Best sushi in Düren! Big recommendation: salmon and avocado salad as a starter.
Crunchy California is my favorite sushi, for non-fish lovers: baked chicken or for vegetarians: baked mango.
Always worth a visit!
We ordered a large selection for 4 people: rice curry, (vegetarian) crunchy sushi rolls, spring rolls, dumplings (veggie and with meat), tagliatelle, baked bananas, etc. The food was extremely tasty throughout and everything was reasonably priced (under €20 per person, despite starters, main course and one dessert)
I really enjoy being here. The food is delicious. I like it. The service is, well, let's just say it could be better. She keeps managing to look past the customers, even when they're already gesturing because they want to order something or get the bill.
Still, I enjoy going there.
Ok, it's a restaurant in a mall. You know that. The quality is ok in my opinion. But price performance is not right. We're talking about a very high-priced restaurant here. In our case 300€ for 2 adults and 2 children. For the price, I expect a somewhat more unusual presentation and constant support at the table. It was ok but definitely not a restaurant visit that I will remember appropriately in terms of price. The staff was inexperienced but friendly and helpful. So nothing special and especially not for the price asked. Here

Never been treated so badly in a restaurant.
Unfortunately, I remembered Muwa much better from my last visit here, but it seems like you're treated differently depending on the waiter's sympathy.
My partner and I had reserved a table. Since the place was very empty, we were free to choose our seats and each ordered two drinks, an appetizer, and four sushi variations. Our drinks were slammed down on the table, the empty beer glass was pushed back in front of us instead of being taken away, and while we were still eating, before we could order desserts or the next course, our menus were taken away with the words, "Enough for now."
We felt unwelcome due to the waiter's behavior and ended up paying disappointed, some of us still hungry and without dessert.
The table next to us didn't seem to feel the same way, as they greeted us with a friendly "Bon appétit" and the atmosphere seemed much less tense.
Since we both worked in the restaurant industry, my partner and I always behave the way we expected our guests to behave, so I can't explain, at least based on our behavior, why we were treated so aggressively.
At least the food was delicious.
We were actually looking forward to a nice evening, but we'll have it somewhere else in the future. It's a shame, because the kitchen can't be blamed for the poor service.
I was finally able to order here again. Once again super tasty and visually simply beautiful! Sushi marked “vegan”, meaning no contact with animal products in terms of knife/mat/preparation. It's really a matter of trust and it works here. The sushi is reasonably filled, you don't have to look for anything. The avocado in the sushi is nice and ripe/soft. Everything is consistent!
It's also nice that the dear driver is still there!
Unfortunately, absolutely customer-unfriendly. Received a completely wrong order. The lady on the phone argued and there was absolutely no understanding. After several minutes of discussion, I was then asked to send a photo to a WhatsApp number (which didn't exist) because of its credibility. At times she simply hung up during the conversation. Incredible. End of song... Then a gentleman called me again and said that orders had been mixed up. In the end I had my order. Food was also good, as always. But because of this stress and the fact that the error was first found with the customer, that was my last order! Luckily there are still plenty of alternatives in the area!
