This restaurant has the best and most delicious food I have ever tried 😘😘🤗🤗🤗Very tasty

In order not to add a third plate, let the food stick to me, and most of the pieces are strangely shaped. Apparently I paid fifty euros for the trash.

The food was okay. The service was quick but a bit overwhelmed even though we were the only guests.

We've been here several times now and the sushi is always fresh and very tasty. The prices are right. And the newly converted shop is really nice to sit in.

If I could 0 points... after the food arrived ice cold after 2 hours and no one could be reached by phone in the restaurant... 0 points such behavior is not acceptable, plus the inedible ice cold food... never this shop again and I advise everyone else to stay away from the shop... after 2 hours of cold there is no reaction from the shop... or just accept it... so if you order a rice dish and later get sushi... you have to accept that because you won't get an answer from the shop!!! Never experienced anything like this...

Lots of choice, especially for people who don't like eating sushi, the staff is super nice, polite and helpful! Definitely recommend it!! Definitely worth coming here

At 5 p.m. I pre-ordered my food online for 7 p.m. Now it's already 1 hour 10 minutes later and the food is still not there. Nobody can be reached by phone either😤 Something like that doesn't work!!! Unfortunately there are not 0 stars here.

Delivered very quickly and very tasty, we always order from Sushi Yana. Addendum: I hope Sushi Yana gives us a little more ginger next time. I think 1x for 5 menus is a bit small then I will delete the addendum again. Usually there is always more. The sauces were sufficient.

I recently ordered food from Sushi Yana and absolutely loved it! I would particularly like to emphasize the very friendly and attentive service. I can only recommend Sushi Yana, the sushi, bowls and warm dishes always taste great!

The food arrived at our home 90 minutes late and I don't understand how you can mess up rice with baked chicken like that? The rice arrived to us like a baby porridge and the baked chicken looked like it had been freshly warmed up in the microwave from the freezer. Now I come to my sweet-sour-spicy soup, which had more water than anything else and only tasted like tomato soup. Instead of there being an excuse for such a meal after 90 minutes of arrival, nothing!!! If you want to help your appetite and do something good for your stomach...then order from another store. And unfortunately you have to accept this criticism, sorry!! I can't say anything about the ambience of the store (order). Unfortunately, Google doesn't have a star or a half star. For the first time in my life, something I ordered wasn't eaten.

DANGER !!! TO ALL TEGELERS, DON'T ORDER HERE ANYMORE. We used to enjoy ordering here, but apparently there is a new owner. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life as I did in this store. We ordered there and after over 1.5 hours the food arrived without the sauces we ordered. A girl answered the phone who sounded underage, was very unfriendly and then simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. Then we called again and the supposed boss told us that he had recently taken over the shop and that there was no way we would get our money back and that we could eat the pasta dry, cold and without sauce and hung up on the phone again. There was not a single apology but the supposed “boss” just said: “What kind of films do you make?” To us it sounded like children/teenagers were working there and the actual adult wasn't there. Please do yourself a favor and stop ordering there, it's not worth all the stress you might get.

I like the food very much. I order here almost weekly. A few times the soup tasted a bit watered down, but it now tastes good again. The delivery people are mostly nice. However, some can't even bring themselves to say "hello" or "goodbye". I don't know if there are personal reasons for this. In any case, as I said, the food is very tasty.

I ordered for the first time today and never again can I have fried noodles, ice cold, and it took over 1.30 hours and I ordered baked bananas twice, but they only came once and all that for 20€. I would never order from you 😡

I ordered today at 1:20 p.m. via ubereat, it is now 2:55 p.m. and the order is still not there!!!! I called the store at least 6 times and was told off with a lie every time!!! I'll add, now after 1 hour and 35 minutes I got a call and had to pick it up from the front door!!! Because the driver refused to bring it up!! Never again at Sushi yana!!!!!

