall, 8/10. I highly recommend it to sushi lovers and non-sushi lovers alike. I will definitely be back.

I'd love to give it -1 star! The salmon tasted like a sea cucumber from the Danube, and the sushi was so poorly made that the rice barely crumbled at the slightest touch; everything fell apart. With the "All You Can Eat" option, you have to pay extra for many things, which makes the name ridiculous. Card payments? No way. Instead, we were asked to transfer the money to an account later, which is completely unprofessional. The waiter was unfriendly, stared at my phone, and even touched it without asking. For me, this was my first and last visit.

If you're craving a truly delicious all-you-can-eat meal and love sushi, this is the place for you. Unlike typical Asian buffets, the food isn't served from warming containers, but is ordered fresh via tablet and brought beautifully presented directly to your table – it's truly something special! The selection is extensive: many delicious sushi and sashimi options, as well as classics like Peking duck and dim sum. Everything we tried was super fresh and delicious. For me, this is the best Asian all-you-can-eat restaurant in Nuremberg and the surrounding area – everything just works. Highly recommended! 🍣🍤🥢

*EDIT* We're very satisfied again. The last few times were very good. Unfortunately, this time it was nothing. We waited 40 minutes for our first sushi order. Many dishes never arrived. Only after repeated inquiries did the occasional order arrive. I won't be coming again.

The food arrives quickly and tastes good, and there are also different creations. The staff are friendly and the place feels clean and inviting. There is enough parking. The all-you-can-eat system, with ordering from a tray, takes some getting used to. It is easy to understand but stressful if, for example, there are four of you and everyone is hungry. What I don't like is that there are things that each person can only order once (although there were things that I personally didn't like), but all-you-can-eat should still be all-you-can-eat. After all, the evening buffet is quite expensive, so you want to eat what you want and as much as you want.

We've eaten here several times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated drastically, while the prices have steadily increased. More and more often, dishes didn't arrive or were delivered incorrectly. In my opinion, it shouldn't happen that a "main course" is served with dessert after almost 40 minutes. Many dishes that used to be included in the price now require an additional charge. What ultimately forces us to take a break from this restaurant is the service and the way the guests treat us. No matter what question or concern you have, the response is always very irritating and sometimes unfriendly. Partly due to a lack of language skills. It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed it so much...

We ordered the all-you-can-eat option. The food was absolutely delicious. The sushi, in particular, was very high quality and truly outstanding for an all-you-can-eat option. Unfortunately, three of the dishes we ordered were apparently forgotten; they simply didn't arrive. That's not a big deal, though; you can always reorder. We just never knew if it would arrive and didn't want to overorder. It's quite expensive, but the quality is very good, and after all, it's supposed to be something special. I would definitely recommend it if you want something special!

This is the best all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant there is! You can order with a tablet, everything is prepared 100% fresh, and special requests are also taken into account! Very good quality, very friendly and attentive service. On weekends, time at the table is limited to two hours, but you can eat and order as much as you can. We love it here; there's something for everyone—even if you don't like sushi! We highly recommend it!😋❤️

Unfortunately, everything was rather average! We ate at Taberu for the first time in a while and found the selection rather mediocre. Ordering via tablet is quite fun, and the service robot also makes you smile. Nevertheless, the dishes were unfortunately only average, and the value for money at €33 per person (for 1.5-2 hours) was unfortunately not right. We also found charging €7 for a bottle of water very overpriced. Unfortunately, there are also a few dishes where you have to pay extra, or dishes that you can only order once per person. We'll prefer to go elsewhere in the future.

Simply amazing! My husband and I went to the all-you-can-eat restaurant for lunch today, and I have to say: We're absolutely thrilled! Every single dish tasted simply amazing. Among other things, we had sushi with fish – it was so fresh and delicious, truly top quality. What also totally surprised us was how quickly everything went! We'd barely ordered and everything was on the table. At the end, we were sitting there thinking: How incredibly delicious was all of that?! 😂 Honestly, we were just so happy and full. Huge praise to the team – we'll definitely be back! 🙌

Sushi: 2/5 - definitely edible, but at room temperature and tasteless. Dumplings/Gyoza: 1/5 - taste like the frozen ones from GoAsia. Ice Cream: 10/10 - absolutely terrible. Atmosphere: 3/5 - nice interior, but very, very crowded and loud. Service: a few employees were sweet, a few looked dead inside. Ordering on a tablet plus delivery: chaos... Price: 0/5 - ridiculously high for this service...

We like going to Taberu, even though it's not super cheap. For an all-you-can-eat, they have a really large selection and the food is really delicious!

