Wir waren als Familie im Running Sushi Restaurant und leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Auswahl hat im Vergleich zu früher deutlich nachgelassen. Es kamen nur wenige abwechslungsreiche Speisen vorbei, vieles wiederholte sich ständig, und insgesamt wirkte das Angebot deutlich eingeschränkter als erwartet. Als wir unser Feedback freundlich mitgeteilt haben, wurde damit leider sehr unprofessionell umgegangen. Die Kellnerin ging anschließend zu anderen Gästen, fragte dort nach deren Zufriedenheit und erwähnte dabei, dass unsere Familie mit der Auswahl unzufrieden sei. Das empfanden wir als unangenehm und wenig diskret. Kritik sollte in einem Restaurant ernst genommen und respektvoll behandelt werden, nicht vor anderen Gästen thematisiert werden. Sehr schade, denn wir hätten uns einfach nur eine bessere Auswahl und einen professionelleren Umgang mit Feedback gewünscht.

Waren Mittags beim Running Sushi und das Essen war sehr gut. An einem heißen Sommertag zu empfehlen weil die Klimaanlagen haben.

War heute mit meiner Freundin essen und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Essen auf dem Band war frisch und Atmosphäre angenehm. Der Service war nett und schnell. Jedoch war eine Gruppe von Chinesen da und haben sehr viel Essen verschwendet, wo man sie dann angesprochen hatte haben diese sich beschwert und haben angefangen laut zu schreien. Schade das man bei einem buffet noch essen verschwenden muss weil manche die hinten saßen nichts bekommen bzw. Wenig bekamen. Wenn man mit so einem komplex Buffet Essen kommt dann lieber doch zu Hause bleiben.

Mit Freunden dort gewesen. Das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich, das Sushi fiel auseinander und das Personal hatte eine sehr schlechte Einstellung. Am Ende blieb etwas Essen übrig und wir sollten dafür extra bezahlen. Wir erklärten, dass das Essen zu salzig war und wir es deshalb nicht aufessen konnten, wurden daraufhin jedoch beschimpft und sogar mit der Polizei bedroht. Insgesamt eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung.

Wir waren mit einer 6 Personen Gruppe im Maguro zum Running Sushi! Es war unser erstes Mal in dem Lokal und wir waren alle durchaus zufrieden! Das Essen kam in regelmäßigen Abständen ohne allzu große Lücken und es war abwechslungsreich! Das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat war die Sitzplatz Anordnung, es sitzen nur zwei direkt am Band und die anderen kommen schlecht bis gar nicht ran! Der Preis für eine Stunde (24.90) geht in Ordnung! Wir würden wieder hin gehen.

Für den Preis ist das Running Sushi einfach nicht gut. Zum Bezahlen wandert man an die Kasse, das ist auch eher unbequem. Es war nicht schlecht aber Preis Leistung ist das Problem.

Wir waren vor einiger Zeit Samstag Mittag zum Running Sushi mit unseren beiden Kindern dort. Wir hatten sicherheitshalber am Abend davor einen Tisch reserviert, daher war es kein Problem einen Tisch zu erhalten. Das Sushi empfanden wir als sehr abwechslungsreich und uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Auch für Nicht-Sushi-Esser gibt es genügend Auswahl (Pommes, Chicken Nuggets, kleine Kuchen,...) was für uns immer wichtig ist, da nicht beide Kinder Sushi mögen. Wir hatten das Angebot für eine Stunde, was für unser perfekt gepasst hat von der Zeit

Es handelt sich um ein japanisches Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl an Sushi, Garnelen, Hühnchen und Ente, rohem und frittiertem Obst sowie Desserts, die Sie sich direkt vom Laufband aussuchen können. Hier können Sie Freunde zu einem besonderen, interessanten Ausflug einladen. Die Preise sind mittags zwischen 11 und 15 Uhr günstiger; eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert, um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden.

