A few weeks ago I was there for the all-you-can-eat buffet. Ordering via the tablet was easy and the staff was willing to help if you had any questions. The food was of course delicious. Pasta and the like were perhaps a tad too salty for my taste, but that was still within personal preference. I found the sushi to be very good throughout. Certainly worth a visit and a clear recommendation for sushi lovers.

Sometimes my husband and I like to treat ourselves to delicious rolls. The Hokkaido restaurant serves delicious food. Delivery is always on time. I really like the service and the operation. Everything not only looks very appetizing, but also very beautiful.😋

The location is indeed excellent. The service staff was extremely accommodating. The food was also served very quickly. The 10 rounds cannot be completed. We only made it to five laps. The kiwi lemonade was also very good. The rooms were also very clean.

I actually always liked eating here, but now that the prices have been raised from 27 euros to 30.90, you won't see me there anymore. So I just pay three to four euros more at Okiini in Düsseldorf and get significantly better food, more choice and a nicer ambience.

If you like eating sushi, this is the place for you. 30€ might seem a bit intimidating at first, but you have to be aware of how much you get for this price. You can order 10 rounds of 5 dishes each. Suppose you order 2 pieces of sushi each time. So you end up with 50 pieces. You would pay at least as much, if not more, for that at other sushi shops. However, there is not only sushi, but also spring rolls, ice cream, baked bananas, wakame salad, other salads, soups and so on. There is something for everyone who likes this cuisine. If someone doesn't eat that much and is already aware of it, they might want to think about whether it's worth the €30. For everyone else, the money is definitely worth it! Furthermore, the waiters are very nice and the food you order always arrives quickly. Definitely coming back.

Great place. We have eaten there several times and also order home. We are super satisfied. Everything tastes fresh, lots of choice and great portions. The restaurant itself is also great. The staff is really nice and in a good mood. Acoustics are also normal and not loud. Keep it up. 👍

The prices and the staff at the Hokkaido restaurant in Solingen are absolutely fine. The furnishings are a matter of taste, but that is not our main criticism. Unfortunately, I definitely cannot recommend the restaurant. We went there twice and each time someone in our group had gastrointestinal problems afterwards. What was particularly noticeable was that those who ate the ice cream had problems, while the others were spared. It's a shame because the rest of the food was actually quite good. However, we will not be returning based on these experiences.

We had a really nice evening in Hokkaido. It is a very modern restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. We chose the all you can eat buffet for €31. You have 2:30 hours and can order 20 dishes every 5 minutes if there are four of you. It is possible that it differs depending on the group size. You can then share everything and so you can actually try everything. The food is super fresh and delicious. There is also a large selection of drinks, but these have to be paid extra. The food is brought to the table by a super funny cat robot. That makes it even more fun and exclusive. The sushi is absolutely fantastic!

After reading a lot of good reviews we wanted to experience it and I definitely didn't regret it, the staff is so nice, the service is super fast, I decided on all you can eat as soon as I ordered it , it arrived The table was great within a few seconds. I will definitely come again!

The spontaneous visit to Hpkkaido was great! The food is incredibly tasty and fills you up very well. Only 4 stars because I would be happy if there was a small selection of noodle soups. The employees are all friendly and often ask if everything is okay. The atmosphere is very pleasant and nice and the assistant robot is of course really cute :)

A really successful all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. The menu is really extensive, especially in the evenings, and has been expanded so far. When it comes to drinks, more and more non-alcoholic refreshments are being added, which always taste delicious. The service is always super polite and accommodating. Fair price for super tasty food with great service despite robot service.

Sorry, but that was nothing. Ordered all you can eat, which is really only worth it if you've been starving for days, otherwise it's way too expensive. But even then I don't know how many rounds you can manage because the chicken was consistently dry and not really tasty. Beef was very wobbly and not a highlight in terms of taste. Only the duck was good. Since I don't like sushi, I can't say anything about it, so it could be good there, I don't know. In any case, I won't go there again.

I was in the restaurant, I liked everything! Especially champignons and lemonade. But I did not particularly like the service of the waitress (an Asian woman), she was very angry and unfriendly. Everything else is great.

We were very happy that a restaurant with good sushi was opening in Solingen. At first you could eat well here at a good price. We did this more often and even ordered it, everything was great. Now we were there again two weeks ago and the quality has deteriorated significantly, the rice was sticky, the sashimi was no longer included in the all you can eat and the mushrooms were too salty. The portions also seemed smaller and the price was increased. Unfortunately not so good anymore.

