Guys are you stupid or what? 60€ of sushi for this? What is this sauce? For real? Come on. This was take away. there is no next time for me on this place ever again

Unfortunately it wasn't as tasty as I thought, rice was hard, small portion and the sake inside out was simply without fish roe... Only the special rolls are tasty but still quite expensive

We have always enjoyed ordering here, but this time we were very disappointed. The sushi fell apart and wasn't fresh, the appetizers were full of fat/sauce and carelessly prepared. Even the soy sauce has apparently been saved recently. It's a shame, you've lost us as regular customers.

Placed a large order via Lieferando. So far it's always been fine. This time we didn't like it at all. The fish didn't taste fresh, the dishes were unimaginative. In addition, some dishes were not delivered. 0 stars today!

We had dinner there early this evening and found it really cozy. The food was very quick and really tasty. The on-site premises are small and cozy. You don't feel like you're sitting in a crowded restaurant. I like it, I especially think the flowers on the ceiling are very beautiful.

Horrible experience. I ordered a bowl with wild rice and they delivered sushi rice. Then of course they were closed so I was unable to make another order.

We can only recommend the sushi if you have the necessary change. The quality is really great and the sushi also tastes fresh, unfortunately for the most expensive “share menu” for just over €50 you get so little sushi that it is actually only enough for one person. Tbh, unfortunately the sushi isn't worth it either, in my opinion. Service was friendly and sushi is prepared on site - probs for that! For us it was the first and last time here.

Pretty little sushi restaurant near Warschauer Strasse. We were the only customers in the restaurant, but it seemed like there was a lot of online ordering. The sushi was of good quality and prepared quickly. Price-performance was very fair, we would come again.

Previously, it was enjoyable, but now the salmon lacks flavor, the service is poor, and prices have significantly increased. Regrettably, I can no longer recommend this sushi place.

We had read about the recessions and that's why we decided to eat there. The service was bad. We were the only ones and it took them 10 minutes to come to the table to greet us. We took the letter with the menu on our own because no one brought it. We ordered 2 bowls, nothing in particular in their flavor. The only good thing is the drink. The soy is watery, it has hardly any flavor. I put a lot on it and it still didn't give any flavor. Look at the color of the soybeans in the photo. Soy water. 1 star and never again.

Way overpriced for the quality. Glass of water costs 3,50 EUR.

Small but very good sushi place. There are a couple of different options for sushi and they also offer Poke Bowls. We went for sushi and they were good, no complaints. The mini rolls were the best . The service was good and fast. It's cash only. Overall a good experience.

First of all: It's great how complaints are handled! And it tasted absolutely good. We ordered several individual sushi, maki, nigiri and a platter. Unfortunately, everything was delivered together on one plate - but we hadn't given any indication of "splitting the order" - and everything had slid together quite a bit during transport. We called immediately and complained about the order and were immediately offered a new delivery. Simply great! Thanks

Can't read the order consisting of 2 positions: 1 bowl and 1 sushi! Instead of sushi they delivered me edamame and I waited for >1 hour to get this. Refused to replace the wrong item, wolt followed their message that "it will take very long". How long can it take to fix your own mistake and to make 8 sushi pieces? That's simply ridiculous!

As a regular customer, I expect all the ingredients to be in my dish. Also lately the quality has been deteriorating - you either don't put fresh rice or not all the ingredients. Please fix this or people will stop ordering your dishes which are actually delicious.

I've definitely been ordering from Shiro regularly for four years. For me the best sushi. Always arrives super fresh and the staff are always very friendly.

🍣 Amazing sushi 🍣 This restaurant in the heart of Friedrichshain is really cute and tasty. I went there on a Sunday early evening and it was already full. The place itself is really small so I would recommend to reserve a table before going. We ordered a full plate to share and it was more than enough. The sushi was big and the sashimi was thicker. This place is suitable for a date, or a tiny group of friends but definitely not a large group. Just go and let yourself seduce by their menu.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr, sehr lecker. Und auch das Restaurant an sich war zwar klein aber als wir da waren, waren wir auch quasi alleine. Mit dem Blumen an der Decke auf jeden Fall ein Hingucker. Ein bisschen kalt wurde es sobald die Tür aufging.

Der erste Eindruck war mir persönlich sehr viel versprechend, es ist gut zu finden und hat äußerlich eine wunderschöne Gestaltung! Auch im inneren gefällt es mir sehr, es ist super beleuchtet, Musik ist sehr angenehm und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind bequem. Die Blumen die von der Decke ragen sind schön anzusehen und der Rest besitzt auch viel Charme. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und arbeiten schnell, deutsch sprechen sie fließend und verständlich, ich kann mich nicht beklagen! Ein schöner Pluspunkt für mich sind die bequemen Sitzkissen :3 Wunderschön bin froh, dass es hier in Berlin ein so schönes Sushi Restaurant mit solch Kulinarischen Spezialitäten gibt.

We ordered through Uber eats. The sushi was bad quality, not fresh and not tasty. Also the soy sauce and wasabi were low in standard. People dining in might have a better experience but for us this was a big disappointment.