Zweifellos das beste All-you-can-eat-Sushi-Restaurant, das wir bisher besucht haben, und wir sind begeistert von dem Konzept. Frisch, sauber, tolle Auswahl.

Waren zu 5. beim Running Sushi. Wir waren alle absolut enttäuscht. Sind um 13 Uhr gekommen und ab 13:30 war das Band relativ leer. Vielen war sehr kalt. Keine Nachtische, kein Obst usw.. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Nochmals nachgefragt, dann würde ein Schälchen Melone gebracht für 5 Personen. Preis-Leistung hat absolut nicht gestimmt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr unzufrieden. Der Abschuss war dann beim Bezahlen als mein Mann die Kritik der Dame an der Kasse mitteilen wollte kam keine einzige Reaktion. Scheinbar nicht nötig sich die Kritik anzuhören um sich zu verbessern oder auf Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Schade, wir kommen nicht wieder.

Enttäuscht. Leider keine gute Qualität. Meine kleine Tochter hatte nach dem Besuch mehrfach Erbrechen. Während des Essens haben wir festgestellt das etwas nicht gut ist mit der Sushi Qualität. Nie wieder.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort, leider absolut enttäuschend. Man wird obwohl man noch halb volle Getränke hat, einfach gebeten den Tisch zu verlassen obwohl das Lokal nicht einmal halb voll mit den Gästen war. Viel vegetarisches Sushi, kein Thunfisch. Es gab in der Stunde wo wir dort waren nur eine einzige Schale mit frittiertem Hühnchen. Die Ente war absolut ungenießbar, hat komisch geschmeckt. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Leckeres Sushi und auch Nigiri. Würde mir nur etwas mehr Fischvielfalt am Band wünschen. Lachs, ganz selten Thunfisch. Und viel Gurke Avocado etc. Die Mitarbeiterin im Service hat eine sehr unfreundliche Art an sich, wenn sie die Teller holt bzw mit einem redet

Ich war im Maguro Running Sushi essen und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Running-Sushi-Band macht richtig Spaß und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Sushi, warmen Gerichten und kleinen Snacks. Alles war frisch, lecker und wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Das Restaurant ist sauber, modern und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Restaurant jedem Sushi-Liebhaber empfehlen! 🍣✨

Das Running Sushi selbst war super lecker, mit einer wirklich großen und abwechslungsreichen Auswahl. Ob warme Speisen oder klassische Sushi-Variationen — es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant. Preislich absolut angemessen für die Qualität und das Angebot. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Erschreckend, wie stark das Restaurant nachgelassen hat. Wir hatten eine Stunde gebucht - das Essen oben war in der ersten halben Stunde scheinbar schon recht lang unterwegs - entsprechend kalt waren die Speisen. Die Auswahl an Sushi war unfassbar schlecht - ich glaube, dass in der Stunde keine fünf verschiedenen Sorten durchgelaufen sind - die Sushi-Qualität war leider völlig ungenügend: viel zu trockener, harter Reis… das war bei unserem (zugegeben recht lang zurückliegenden) Besuch gravierend besser und abwechslungsreicher. Die Warmspeisen auf dem oberen Band waren durchaus gut - also ab der zweiten Hälfte, da zu dem Zeitpunkt neu aufgelegt wurde. Auf passenden Nachtisch (zB Mochibällchen) haben wir vergeblich gewartet… insgesamt waren wir doch recht enttäuscht, was auch erklärt, dass der Laden alles andere, als gut besucht war. Wir werden ebenfalls nicht mehr kommen.

Endlich ein Running Sushi wo alles stimmt! Top Qualität, tolles Förderband und netter Service. Zudem faire Preise! Wir waren aus Stuttgart zu Besuch. Uns fehlt ein solches Running Sushi in Stuttgart. Umso mehr haben wir das Maguro genossen.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren mal da. Der Service war nett und hat uns auch sofort ein paar Tische zur Auswahl angeboten. Leider sah das Sushi das dort im Runnig angeboten wurde für unseren Geschmack nicht so wirklich ansprechend aus. Also sind wir wieder gegangen. Da die Bewertung meines Mannes wegen Diffamierung gelöscht wurde, bewerte eben ich noch einmal. Leider war eben genau das unser Eindruck.