Two of us ate here during the week at 5:30 p.m. and ordered the all-you-can-eat option based on a recommendation. The reservation went well, service was minimal, nothing more than a "hello." Even when drinks or food were brought, the dishes were placed on the table without comment. Some of the plates were very poorly presented. The interior was very noisy and not particularly comfortable. Overall, everything seemed a bit dirty. The restroom floor was extremely sticky, and even after our visit to the restaurant, our shoes had sticky soles. The food was okay; the edamame had no flavor, the chicken skewers were cold and arrived without any sauce. The sushi was okay. The dessert was okay; I can recommend the mochi. Our conclusion: It was okay, but we wouldn't come back and unfortunately wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We paid €85 for two. 65 euros for buffet, the rest were 3 drinks (2 water).

A very nice all you can eat restaurant with impeccable quality. I'm usually skeptical about such offers, but you really can't complain here. The ingredients are all fresh, the sushi tastes really good. The selection is large, there are a number of starters and many different main courses. You can also order desserts. We also liked the drinks. It only takes a few minutes from ordering on the tablet to delivery by robot. Service staff are nice. Small note, the toilet needs to be cleaned more often, we were there for three hours and one toilet was more like dirty and very unappetizing from the start, otherwise the atmosphere is nice. I would recommend the restaurant.

The quality is outstanding for a buffet restaurant. I have never eaten such delicious sushi at the buffet as I did here😍. My friends are also excited. The price of €33 in the evening is absolutely fine. The drinks are also tasty. What I find particularly appealing is that everything is delivered by staff or a robot. Everything tastes like it was freshly prepared. The portions are always appropriate. When my additional requests were taken into account (e.g. frying the steak medium) I was completely happy. My friend and I had dinner there on Good Friday. I had reserved a table for 6 p.m. I was already told on the phone that we could only stay seated until 7:30 p.m. Everything OK. Based on this information, we ordered everything at the beginning. I ordered two sushi rolls, the miso soup and dumplings. My friend ordered chicken sticks, a salad, fries and chicken on skewers. After about 30 minutes my dumplings arrived and then shortly afterwards my first sushi roll. After another 10 minutes the chicken sticks for my friend arrived. After another 10 minutes or so we noticed that we didn't receive the salad, the miso soup and also the chicken on the skewer. The order history states that we ordered the items over 60 minutes ago. So we called a waiter. He said he would let the kitchen know that they should still be made. We then waited again until 7:35 p.m. but nothing came. We then had to leave because the next bus came at 7:44 p.m. and otherwise we would have had to wait until 8:15 p.m. for the next one. When the waiter came to pay, he noticed that we still hadn't received our food and asked if we wanted to leave or wait again. We then left. The waiter also apologized. The food we received was delicious and the waiters were friendly. But there was a table of 4 next to us and they got something to the table every 2 minutes and we had to wait forever and didn't even receive half of our order. I actually found it a shame that I still had to pay the €65 and didn't receive any kind of compensation. Unfortunately, the event there really ruined it for us. It was busy, but that doesn't happen in other restaurants... So unfortunately I have to deduct a few stars.

We had the all you can eat. The concept is very nice, orders are placed at the table using a tablet. Sometimes a robot comes and brings dishes, sometimes the staff. The food was good. The service was quick, but the staff didn't speak to us at all and brought the food to the table rather carelessly.

The food, especially the sashimi, is very fresh and delicious – definitely one of my favorite restaurants! Unfortunately, this time my visit was marred by a young, white service employee. Her unfriendly manner was very unpleasant - she placed the plates on the table very roughly, which seemed rude and disrespectful. It's a shame, because the food is really great.

We were here on a Friday evening, two adults and 3 children (7, 9 and 11 years old). We ate the buffet and didn't order anything extra apart from one juicy piece per person. Unfortunately, since the restaurant opened until now, it has declined significantly. The food was always very good. However, the cleanliness has deteriorated significantly. The tables are dirty (even though we were there as soon as the restaurant opened), there is a fruit fly problem, the cutlery and plates have dried food residue, and the glasses have noticeable lipstick residue. Overall it seems very dirty now. The food is really good, but it's just slammed onto dirty plates and who likes to eat from dirty plates? The service staff look as if they want to kill you, there is no smile on their faces. It's a shame that it has declined so much.

I come here regularly and the quality of the food and selection is outstanding. Price-performance ratio is also absolutely great. You can order dishes at regular intervals using a tablet, and they are usually served quickly (sometimes by a robot). You can do this until the time is over (around 2 hours depending on the time) or your stomach bursts. Great all you can eat concept. The staff is very friendly. Clear recommendation and an enrichment for the catering industry.