Had a sashimi & temaki, food quality was good but I was charged 22.40 instead of 21.40 for some reason, maybe accidentally, but there’s at least one other review with the same issue which is not very sexy 💁‍♀️

Bill scammers. Fake positive reviews. Aggressive owner. Waiters who ask clients to pay more than menu states. Also manager alone takes 4 seat table making clients seat next to entrance. Rolls are below average.

Lieferung nicht empfohlen 1,5 h Wartezeit, obwohl 25 Minuten angegeben warten und die Lieferung sah einmal komplett durch geschüttelt aus.

Haben Essen bestellt, abgesehen davon, dass es eine halbe Stunde früher kam als die gewünschte Lieferzeit und wir dann schon essen mussten, obwohl wir noch keine Zeit dafür hatten, war die bestellte Hanoi Bowl die mit Erdnüssen und Shitkepilzen sein sollte ein schlechter Witz. Erdnüsse waren einfach keine enthalten und es gab gerade mal drei kleine Pilzstücke in der Bowl, der Reis war nahezu trocken, da auch von der Soße viel zu wenig zu finden war.

I almost always feel like eating more sushi, even when I am full. Not here.. I dont understand the reviews if they are real. Maybe Berlin just has horrible sushi.. I have been here 3 times during 2 years, trying different dishes. All of them severely sub par. I kind of feel bad writing this as the vietnamese (I think) staff is really really nice. I just wish the food was nice as well.

Essen ist sehr lecker, alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren alleine im Laden, bis mal jemand zu uns kam waren schon 10 Minuten rum. De Getränke waren nicht eiskalt sondern lauwarm. Keine Deutschkentnisse vorhanden und zum bezahlen bin ich dann auch aufgestanden, weil niemand es für nötig gehalten hat uns mal abzurechnen. Also Fazit: Essen ja, der Rest nein.

Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist ganz schnuckelig. Man fühlt sich wohl und es ist nicht zu eng. Die Musik ist ganz in Ordnung, typische Radiomusik. Die Bedienung ist ganz nett und nimmt die Bestellungen kompetent entgegen. Das Essen allerdings ist wortwörtlich der Hammer. Das Sushi schmeckt sehr gut und qualitativ. Aus Erfahrung muss ich gestehen, dass die Maki Sushi mit Tempura das beste Sushi ist, was ich bereits gegessen habe. Ich kann ebenso die Oktopusbällchen empfehlen, die sich als Vorspeise einfach nur hervorragend eignen.

Das war super frisch und lecker, das Essen sieht super gut aus! Alles schmeckt sehr gut, Wasabi Soße, Ingwer....

The soy sauce was watered down. Enough said. And they sell it. The rice was overcooked and the unagi was dry and bland. The only authentic flavor was the edmame. They were cooked and salted nicely.

Very expensive for the quality. All in all was highly sugar-y and rather bland. The avocados were black and the pieces fell appart while grabbing them. The service was friendly and helpful.

Dieser Laden sollte eigentlich in mehr Mitte oder p Berg stehen, er ist einfach im kompletten ,zu schön für den Kiez. Doch trotz finde ich hat er seinen Platz dort wohl verdient. Bei dem Trubel an außerhalb Bestellungen, musst ich gestehen bin ich wohl auf empfangen und herzlich bedient worden. Sushi ist halt Handarbeit und das vergessen wir nun mal sehr oft, denn gutes braucht Zeit.

Haben Sake Nigiri mit angetrockneten Ecken erhalten, der Thunfisch wurde nicht richtig filetiert und hatte Sehnen. Die Inside out wurden mit Farbablagerungen geliefert. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Als ich mit der Speisekarte fertig war, musste ich mich hinsetzen und warten, ich hatte Zeit, auf meinem Telefon zu sitzen, meine Haare zu richten, meine Brieftasche zu überprüfen, während der Kellner hinter mir stand und sich Videos auf seinem Telefon ansah, als ich schließlich fragte, ob ich etwas zu essen bestellen könnte, sagte er, ja, warte, nicht so, als hätte er es eilig zu arbeiten. Als ich mein Essen bestellt hatte, das ich als Nummer 17 Yakitori (Huhn und Gurke) Sushi bezeichnete, zeigte ich ihm auch die Seite in ihrer Speisekarte und zeigte darauf, und ich sagte, dass sie von ihren zwei Belagoptionen Sesam statt Masago anbieten, er ging und fragte den Koch, sie diskutierten darüber, also drehte ich mich um und sagte, dass ich das Sushi ohne Sesam oder Masago haben könnte, der Kellner hob die Hand, um mich zu beruhigen. Als er zu mir kam, schlug er die Speisekarte auf und blätterte viele Seiten über meine Bestellung hinaus und fragte mich, ob ich eine spezielle Rolle mit Lachs, Avocado und Käse mit scharfer Mayo bestellt hätte. Der Kellner war nicht sehr daran interessiert, mir zu servieren oder meine Bestellung zu notieren, ein unzureichender Service des Kellners.