Suhsi ist gut,mittags evtl.zu wenig Auswahl,sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältniss.

Wir waren hier schon ein paar Mal essen, sowohl mit Freunden als auch der Familie. Stets gutes Essen und guter Service. Gerade bei kleinen Kindern kommt das Running Sushi super an, selten, dass sie so viel gegessen haben. Preis/Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nach. Auch ist das Restaurant ordentlich und sauber. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und direkt vor dem Gebäude. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Oh, what can I say? Everything is so delicious. And it's so nice to be able to choose whatever you like from the food on the conveyor belt as it passes by. You never feel like you're running out of anything, and the staff is always attentive. Everything is clean and nicely decorated, but of course, the conveyor belt adds a certain flair to the theme. A table by the conveyor belt seats up to four people. Highly recommended.

I called to make a reservation, and the waitress said she couldn't tell us if we'd still get a table. When I asked if she could tell me right away, she completely lost it and was incredibly rude, telling me to book somewhere else. Seriously, that's not good at all! Good luck with your business.

We went there for lunch today for the conveyor belt sushi. The selection was really poor, and the food looked and tasted like it was from the day before. There were mainly sweets and fruit on the belt. A few maki rolls here and there, but that was it. After asking, they brought us two nigiri each. Otherwise, they kept preparing the same bland sushi. I definitely wouldn't go there again. Not recommended. The price was okay at €13.80 for lunch, and the drink prices were fair too. However, the food really wasn't very tasty, and the selection was poor.

We were there for lunch today and were really looking forward to it. At first, there was a small selection of basic sushi, but nothing special. Eventually, nothing new was added, and at times, the conveyor belt sushi consisted of 30 plates of only sweets or small maki rolls. To me, that wasn't conveyor belt sushi at all, but simply desserts on a conveyor belt. We won't be coming back; it's really not recommended if you want to try a variety of cool sushi.

Yesterday I went to Maguro with a friend. The staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed everything at the conveyor belt sushi counter – all very fresh. We'll definitely be back. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the food, as the whole experience was a complete disaster. Even when ordering by phone (online ordering wasn't possible), there were significant language barriers. I was constantly interrupted, which didn't help communication at all. I had the impression that my name wasn't understood correctly, but when I asked again, I was told it was. When we arrived today at exactly 7 p.m. (for the running sushi, they only assign "slots" on the hour), our name was clearly not found. We were asked to wait. Then, guests who arrived much later than us were given tables, while we were ignored. When I asked why, I was told very rudely that it was only 7 p.m. and we would be served soon. When I suggested that our name probably hadn't been understood, the waiter became very aggressive. This is not what we consider politeness in Asia. At that point, we'd had enough and left. Now we're sitting in the Indian restaurant "Dana und pani" diagonally opposite. We were kindly given a table, the atmosphere is much more pleasant, and our order has already arrived. We certainly won't be visiting Maguro again. We went there once before the pandemic, and everyone was friendly then, and it wasn't so hectic. Even though restaurant service has deteriorated significantly, you can still find restaurants that are both good and friendly.

The food was good, and the atmosphere seemed clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was the €15 minimum order for card payments, which isn't ideal for quick lunch orders. Otherwise, I'd gladly come back.

Great running sushi, clean restaurant, but price transparency is lacking. I visited Maguro in Fürth and had a very positive experience. What I really liked: Selection: The running sushi conveyor belt was consistently well-stocked. There was a huge variety of dishes. Quality & Variety: There was a large selection of good sushi with many different types (maki, nigiri, rolls), great hot dishes, and various desserts. Service & Atmosphere: The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Negative Point: The price overview could be better. Unfortunately, there isn't much information online about the current prices for the running sushi. Overall, it's a highly recommended all-you-can-eat experience!

