Osaka in Fürth

Overdue review! We've been fond of Konoha for years. Tl;dr below. Eat: Japanese dishes are consistently at a high level of taste. I'm not a big connoisseur of Japanese cuisine - I've been able to taste it all over Germany (Düsseldorf, Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg). Some of the restaurants are lagging behind Konoha. The sushi is always fresh (no "fishy" smell), and prepared to order. The ramen tastes wonderful and is also filling in terms of portion size. I was able to try some of the bento boxes, but they're just not my cup of tea - I prefer to order dishes individually. Maybe a more interesting choice for others. Japanese main dishes - especially the duck with udon noodles - taste wonderful. I haven't tried the Thai options, so I prefer to go with one track. Proportions of the menu tried: approx. 75% Taste: 9.5/10 Price: 8/10 (definitely worth it) Drinks: Nice selection of standard drinks, be it with or without alcohol. The homemade lemonades are amazing. There are also traditional teas. All in all, a nice thing. Drinks tried: approx. 50% Taste: 8.5/10 (very good for any restaurant, otherwise I'll just go to a cocktail bar if I just want to drink) Price: 8/10 (Sodas are a bit pricey but more than tasty) Restaurant: A little cozy on the inside. Not really a problem for me. The outside is a bit more spacious. The choice of music is pleasant and not too loud. I'm a fan of the music genre (mostly soft rock). The local people are super nice, you'll be happy to come back. :) Inside seating: 7/10 Exterior: 9/10 Ambience: 9/10 People: 10/10 Tl;dr: Prices: 8/10 (definitely worth it) Food: 9.5/10 (Average food tried - Japanese only) Drink: 8/10 (very good selection, slightly more expensive) Ambiance: 9/10 (a bit cozy inside, good atmosphere and super friendly team)

Frankly speaking, there are people in the countryside, and there is a young man inside, whose name is Yahya Cheb. Akabar, respected, may God reward him, is very cooperative and kind. Thank you, Yahya.

We can only agree with Julia Wittmann’s review. A very, very, very warm service. A very good meal. What can also be emphasized is that Konoha has a very nice guest room. Completely remade. Small but nice.

Delicious food and nice service

I am a Japanese. The food just wasn't authentic. Doesn't taste good at all. I ordered ramen. The meat on it was tasty. But the noodle and soup was really not edible for Japanese people. It was like a “milk ramen”. I'm disappointed and feel bad that many people from Fürth would think this is Japanese food. That's not true. If you want to eat authentic ramen, I recommend “Takumi” in Nuremberg.

The restaurant looks nice, but unfortunately the "ramen" is really bad... I know what I'm talking about because I used to live in Japan and ate a lot of ramen there. I was on a date with my Japanese boyfriend in Konoha and just looking at him made him sick :/ The noodles were completely soft, the soup was milky and tasteless (we had pork and chicken broth - neither of which tasted like meat and the latter was rather strangely sour) and there were all kinds of vegetables in it that don't even belong in ramen. These included cauliflower, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and many other inappropriate ingredients. The meat wasn't actually bad, but it was overshadowed by the rest of the "ramen" soup. The rice we ordered with it wasn't Japanese rice either (it somehow looked like soft-boiled long-grain rice). For us it was money wasted because we could hardly eat anything. I can't say anything about the sushi or the other dishes. But I can really recommend the ramen restaurant Takumi in Nuremberg, authentic and delicious :) The gyoza there also taste much better.

We had the pleasure of visiting the “Konoha” restaurant in Fürth and were absolutely thrilled. The ambience is nice and cozy, a small restaurant that has a family feeling and makes you feel very welcome. The woman who served us was incredibly friendly and you could tell she really cared about the customers and the restaurant. Their commitment and warmth made our visit even more pleasant. 🥰 We ate the kimchi, the Sarutobi Ramen (with crispy duck and vegetables) and the Konoha Special Ramen (with chicken, pork, shrimp and vegetables). The broth was delicious and very strong, which we really enjoyed. She had a lot of oomph. 😁 Afterwards we enjoyed a delicious jasmine tea in an original Japanese tea service. The Japanese music playing only added to the ambience and created a wonderful atmosphere. If you want, you also have the option of sitting outside, which is particularly pleasant on warm days. Overall a 10/10 from our side. We will be back definitely! 🧡

Great place to enjoy a good ramen.

Have ordered to be picked up. Sushi was very tasty, the service was friendly. Unfortunately, one item was forgotten when ordering, but I only noticed this when I got home. When it comes to prices, the restaurant is in the middle range.

Went there for lunch for sushi, which we had pre-ordered. Unfortunately there was cream cheese in the "vegan" sushi mix, even though I was assured after asking that it wasn't (white and creamy cheesy consistency as a sushi filling). Unfortunately, I had a slight stomach ache in the evening because I'm simply no longer used to lactose. Definitely a good place to go for sushi for non-vega people.