This is probably the best sushi buffet you can find in Nuremberg. The variety of other Asian dishes is also really good!

The experience at Taberu was truly special. Particularly bad. I have never experienced anything like this with everything that is sacred to me. Just shocking from start to finish. We arrived on time for our reservation and waited at reception for 8 minutes. During this time, 4 employees walked past us and neither greeted us nor informed us that someone was coming soon. When asked, we were then brought to our table, presumably by the boss. The ordering process was very simple both in theory and in practice. Unfortunately, the implementation failed massively. Our orders were placed rather carelessly at the edge of the table or literally thrown onto the table as we walked past. Every service, if communicated at all, was extremely unfriendly. Well, since the Instagram pictures and the good reviews (which, in hindsight, surprise me) convinced us to try this all-you-can-eat restaurant, we didn't let the negative impression the waiters left deter us. You could choose around 6/7 dishes per order before you had a 15 minute order block. Dishes from order 1 sometimes came with dishes from the second order. Or not at all. Sushi from order 1 came at the same time as dessert (ice cream and baked banana) from order 3. The gyoza ordered from order 1 came last AFTER dessert from order 3. As you can see - pretty chaotic. In practice, I had kimchi as a starter, which came quite quickly at least when I first ordered it, sushi as the main course, then a quick ice cream and banana in between and some more sushi at the end. I give the sushi an 8/10 Kimchi 9/10 The green tea ice cream was also a 10/10 Gyoza 7/10 and the remaining dishes like shrimp or lamb chops were just maximum scam -3/10 The supposed chops were boneless and just slices of fat, which were also cold - really terribly bad. The men's toilet was very unhygienic, if you want to do your big business you can be prepared to go skiing because everything is full of urine. I don't know what the ladies' room looks like. A review like mine would have really saved me from visiting this restaurant. Nevertheless, with everything that went with it, it was a truly unforgettable experience. It was so unbelievably bad that all we can do is laugh about it.

We have been coming to Taberu every month since day one. This restaurant used to be really very good in terms of service and dishes, but the quality, price-performance ratio and also the service (unkempt employees, sometimes they don't even understand you) have drastically decreased. Sometimes you wait forever for food and it arrives cold. The food is simply placed there as you pass by. No friendliness etc. The taste of the food has deteriorated greatly. We are very shocked at how the restaurant has developed and will definitely not be coming back. The boss always seems bored. You want to reserve a table for 7:30 p.m. and it's scheduled for 8 p.m. When you come, the place is half empty. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend anyone. I really hope that something will change. But probably not, as things got worse from time to time. That's why we won't be coming back again.

Dieses Restaurant war mal wirklich sehr sehr gut was den Service und die Gerichte anging, jedoch hat die Qualität das Preisleistungsverhältnis und auch der Service drastisch nachgelassen. Man wartet teils ewig auf Speisen und diese kommen dann kalt an. Das Essen wird im Vorbeigehen einfach hingestellt. Keine feundlichkeit etc. Das Essen hst Geschmacklich sehr nachgelassen.Wir sind sehr schockiert darüber wie sich das Restaurant entwickelt hat und kommen definitiv nicht wieder. Der Chef wirkt immer gelangweilt. Man möchte einen Tisch für 19:30 uhr reservieren und wird auf 20 Uhr gelegt. Wenn man kommt, ist das Lokal aber halb leer. Wir können leider keine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen. Ich hoffe wirklich das sich etwas ändern wird. Aber wahrscheinlich eher nicht, da es von mal zu mal schlechter wurde. Daher werden wir auch nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Had our date night here. Food was incredibly good! Service was super friendly, only 1-2 things were forgotten and sometimes you had to wait a little longer. But that wasn't bad at all as a little digestive break. A little expensive, but definitely worth the money!

Went there again for dinner on New Year's Eve and everyone was thrilled with the atmosphere and the food. Ordering via tablet is easy and fun. Delivery then takes 5-10 minutes, and sometimes via Robocop👍. Anytime again, thank you🍀👍

All you can eat via tablet. Drinks cost extra. Very good selection, sushi is surprisingly good for an all you can eat restaurant. The other dishes are also of good quality. The only thing I don't recommend was the chicken skewers and the beef steak. Fairly priced, nice ambience and friendly service (the little robot is a nice gimmick). No time limit, everything is clean. You get a place, reservations are only possible by phone. I couldn't find a website, only on Facebook.