The food served was very tasty. What was unpleasant was that when we mentioned at the checkout that there had been almost no bowls left on the conveyor belt for a while (at least 15 minutes), the waitress said we could complain to the manager, but that would mean we would be banned from the premises. Our concerns were presented calmly and politely. The waitress immediately became loud and abusive. This is, unfortunately, a completely unprofessional way of dealing with customer reactions. It's a shame that friendly, constructive criticism is not accepted. Given this kind of treatment, I'm wondering whether I would want to go there again, despite the good food.

We were there for running sushi in February 2025 and à la carte in August 2025 – both times we were very satisfied! The sushi was fresh and delicious, the à la carte dishes arrived quickly and were beautifully presented. We would especially like to praise the friendly and attentive service. We would definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and we got a table right away, even without a reservation. The food was of good quality, but you shouldn't expect too much; it ends up being just plain sushi. We liked it for the price and will be back.

The restaurant is actually very good, price-performance ratio is good too, but I keep trying to go back and eat here but I'm always put off with a new excuse. Sometimes there are no seats left in an empty restaurant, other times the running sushi is apparently about to close even though it was still running when I drove past it again later. I always come alone and don't order anything to drink. I get the impression that they just don't want me to eat. I even arrive perfectly at opening time and it seems like everything is already full, so there's no need to bother me... 😀

We went there with the whole family and ordered a particular dessert that we really enjoyed. When we asked for a second serving, we were told they had already sold out. So we paid and left the restaurant. To our great surprise, however, we saw shortly afterward that this very same dessert had been served again! In addition, the used plates were not cleared away the entire time, but simply left on the table. Everything piled up, leaving a very messy and unpleasant impression. This kind of behavior is completely disrespectful to the guests. It shows no appreciation and no trace of courtesy. As a paying customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and a minimum standard of service—not to be turned away while the tables are left looking unkempt. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience for us. This is not how you treat guests, and we certainly won't be coming back.

We actually saw insects in the sushi fridge—absolutely disgusting and revolting! Something like that should never happen in a restaurant. Hygiene doesn't seem to play any role here at all. It was an extremely unpleasant and shocking experience for us. We will definitely never return.

Too many guests reserved at the same time. Unfriendly staff. Seated a bit at the end of the line, and nothing arrived, and no more food was served. Waited 15 minutes for a table, which meant we only had 45 minutes to eat, and were asked to pay early.

We've been driving on the highway several times and have stopped at this spot specifically to get something to eat. The kids love it, and we simply enjoy the flavor, the sauces, and everything else. Thank you so much. Keep it up!

We've been there twice now. The running sushi is okay, but nothing special. I'd rate it lower, as there are much better running sushi places for the same price or even less. The staff was acceptable on our first visit, but absolutely unfriendly on the second. If you value unfriendly service when visiting a restaurant, this is the place for you. We won't be going back to this place, and given how empty it was on our last visits, I'm sure others feel the same way.

The sushi was very good; even on spontaneous visits, the à la carte dishes are ready within 20 minutes. The staff recommended that I make a reservation or call ahead for the running sushi area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating both times. The prices are within the normal range for a good sushi restaurant and, in my opinion, reflect the quality of the ingredients. I definitely recommend it, but ultimately, it's a matter of taste.

Fast service when clearing up. I was still eating and my bottle of soy sauce was already taken away because the restaurant was closing in half an hour. Absolute no-go. The selection at Running Sushi was okay. I personally expected more. Calamari and nuggets, okay for the kids.

Our visit was truly disappointing. There were five of us, and although four of us wanted running sushi, the fifth person, who doesn't like raw fish, wasn't allowed to order à la carte. So she just had to watch us eat, which was completely incomprehensible and annoying.

