We were there for the second time, but also for the last time. The kitchen should be open until 9 p.m. We placed our order at 8:20 p.m. When we were the last guests shortly after 9 p.m., the restaurant began to be cleaned. Mopping the floor, cleaning the glass panes of the Running Sushi (with just one cloth and cleaning agent for all glass surfaces, cleaning is different) and last but not least, vacuuming. Eating with the cleaning crew is not possible at all. Our complaint was met with incomprehension. Sorry, that doesn't work at all!

Four of us were there yesterday. We had to pay 8 euros for my daughter. She is two years old and has eaten one and a half nuggets plus 3 lattice potatoes. You should consider whether this is justified. At 6:10 p.m. the conveyor belt was already stocked with lots of dessert. There was less sushi. We then ordered a second sweet chilli sauce for spring rolls and chicken from the waitress as there was nothing left on the conveyor belt. There were no special variations of sushi, just standard stuff. A lot of it was from the freezer or mini dounats from the discount store, but there was plenty of it. My mother is handicapped and has a severely disabled person's ID and identification card. Because her disability wasn't obvious, she was ignored at the counter when she asked for the key to the disabled toilet a second time. Right from the start she had to discuss the fact that not every disability is visible or that you have to sit in a wheelchair to go to the disabled toilet. The second time a waitress asked the boss for the key, she shook her head, said something to the waitress, who went to the dishwasher and ignored my mother. No one gave her access to the toilet. A conversation with the boss, who we held the ID card under, only revealed that not everyone there could speak German... A very disappointing visit. You just want to make money. Service and friendliness are very important.

If the restaurant staff starts sweeping around in the middle of the evening and drives past the guests' tables several times with a loud floor cleaning device, guests are probably not really welcome... We will not visit the restaurant. Too bad.

There were four of us at Maguro. We wanted to eat a la carte twice and running sushi twice. Both are offered, but are not possible at the same table! One of my friends then sat at the table with us without ordering anything to eat. Later we had to move so she could eat a la carte. I cannot understand this regulation and would therefore no longer visit the restaurant.

I went for running sushi for 1 hour at lunchtime during the week. It currently costs 13.90 euros for adults and 9.90 euros for children. There was plenty of everything and the quality was good. 1 hour is enough time, then the price is ok too. We felt very comfortable.

I find the prices now outrageously expensive. For a 2-year-old child who eats a maximum of 3 simple cucumber sushi, you now pay almost 8 euros. The price difference from 1 hour at almost 24 euros to 2 hours at almost 30 euros doesn't make sense to me. The service is ok, but you just don't feel as welcome anymore as you did a few years ago.

The production line mainly produces Chinese frozen products for the deep fryer, as well as ready-made sponge cakes, fries and squid rings. Japanese specialties are absent. The sushi is fresh, but the selection is very limited. The food is therefore not worth visiting; anyone who rates it positively simply has no idea about the cuisine advertised and apparently only knows sweet/sour chicken. The ambience is cold and unloving, the temperature in the restaurant was unbearably hot, and all the air conditioning systems were not working. In terms of price, it is far too expensive for the frozen range on offer. After the visit, my friend felt sick that night. All in all, you can buy almost all products much cheaper at Aldi and prepare them much better at home... We won't be back.

Running Sushi is only worth it in the first two places. What goes on the production line is rationed. The back seats only get the inferior sushi that is left over.

Then it's better to eat sushi normally. It was the first time I left a running sushi shop hungry. I am absolutely disappointed and will definitely not be coming back. I personally can't understand how this store can be full.

I recently visited this sushi restaurant and I'm sorry to say it was a disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our questions. What was most annoying, however, was the fact that there was an obligation to order drinks. We were told that we had to order drinks, which was not stated on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant and it seemed like the staff were more interested in increasing sales than making the guests comfortable to offer stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the sushi couldn't make up for the negative experience. I definitely won't be back and can't recommend this restaurant.