The sushi is very good and arrived quickly, but if you order something else you have to wait an extremely long time and the orders don't arrive together. Food was also forgotten and the food was placed on the table without comment. Sometimes we waited 45 to 60 minutes for the food. A whopping 50 minutes for a scoop of ice cream! After we asked a waiter about it twice, he brought it to us himself. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our visit due to the waiting times, even though the food tasted very good.

Food good service and price disappointing

As loyal regulars of Taberu Restaurant, we often visited several times a month. At the time of the pandemic, when VAT was reduced to 7%, Taberu kept its prices constant, which was partly understandable given lower revenues during this period. However, we noted that as of January 1, 2024, with the return of the tax to 19%, Taberu has increased its prices by more than this percentage. This price increase seems to us to be a clear profit maximization strategy. In addition, many dishes and drinks were subject to additional costs, while prices continued to rise. Another point of criticism is the noticeable decline in food quality. These developments prompted us to make our final visit to Taberu. There are numerous other restaurants in Nuremberg that consistently offer high quality. It is noteworthy and disappointing that Taberu implemented these price increases before the official tax increase in order to make additional profit from the lower VAT. Very unfortunate!

It was good in itself but I sometimes waited an hour for a simple ice cream. The food was simply "thrown" onto the table several times as we walked past and there was generally no smile. For the price I get better service for even cheaper. Some things that were ordered were not delivered at all or very late.

Overall, we unfortunately cannot understand the many positive reviews. Not only did my husband and I not feel well after the visit, we also felt the price-performance ratio was inadequate. For the same price you can get better quality in a classic sushi restaurant. Drinks aren't even included here, which is disappointing at this price. Ordering via the tablet was a nice gimmick, but it could just as easily have been done by a waiter. The oft-mentioned robot didn't show itself at all during our visit. The sushi selection was okay, but the quality of the salmon clearly left something to be desired.

Went there on Wednesday lunchtime for the last hour from lunch to 2:30 p.m. There wasn't much going on anymore. Nevertheless, there is a waiting time of up to 17 minutes per order. I didn't receive the last order I placed shortly before 2 p.m. So the bowl of rice does, but the chicken with curry doesn't. The whole thing can be easily understood on the ordering tablet. I also mentioned it, but you can hardly speak of customer friendliness or service. For me, due to the performance and the taste being just average, not necessarily worth another visit.

Well, wanted to try it after all the reviews. At first we wanted to eat a la carte, but then we decided on the buffet anyway, which was unfortunately a mistake. Starters from the deep fryer, very fatty and not good in taste. The main course, such as duck from the deep fryer, was cold, i.e. pre-fried and then put in the fat again, tasted terrible, as were mussels and octopus quite cold, not hot. Shusi was okay on the whole, but nothing extraordinary, I've eaten better ones. We left out desserts. We are of the opinion that a la carte is better quality. Drinks quite expensive. There won't be a second time.

The quality of the food is first class - everything is super fresh and extremely tasty. The selection of cold and warm dishes is exceptionally large. A special highlight is the robot that automatically serves the Japanese dishes - this fits perfectly with the modern and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is very spacious and comfortably furnished, with plenty of space for all guests. Definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in Nuremberg!

Six of us had dinner at Taberu yesterday. Service staff weren't particularly friendly. All u can eat for €32.90 was very tasty but a bit too expensive in our opinion. Edamame ran out at 6:15 p.m., which was very annoying, especially for the price mentioned above. Some orders were not delivered or were delivered very late. Mochi and maccarons cost extra for dessert. (€2 per piece) There is also no overview of what dishes have been ordered. When asked, the waiter said (you have to know what you ordered) 😂 I've seen a nicer atmosphere...

Good all-you-can-eat buffet with a nice gimmick that you can order via a tablet. The food is good but not exceptional.

das essen hier war fantastisch besonders die sushi-variationen waren sehr lecker die präsentation war wirklich beeindruckend und die atmosphäre war angenehm die preise sind fair ich kann es nur empfehlen

Was ml better. Unfortunately the quality of the food (not sushi, that's fine) is declining. Cleanliness of glasses/tables/plates/cutlery difficult. Smeared with stains and dried residue. Not the first time. We have been enthusiastic about it for years, unfortunately the behavior here is very careless. 2 euros for a cheaply bought mini macaron is cheeky.

Sushi was good. Grilled food from the kitchen was a bit dry. (It's always 50/50 sometimes perfect sometimes not) There's something for everyone from big to small. Price unbeatable. Top. Service could be more smiling.