Update: It used to be better. The sushi pieces fall apart just by looking at them, there are long gaps on the conveyor belt, and unfortunately, there's a lot of dessert instead of sushi. Five of us went out for sushi. One of us didn't like sushi and wanted to eat à la carte. This was flatly rejected. Absolutely not. The table was already completely occupied by us. The rules...zero flexibility. Unfortunately, zero stars. Never again 😡 Edit: Regarding the owner's comment: Sorry, I understand that you don't want individuals sitting at the running sushi table with à la carte options. But there were FIVE of us, and only one wanted à la carte. Would you have seated a stranger? In a nearly empty restaurant (many other guests couldn't have claimed to want the same). We specifically chose this restaurant because they serve à la carte dishes. Incidentally, that worked fine on our last visit... I wanted to sit with my friends and not alone at the neighboring table, where à la carte would have been allowed. Understandable? So I had a choice: we could leave the restaurant, and the four sushi eaters would be disappointed, or I could watch the four of them eat and sip my drink, which I did, of course, because I didn't want to be a spoilsport. It was a good thing I had two small instant meatballs in the fridge at home, which I could eat over two hours later so I wouldn't have to go to bed hungry. Tolerating the fact that someone has to stay hungry in a restaurant isn't service worthy of the name.

The sushi selection used to be better, but it can't keep up with other running sushi offerings anymore. However, why a new 5-star review accuses other reviewers of stealing, like "you've been taking dessert from tables a few times," seems more like a review of the owner to me...a little odd. Furthermore, the owner lets Google delete bad reviews instead of addressing the criticism professionally.

Yesterday, three of us went to Running Sushi with a few friends, and it was simply wonderful. The ambiance was diverse, and the staff was friendly. I don't know where all these bad reviews suddenly came from. Regarding the comment about the child who ate from the menu and "begged" from Running Sushi: You often took dessert from tables even though it wasn't your right. What you did was STEALING. It's only natural that you have to pay for what you take, as a little reminder to your parents. I don't understand all the fuss about it either. There's a reason why Running Sushi and the menu are separated, to avoid such a problem, but you still steal and didn't want to pay for it in the end?

A really nice Running Sushi place. The food was good and you get to try a variety of selections. I would suggest visiting a little earlier than their closing time. Would recommend it for a fun experience.

Update July 10th: Now the owner isn't just deleting critical reviews, he's apparently creating fake reviews to spruce things up. The latest reviews are all from accounts with few reviews and are structured the same, some even referencing the few reviews that haven't been deleted yet. A tip for the owner: instead of investing money in review-removal companies, buy a variety of sushi ingredients... then maybe things will improve again. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Maguro. The sushi selection is getting smaller and smaller, and the "good" sushi with fish is becoming increasingly rare, but it's always the same cucumber or crab meat substitute. The restaurant is very large, but empty, as most of the food is limited to running sushi. Table service is okay, but most people don't speak German. Google reviews are apparently being deleted; otherwise, I can't explain the remaining good reviews. I used to be really happy with Maguro, but now I avoid it and prefer to go to other competitors.

I actually wanted to give it three stars because, although the food was small, it was good. The extremely unfriendly service ruined my evening. She came running over like an agitated chicken just because my son had "bummed" three mini muffins from other guests at the running sushi. In this context, I also find it outrageous that they charged me almost €4 for it. On top of that, they didn't even ask once if I wanted something else to drink. They would have made more money that way than with the muffins, which would probably have been thrown away anyway given the "number" of guests. Unfortunately, not anymore. Almost only ready-made products. Lukewarm! Sushi with sliced ​​cheese🤢 Quality is substandard. Dessert has been on the menu for a while. We used to love coming here. But this was my last visit to this restaurant.

Obwohl ich das Restaurant vor einiger Zeit mit 5 Sterne bewertet habe, muss ich heute meine Bewertung revidieren. Denn mittlerweile ist das Angebot im running sushi sehr dürftig geworden und das Band bei meinem Besuch um 13:00 nur noch so gut wie leer gewesen. Ein paar langweilige Sushis mit Gurke (Lachs eher rar, mit Thunfisch wird sowieso seit Monaten nichts mehr angeboten) fuhren umher... Das hat sich in den letzten Monaten immer stärker in diese Richtung entwickelt. Als Stammkunde wird man mich verlieren (sowie es bei dem Wasabi bereits der Fall ist). Schade...