Food was very good, the lady on site was also very friendly. The atmosphere is very nice, although it is very small and narrow, the space is used optimally and you immediately feel at home. :)

Gigantic! A small, chic restaurant like we know from Japan. The food was great! We felt like we were on vacation in Japan!

You definitely feel like you're in a relatively authentic "Asian" food stall. Signature dishes here are Japanese ramen and Vietnamese pho. We had gyoza as a starter and ramen as a main course. Fresh and delicious. You should make sure that no alcohol is served in one half of the restaurant. The service team easily organized a new place for us. Everything OK

Way too far from authentic Japanese ramen. Came here with high expectation, hopping that the ramen will be similar to the one in Naruto series, well it's still decent food but all I experienced there is more like Thai fusion imbiss food with Japanese vibe decorations.

Um mit dem Positiven anzufangen: der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist praktisch. Leider kann man sonst wenige Gutes sagen. Das Essen ist sehr teuer, wobei die Portionen allerdings klein sind. Das Essen ist geschmacklich leider auch nicht gut. Die Udon Nudeln haben geschmeckt wie mit Ketchup gewürzt. Dazu gab es verkochtes Gemüse (und Mais?). Das Sushi war leider kaum besser und dazu sehr klein. Wir würden leider nie wieder kommen.

Bisher Mittags spontan mit Arbeitskollegen dort gewesen. Kleiner Laden, muss man etwas Glück haben einen Tisch zu bekommen. Essen ist gut, und preislich vollkommen okay.

The good: the place is in downtown so it is easy to find. The service is friendly and polite and their menu has really nice Japanese options like gen mai tea (which not every Japanese restaurant offers), nice ramen and bento boxes. The fish in the sushi tastes and smells fresh and the ramen options are nice varying from pork to chicken. The ramen broth is delicate, so if you like bolder deeper broths (which I do) their ramen could be underwhelming. The not so good: the food is slow, so be prepared to wait. When the place first open was relay Japanese and nowadays they mixed their menu with Thai options, I don’t like when restaurants loose their focus because most of the time the food suffers.

Furchtbar lecker und super nette Bedienung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Eines, unser Lieblingsrestaurants in Fürth. Es ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber das macht es umso heimeliger. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Toiletten sind verfügbar.

Die Udon Suppe war wirklich super lecker!

Sehr leckeres und leichtes Essen. Super freundlicher Service. Wirklich gute DimSum, Moshi und Reis mit Fisch.

Essen hat mir nicht so geschmeckt, war überkocht. Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet als Imbiss Essen

Nothing Japanese about the food but the Sushi were made well compared to other similar places. The Ramen had their own touch compared to authentic Korean or Japanese Ramen. Overall, good 👍

Wir sind begeistert :-) Hatten hier als Vorspeise Edamame und als Hauptspeise super leckere Ramen und Udon Suppe. Die Brühe sehr kräftig und als Einlage gedämpftes Gemüse und Schweinefleisch / gebackenes Hähnchen. Sehr aufmerksames Personal und tolle urige Atmosphäre!

Wirklich einen Besuch wert. Bester Ramen die in seit langer Zeit gegessen hatte.

Für mich einfach die beste Ramen in Fürth und Nürnberg. Kräftige Brühe, zartes Fleisch, knackiges Gemüse leckere Nudeln. + auf Wunsch bekommt man scharfe Soße um alles abzurunden. Preis für diese große Portion angemessen.

Überraschend leckeres Essen! Vegetarische Ramensuppe war die Beste die ich je hatte und die Sushis waren auch sehr lecker!

Von hinten nach vorne: Super süßer und lieber Empfang , zusammen mit der Musik fühlt man sich direkt Zuhause. Ist auch im Winter Monat total warm hier aber nicht stickig ! :) Das Essen war super lecker , hatte Sushi Maki mit Lachs & Lachs Avocado siehe Bild, mit Liebe zubereitet worden und hat auch so geschmeckt. Danke nochmal für das gute Essen, kann ich nur empfehlen ♡

Wir waren heute Gäste im Konoha, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen war ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Wer sich eine authentisches Gericht mit frischen Zutaten wünscht ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Auch für Vegane Kunden ist die Auswahl klar deklariert und vergleichsweise breit gefächert. -> Klein aber fein und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. -> Extra-Plus-Punkte: Es gab fancy Stäbche.

I eat really bland food and never thought Asian food can be bland. That said, sushi and katsu was really good without soy sauce for me. Highly recommended!

Herzliche Bedienung und super leckeres und authentisch japanisches Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und haben bedauert, das Konoha nicht früher entdeckt zu haben!

Ein kleines aber absolut feines Restaurant. Das Sushi war sehr lecker. Mega freundlicher Service. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr. Die Sushi- Rollen werden immer kleiner.
