Nice atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff. If you like a lot of ginger, you can get it (free of charge, no fuss). The quality of the food is very good, both fish and meat, pasta, salad, vegetables…. The butterfish and the shrimp are a poem. Likewise the beef cubes. I haven't eaten something so tasty in a long time. Definitely not the last time!

It wasn't the first time that I was in Hokkaido with my family - we had a delicious dinner here for my birthday. Here, "All You Can Eat" is ordered via a tablet and then delivered to the table by robot - this could be particularly exciting for smaller guests. The ambience has a bit of train station charm, but you can deal with it. But now to the most important thing: we liked the food, there was plenty of choice and we were convinced that we were getting fresh produce - really tasty! We will certainly eat there again. 😊

The sushi is very good and even with celiac disease a gluten-free diet is possible. However, things tend to go wrong with all you can eat, which means that teriyaki sauce is only left out for one of the courses. After that it will be forgotten again. Which is a shame but not bad. It works very well, especially when it comes to picking up food.

We had a really nice evening at the Hokkaido Restaurant Solingen. The food was simply delicious, each of the small dishes we ordered from All You Can Eat was a feast for the palate. You can discover new things in small portions, in 10 rounds of 10 dishes each. Very friendly staff and the little cat robot complete the overall impression. We'll definitely be back. So if you like Japanese food, this is the right place!

I went to Hokkaido Sushi based on a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere is very inviting. There are robots that can even talk, very cute. The sushi is prepared at the counter and was very fresh. I can also recommend the ice cream. The staff were very friendly. We'll be back!

A Japanese all-you-can-eat in Solingen Mitte not far from Neumarkt. The service is very friendly and the service robot (in the shape of a cat) is very funny to look at. The ambience is completely fine. However, when it comes to eating, it really depends on what you order. Unfortunately, the chicken dishes didn't convince me because the meat was very tough and dry. The beef cubes taste even better. The sushi is also okay. But in my opinion all the dishes have to be right for the price. Hence the two star deduction. By the way, parking is very easy, especially in the evenings as the parking lot opposite and on the streets no longer charges any fees.

A few weeks ago I was there for the all-you-can-eat buffet. Ordering via the tablet was easy and the staff was willing to help if you had any questions. The food was of course delicious. Pasta and the like were perhaps a tad too salty for my taste, but that was still within personal preference. I found the sushi to be very good throughout. Certainly worth a visit and a clear recommendation for sushi lovers.

I actually always liked eating here, but now that the prices have been raised from 27 euros to 30.90, you won't see me there anymore. So I just pay three to four euros more at Okiini in Düsseldorf and get significantly better food, more choice and a nicer ambience.

If you like eating sushi, this is the place for you. 30€ might seem a bit intimidating at first, but you have to be aware of how much you get for this price. You can order 10 rounds of 5 dishes each. Suppose you order 2 pieces of sushi each time. So you end up with 50 pieces. You would pay at least as much, if not more, for that at other sushi shops. However, there is not only sushi, but also spring rolls, ice cream, baked bananas, wakame salad, other salads, soups and so on. There is something for everyone who likes this cuisine. If someone doesn't eat that much and is already aware of it, they might want to think about whether it's worth the €30. For everyone else, the money is definitely worth it! Furthermore, the waiters are very nice and the food you order always arrives quickly. Definitely coming back.

The prices and the staff at the Hokkaido restaurant in Solingen are absolutely fine. The furnishings are a matter of taste, but that is not our main criticism. Unfortunately, I definitely cannot recommend the restaurant. We went there twice and each time someone in our group had gastrointestinal problems afterwards. What was particularly noticeable was that those who ate the ice cream had problems, while the others were spared. It's a shame because the rest of the food was actually quite good. However, we will not be returning based on these experiences.

We had a really nice evening in Hokkaido. It is a very modern restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. We chose the all you can eat buffet for €31. You have 2:30 hours and can order 20 dishes every 5 minutes if there are four of you. It is possible that it differs depending on the group size. You can then share everything and so you can actually try everything. The food is super fresh and delicious. There is also a large selection of drinks, but these have to be paid extra. The food is brought to the table by a super funny cat robot. That makes it even more fun and exclusive. The sushi is absolutely fantastic!