It was our first time there. We ordered from the menu. The food was good. The service was okay. But the most unfriendly thing was that at 8:55 PM, we were informed that the kitchen closes at 9 PM, which is fine. At 9:20 PM, we were asked if we could take the payment. At 9:30 PM, everything was ostentatiously cleaned and mopped, and at 9:45 PM, we were told they were locking the door. We couldn't even finish our drinks. However, opening hours are until 10 PM. We didn't feel comfortable and won't be back. It's a shame.

Absolutely recommended. Incredibly delicious starter (shrimp in garlic sauce). Very good sushi.

I reserved two separate tables 2 weeks in advance and didn't get them. After suggesting solutions, no solutions came. Generally very disappointing

We regularly go to work at lunchtime. The selection is varied and there are always good replenishments. Recently, new dishes were added, which we were particularly pleased about. Price-performance unbeatable.

This is a clean, hygienic restaurant that I go to quite often.

Excellent establishment, pleasant atmosphere, clean, tidy room and comfortable toilets. Great design. I'm glad that it's not noisy even if there are a lot of people. Nooooo... the seemingly pleasant, smiling staff is in fact the girl who works on the floor never washes her hands after going to smoke outside, she also eats the same food with her hands from the very line when she puts the plates that go on the line and not only she, but the sushi chefs too, everything that falls on the floor immediately rises and goes back to the plate. The oil in deep fryers is not changed at all, not when they just add something that looks black. He also takes tips from people at the table. Everything is cleaned and wiped with the same rags, not taking into account that there should be different rags for the kitchen, bar and tables in the hall. It’s the same with toilets, everything is cleaned with one rag, whether it’s the kitchen, the hall, or the bar. Work without gloves, and if sushi workers wear them, then these are gloves that are for one-time use, but they are used until they are completely torn. What surprised me most was the attitude of the boss who saves terribly, sees all this and treats everything normally. Completely unsanitary. But you can’t tell from the outside. If everyone cares about your health, I do not recommend this establishment.

We were happy to come, but not anymore for now. For a three-year-old child all you can eat 15 euros? We were totally shocked. Our child basically didn't eat anything. On the line: microwaved baked bananas, mushy fried chicken. Sushi- okay. A bottle of mineral water and a small apple spritzer - 2 adults and a three-year-old child 77 euros. No thanks and what a shame. Unfortunately we feel ripped off here now.

The running sushi is ok, good for the price, but the service and the old guy (maybe owner) is a disaster!! Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and keep giving orders to the clients. I'm hoping to find another running sushi to go instead of this horrible service.

The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated. Besides running sushi 🍱, there are also plenty of places to eat à la carte. There's the occasional special sushi (very tasty), but during peak times, they serve the standard fare. There's very little tuna. But otherwise, the food is pretty average. Unfortunately, on our last visit, our daughter felt sick after 5 minutes, and we had to leave. We had to pay full price. They could have been a bit more lenient. 50% would have been fair in my opinion. Anyway, we haven't been back since and are looking for an alternative. My wife can't resist. We went again. All the portions on the plates have gotten smaller. There are only standard sushi items now. I think the highlight should be the sushi roll with colored rice. I think the prices have stayed the same... Unfortunately, it's not getting any better. What a shame. Unfortunately, it's not possible to eat à la carte if the rest is from the conveyor belt. I can partly understand it, there are families who take advantage of this…

Always very good food, nice staff and a really nice restaurant

I had a pleasant visit to this restaurant. The atmosphere was clean, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. However, a point was deducted because three employees couldn't tell me which plates at Running Sushi were vegetarian. The answer “You can see that” was a bit clumsy and could have been worded better. I think this can be improved slightly, but overall it was a solid experience. I can imagine coming back, but hope for better communication next time.