You may wonder why there is only 1 star in the overall rating. Unfortunately there is a reason for that. The food is great, the service is also very friendly and the atmosphere is appealing. But... We have been there several times and so far it has always been the case that, as a gastric bypass surgery patient, I have paid either half the price or the children's price for the buffet. Not to mention that this price is now almost €31.00. OK everything will be more expensive, accepted. If you have had gastric bypass surgery, you can only eat very small amounts of food. To make this clear. After about 6 or 7 sushi rolls it's definitely over, more is not enough. And I think charging almost €31.00 for 6 sushi rolls and maybe a scoop of ice cream is pretty strange. The previous handling bug was much more customer-friendly. It's not like you just say it like that, no, there is a surgical pass that was issued by the hospital and was also presented in the restaurant and has been accepted so far. I find this approach very discriminatory and will definitely seriously consider eating there again in the future. The statement that others eat significantly more. I can't accept that. I am ME and not OTHERS. Here, by others, we mean healthy, non-operated people. Recommendation to the owners, think about whether you want to continue this discriminatory behavior

Oh well. My experience was rather neutral. There is no real service as everything is done via the tablet. The food is ok, but it could be better. It's not really all you can eat, but rather a: *order a maximum of 5 times and you can only stay 2.5 hours* - menu. Due drinks are very expensive (water bottle about 7 euros). The staff were rather inconspicuous and the ones we had seemed annoyed. If you have no idea what all the dishes are, you only have Google to help you. The robot didn't want to serve us at all, apparently only for the "chosen ones". Conclusion: it's ok, but really just ok.

Wir haben dort das Dinner All you can eat getestet und waren sehr begeistert von den Speisen. Sehr lecker und frisch, viel Auswahl, qualitativ hochwertig, schönes Ambiente , netter und schneller Service. Absolut cool die Bestellungen über das eigene Tablet auf dem Tisch zu tätigen und natürlich der Roboter Kellner. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein japanisches Restaurant mit modernem, nicht auf asiatisch geqältem Ambiente. Alle Bestellungen werden frisch zubereitet und sind sehr lecker. Die Servicemitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und professionell. Ki Weder Debit- noch Kreditkarten werden akzeptiert. Führt zur Abwertung bei den Sternen für Service weil respektlos den Gästen gegenüber.

Alles war super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr sehr höflich und arbeitet sehr schnell. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, das Essen schmeckt fabelhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren an Valentinstag dort, alle Frauen haben eine Rose geschenkt bekommen. Wir werden nochmal kommen.

Nicht zum ersten Mal war ich mit meiner Familie im Hokkaido - hier haben wir zum Geburtstag ein leckeres Abendessen eingenommen. Hier wird beim "All You Can Eat" über ein Tablet bestellt und dann per Roboter an den Tisch geliefert - gerade für kleinere Gäste könnte das vielleicht spannend sein. Das Ambiente hat ein wenig Bahnhofscharme, aber da kann man mit umgehen. Nun aber zum wichtigsten: das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt, die Auswahl ist reichlich und wir waren überzeugt davon frische Ware zu erhalten - richtig lecker! Wir werden sicherlich wieder dort essen. 😊

Liebe Freunde des All you can eat Buffets, letzten Samstag war ich hier mit meiner Freundin kurz nach Mittag essen. Das Geschäft macht bei Betreten einen freundlichen Eindruck. Das Ambiente gefiel uns. Wir nahmen Platz. Eine Reservierung war nicht erforderlich. Wir bestellten kurz Getränke und bekamen ein Tablet, um das Essen zu bestellen. 10 Portionen per Runde. Alle 15 Minuten, wenn ich mich recht entsinne. Das Essen kam schnell -per normaler Bedienung oder von Mrs. Robot :D - beide sehr freundlich. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt, hatte die richtige Temperatur und die Qualität stimmte. Insgesamt betrachtet kann ich das Sushi Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben bisher immer die Strecke nach Düsseldorf auf uns genommen, wenn wir Heißhunger auf Sushi, Teriyaki, Gyoza und co bekamen. Seit wir nun gleich um die Ecke das Hokkaido haben, gehen wir nur noch dort Asiatisch essen 😊 Die Preise für das All-You-Can-Eat sind super, genauso wie das Essen. Alles wird selbstverständlich frisch zubereitet und schmeckt fantastisch. PS: wenn ihr jetzt nur noch mein Lieblings-Sushi "Crispy Chicken Mango" aufnehmen würdet, werde ich zum absoluten Stammkunden 😄

Da non tornarci sicuramente.. prezzi dell acqua esagerati sashimi pagato exstra.. cibo scadente.. 4 persone abbiamo pagato 125 euro..in pratica ci hanno rapinati..