The spontaneous visit to Hpkkaido was great! The food is incredibly tasty and fills you up very well. Only 4 stars because I would be happy if there was a small selection of noodle soups. The employees are all friendly and often ask if everything is okay. The atmosphere is very pleasant and nice and the assistant robot is of course really cute :)

Sorry, but that was nothing. Ordered all you can eat, which is really only worth it if you've been starving for days, otherwise it's way too expensive. But even then I don't know how many rounds you can manage because the chicken was consistently dry and not really tasty. Beef was very wobbly and not a highlight in terms of taste. Only the duck was good. Since I don't like sushi, I can't say anything about it, so it could be good there, I don't know. In any case, I won't go there again.

We were very happy that a restaurant with good sushi was opening in Solingen. At first you could eat well here at a good price. We did this more often and even ordered it, everything was great. Now we were there again two weeks ago and the quality has deteriorated significantly, the rice was sticky, the sashimi was no longer included in the all you can eat and the mushrooms were too salty. The portions also seemed smaller and the price was increased. Unfortunately not so good anymore.

The best place to immerse yourself in the world of sushi. The "buffet" is not cheap, but you have the opportunity to try five different items from the entire menu in ten orders.

You may wonder why there is only 1 star in the overall rating. Unfortunately there is a reason for that. The food is great, the service is also very friendly and the atmosphere is appealing. But... We have been there several times and so far it has always been the case that, as a gastric bypass surgery patient, I have paid either half the price or the children's price for the buffet. Not to mention that this price is now almost €31.00. OK everything will be more expensive, accepted. If you have had gastric bypass surgery, you can only eat very small amounts of food. To make this clear. After about 6 or 7 sushi rolls it's definitely over, more is not enough. And I think charging almost €31.00 for 6 sushi rolls and maybe a scoop of ice cream is pretty strange. The previous handling bug was much more customer-friendly. It's not like you just say it like that, no, there is a surgical pass that was issued by the hospital and was also presented in the restaurant and has been accepted so far. I find this approach very discriminatory and will definitely seriously consider eating there again in the future. The statement that others eat significantly more. I can't accept that. I am ME and not OTHERS. Here, by others, we mean healthy, non-operated people. Recommendation to the owners, think about whether you want to continue this discriminatory behavior

Oh well. My experience was rather neutral. There is no real service as everything is done via the tablet. The food is ok, but it could be better. It's not really all you can eat, but rather a: *order a maximum of 5 times and you can only stay 2.5 hours* - menu. Due drinks are very expensive (water bottle about 7 euros). The staff were rather inconspicuous and the ones we had seemed annoyed. If you have no idea what all the dishes are, you only have Google to help you. The robot didn't want to serve us at all, apparently only for the "chosen ones". Conclusion: it's ok, but really just ok.

Sehr lecker und frisch, viel Auswahl, qualitativ hochwertig, schönes Ambiente , netter und schneller Service. Absolut cool die Bestellungen über das eigene Tablet auf dem Tisch zu tätigen und natürlich der Roboter Kellner. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein japanisches Restaurant mit modernem, nicht auf asiatisch geqältem Ambiente. Alle Bestellungen werden frisch zubereitet und sind sehr lecker. Die Servicemitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und professionell. Ki Weder Debit- noch Kreditkarten werden akzeptiert. Führt zur Abwertung bei den Sternen für Service weil respektlos den Gästen gegenüber.

Alles war super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr sehr höflich und arbeitet sehr schnell. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, das Essen schmeckt fabelhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren an Valentinstag dort, alle Frauen haben eine Rose geschenkt bekommen. Wir werden nochmal kommen.

Liebe Freunde des All you can eat Buffets, letzten Samstag war ich hier mit meiner Freundin kurz nach Mittag essen. Das Geschäft macht bei Betreten einen freundlichen Eindruck. Das Ambiente gefiel uns. Wir nahmen Platz. Eine Reservierung war nicht erforderlich. Wir bestellten kurz Getränke und bekamen ein Tablet, um das Essen zu bestellen. 10 Portionen per Runde. Alle 15 Minuten, wenn ich mich recht entsinne. Das Essen kam schnell -per normaler Bedienung oder von Mrs. Robot :D - beide sehr freundlich. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt, hatte die richtige Temperatur und die Qualität stimmte. Insgesamt betrachtet kann ich das Sushi Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
