I hunted for authentic Japanese chef and when I found out Saya is located inside the main station I got skeptical. Then I met the food and the staff. It's as good as expected and more! Ordered fusion for 2 for 62 and melon ramune float and it was amazing. I'll come back for sure.

Absolutely recommended. It's pretty expensive...but it's definitely worth it. Arrangements to pick up work perfectly. Very nice contact with the employees in the store.

The restaurant itself isn't bad, but you have to differentiate between lunch and dinner. At lunchtime there is very little going on and the food comes very quickly, but there are not many types of Suhsi that are only available in the evening. Another point is that the lunch menu costs 10 euros less, i.e. 20 instead of the 30 euros for the evening. So, in the evening you have a full selection of different types of suhsi and fish in all different varieties, but it is often very, very crowded so that you can hardly understand each other and almost have to shout at each other. Furthermore, the staff can hardly keep up with the orders, which means there are around 3 or 4 people in service for around 30 tables where up to 4 people are sitting, which means that some orders don't come or only come 2 rounds later and the actually warm dishes end up cold on the table. However, the suhsi in general tastes very, very tasty and the all you can eat idea is also brilliant. However, everyone has to decide for themselves when they would rather go. + Suhsi very tasty + At lunchtime it is emptier and you can chat + Staff is very friendly + All you can eat + Tablet to order - Very crowded in the evening - Staff often overwhelmed in the evenings - Warm dishes are often cold in the evening - 30 euros in the evening instead of 20 euros at lunch - Not everything available at lunchtime - There are a lot of tables, so when it gets full it is very, very loud

We would be there on Sunday, according to G-Maps it would be open, everything is closed, the interior is in front of the door, the shop doesn't seem to exist anymore

Eating well. Sushi partially dried out, and it's a shame that people wait as long as possible so that their appetite for the first portions disappears. Juice shop. The food was very good, we had the 29 and 30, highly recommended, service was nice and the portions were a good size.