Positiv überrascht...Sushi wurde schnell und frisch zubereitet. Makis waren endlich einmal Mundgerecht :) Riesen Auswahl, die Qualitativ im oberen Bereich anzusiedeln ist. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, auch der Transport Roboter lächelt, zwinkerte und blinkt beim Abbiegen. 5 Sterne, immer wieder gerne :)

Sehr nettes nicht allzu großes All you can eat Restaurant. All you can eat bedeutet in diesem Fall: in einer Zeit von 2,5h in 10 Runden zu je 5 Shushigerichten. Wir sind bei jedem Besuch nur bis Runde 4 gekommen. Es ist also wirklich ausreichend. Das System ist simple. Man bekommt ein Tablet an den Platz und kann über dieses mit Hilfe von Bildern direkt bestellen. Das bestellte Gericht wird dann von dem freundlichen Personal oder der süßen Roboterkatze geliefert. Neben Sushi gibt es auch kleine chinesische Snacks, wie bsp. Gebratene Nudeln, Frühlingsrollen, gebackenes Fleisch oder ähnliches. Auch eine kleine Auswahl an Nachtisch ist auf der Karte. Beim ersten Essen dort habe ich mir hinterher die Mühe gemacht, auszurechnen, was meine verzehrten Sushigerichte im Einzelkauf kosten. Ich landete bei über 70€. Das Buffet kostet um die 30€. Also definitiv lohnenswert.

Wir 6 Person sind total enttäuscht. Der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Unfreundlich und genervt. Der ganze Raum ist gefliest, so das es kein Ambiente gibt. Man kommt sich eher vor wie in einem Schlachthof. Wenn Sie nicht super hungrig sind, ist es ziemlich teuer. Quantität nicht Qualität. Vom Konzept ähnelt es dem Okini, aber leider nicht die Qualität. Leider nichts für uns. Nur Masse statt Klasse. Das Restaurant hat die Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Da ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben.

Solingen hat seit Jahren so ein gutes Restaurant gebraucht. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Service ist sehr schnell, ordentlich und sauber. Restaurant ist sehr Sauber und ordentlich. Sehr empfehlenswert! Für mich persönlich ist das der beste Japaner Deutschland weit!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Restaurant macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Ich hatte mir in meiner Mittagspause so gebratenen Sushi Reis mit Hähnchen und Gemüse bestellt. Der Reis mit Gemüse war sehr fettig und für meinen Geschmack zu wenig Gemüse. Das Fleisch is glaube ich TK und hat mir leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Wie das Sushi dort ist, kann ich nicht sagen.

Super leckeres Essen und nettes Personal, jedoch ist der Roboter viel zu schnell und meiner Meinung nach mehr als überflüssig. Das Ambiente ist nicht wirklich einladend aber das stört mich nicht, da das Essen sehr lecker ist ☺️

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen , sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient, das Essen war alles frisch zubereitet ob heiß oder kalte Speisen und die Auswahl gut, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei...Dankeschön an das gesamte Personal und an den lustigen Roboter :-)

Das Essen war absolut lecker. Teigwaren und andere Dinge die warm serviert werden sollen, waren es auch. (Und das zu genüge) Gute Auswahl an Sushi und anderen Speisen. Auch Mal Dinge dabei, die man nicht überall sieht. Wir waren zu zweit und haben somit 10 Gänge a 10 Gerichte beim all you can eat gehabt. Hat auch komplett gereicht. An die 10 Gänge sind wir nicht Mal nah rangenkommen und wir waren sehr gut satt. Bestellt wird per iPad. Sehr übersichtlich. Einziger Makel ist, dass nicht dabei steht wie viel man von den jeweiligen bestellten Sachen bekommt. Z.b. waren auf dem Bild für Maki 3 drauf, man bekam aber 4. Bei den Sesambällchen waren 2 drauf, aber man bekam nur 1. Es super, wenn man im iPad noch angeben könnte, wie viele man dann bekommt um es besser anpassen zu können und übrig gebliebene Sachen vermeiden zu können. Anders als in anderen Läden muss man hier nichts bezahlen wenn man was zurück gibt (natürlich in abnehmbaren Mengen. Eine komplette runde zurück zu geben, weil man doch keinen Hunger mehr hat, geht natürlich gar nicht!). Service super zuvorkommend, sehr sehr freundlich und offen für konstruktive Kritik/Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ambiente kann auf den einen etwas kalt wirken, vorallem wegen den Lichtern, aber alles in allem ein super Laden! Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Quantität nicht Qualität. Das Essen ( nicht a la carte) ist ok, der ganze Raum ist gefliest, so dass es kein Ambiente gibt. Wenn Sie nicht super hungrig sind, ist es ziemlich teuer. Riesige Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, super zubereitet. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Tolle und freundliche elektronische Bedienung.

Sehr leckerer Sushi mit großer Auswahl. Jeder kann entscheiden, ob er all inklusive essen möchte und jeden Gang per Tablet bestellen oder ob er fertige Sets bestellt. Die Qualität und der Geschmack ist sehr gut und kein Vergleich zu der bekannten Sushi Buffets der Asiaten die man aus Restaurants kennt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wer nicht ins Okiini nach Düsseldorf fahren will für den ist es eine super Alternative Lediglich das Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig... nicht sehr gemütlich mit den gefliesten Wänden.... Aber ein zweiter Besuch ist trotzdem geplant 👍

Wir waren bereits mehrmals im Hokkaido. Das Essen ist immer frisch und die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Großes Lob zusätzlich an die Getränke, die sind echt top. Bitte eröffnet eine Bar ;-) weiter so! 👏🏼