Es wurde auf eine exakte minutengenaue Abrechnung geachtet und das dann unfreundlich kommuniziert. Beim Bezahlen gab es kein Trinkgeld was mit heftigem Kopfschütteln und lästern verbunden wurde. Für diesen Preis kann ich auch ein Restaurant mit Service besuchen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

If you're craving sushi, this is the wrong place. Extremely little sushi on the line, instead tons of desserts in a wide variety and a lot of fried food... if you want it, you can't complain, but it's not what I personally imagine running sushi to be. Service is fine, just does its job.

The selection of sushi is more than manageable. Always comes the same - max -6/7 types of sushi. Maybe suitable for people who only eat breaded dishes.

We really enjoyed the food and we all enjoyed it! However, it is advisable to check the invoice carefully as there seem to be repeated errors in billing. Unfortunately, at the end there was a loud discussion about the billing by the employees. We were also told different prices for children on the phone than were actually on the bill.

We paid for 2 adults and 3 children…. We had to be out in an hour, so it was hectic and €180 is absolutely unreasonable. I waited on the line for 10 minutes until the dessert of my choice came along. Then it was already over. For €180 we could order the finest sushi of our choice from Doichi for at least 8 adults. The next day we had an Arabic meal with 13 people at the Syrian restaurant for €270! We would have paid €500 in the Maguro and would have been out after 60 minutes. If you stay longer, you pay again. Totally crazy.

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. The toilets were very clean and absolutely great. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice of dishes for the hefty price. The selection of dishes was extensive and offered something to suit every taste. I can recommend Maguro to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and wants to experience an unforgettable culinary experience.

Ich war an einem Dienstag Abend für eine Stunde zum running sushi bei Maguro und kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Das Band lief bereits um 17:45 Uhr. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl an Sushi, Nachspeisen und warmen Speisen, alles war sehr lecker. Der Service war völlig ok und das Personal sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten reserviert für Running Sushi und haben keinen Platz mehr bekommen. Stattdessen wurden wir in der Ecke stehen gelassen und noch blöd angemacht, dass sie jetzt auch nichts dafür können. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Schade....

Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Der Service war super. In keinem anderen Restaurant, in dem ich bis jetzt all you can eat mit Laufband gegessen habe, hat der Service die leeren Teller so zügig weggeräumt wie hier. Was ich noch super finde ist, dass die Tische nicht eng beieinander stehen. So hat man etwas mehr Privatsphäre.

Wir waren gestern Abend zu zweit zum ersten Mal im Maguro zum Running Sushi. Die negativen Rezensionen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Natürlich kann man das Running Sushi hier nicht mit einem der Top Sushi Restaurants vergleichen. Aber dort zahlt man für die gleiche Menge Sushi um einigermaßen satt zu werden auch mindestens den doppelten Preis. Wir waren mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut zufrieden. Es war alles frisch, schmackhaft und es wurde ständig auf dem Band nachgelegt. Das Restaurant selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Gleiches gilt auch für die Toiletten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und die leeren Teller wurden permanent abgeräumt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un poco decepcionado me esperaba algo mejor. No obstante la comida es bastante buena pero el servicio es muy poco atento y no parecen estar a la altura de los clientes. Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta te sientes incómodo y las pobres orquídeas que hay repartidas por todas las ventanas te dicen que a ellas tampoco les gusta el lugar y muestran su descontento sin flor alguna. No lo puedo recomendar!!

Ich war dort zum "Running-Sushi". Die Auswahl am Band ist groß und lecker. 3 Sterne fürs Essen deshalb, weil es meiner Meinung nach etwas bessere, ähnliche Lokale in Bezug auf "Running-Sushi" gibt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aber absolut und ich würde definitiv wieder kommen. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente ist schön, aber auch nichts ultra besonderes.

Sehr tolles Restaurant, mit super freundlichem Service und leckeren, frischen Gerichten. Hatte die Sake Bento Box und die war wirklich himmlisch.

Nicht ganz günstig aber dafür ausgesprochen lecker, frisch und vielseitig....super Sushi! Reservierung für Running Sushi empfehlenswert.