A very clean and nice resturant. The new owners have turned it into a very nice shop that is very cozy and at the same time fills the shop with a relaxed atmosphere. The food there tastes excellent and there is a variety of choices with something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. They also offer a delivery service that will bring your food to your home if you get hungry for the Sushi Yana from Tegel. ☺️

Eating = immediate stomach ache. There were small white particles on the food, that's what I call it. It's about a Chinese noodle with crispy duck. I started with the duck and after less than 2 minutes I got a stomach ache. I don't know if it was me, but it's very unlikely because I ordered so often from Sushi yana (Lichtenrade) and it always tasted good, but here... This store is really bad. Waiting for hours, getting cold food and then just pocketing money but then not even delivering a drink. I hope the money stays stuck in your throat.

Unfortunately, this shop doesn't live up to Sushi Yana's good reputation. Delivery arrived COLD 1:40 hours late. Drink was not delivered at all or, as is often the case, stolen from the supplier. It's a shame because people are used to much better from Sushi Yana

I ordered through uber eats and it was a complete disaster. The food arrived 3 hours late and then a sushi roll was missing. The taste wasn't great either, I'm just disappointed with the service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Today we ordered the bowls for the first time and are just as excited about them as we were about the sushi. As always, everything is super fresh, tasty and plentiful. We love the sushi anyway because there are always enough dips, sauces and ginger with it. But the bowls, which you can put together yourself, are also great. Lieferzwit was exactly as stated on Lieferando. We would be happy to order again!

Absolutely not recommended! Unfriendly, the sushi is poorly rolled, too much rice or falls apart. Wasabi and ginger were missing. It took more than one call and over 30 minutes for it to arrive. The food was already cold. When I asked, I was offered a 10% discount on my next order. Thankfully declined - I will never order here again. Not recommended!

We have been ordering from Sushi Jana for years. You can only support a restaurant that sells Helal. Unfortunately we are no longer satisfied. Every order we have made over the last few months has been very disappointing. The food came late every time, not just 10-30 minutes later. I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order today (we live 10 minutes from the store.) and it was only lukewarm. After the long wait, I was hoping that the additional information about the food had been taken into account, but that wasn't the case either. When I ordered, I noted that two dishes should be made without vegetables (that always worked back then), but this was ignored. Everything came as usual and after 1:40 hour I was allowed to separate the pasta from the vegetables. This time at least everything I ordered was delivered - it was different the previous times - things were always missing that I had paid for (sometimes they were delivered later after calling the branch. It took 1 hour). That was our last order from Sushi Jana. We'd rather go somewhere else to eat.

Very, very bad, we got the wrong order and we were missing the drinks too. I paid for it and called them and they answered, I said so and then they hung up and didn't answer again. Very bad never order from sushi yana again.

It looks like I'm not the only one who had the same problem with loading. See below. This is the second time I've had to deal with this. You order, the food is delivered in 50 minutes (3km journey), several dishes are missing (this time 2 out of 5 dishes), you call and find out that a new delivery will be made. After an hour, still no delivery, you call again and say the delivery is on the way. 2 hours after confirming that you will receive a subsequent delivery, no one answers the phone anymore. I wonder how hard you have to try to forget almost half of an order.

I had a bad experience today. The food delivered was not good and they did not deliver the drink I ordered. The worst is that they did not refund me for the drink. I used to buy in this place but I will not do it anymore. They are dishonest and bad quality food as well.

I've never been there, but I've ordered several times. The food itself is always really good - but no matter when I order, it always takes forever!! On a weekday without traffic or special events you wait over 1.5 hours - I get annoyed every time! It doesn't make any difference whether I order directly there or via various delivery services. It's just annoying!

It's easy to become wary of all the reviews, but I've ordered my dinner sushi here several times after work. Even in the office at work, Sushi Yana was often among our orders, albeit a few. It was always delicious and fresh, never forgotten anything. At home the food arrived - of course also due to the proximity of 1-2 kilometers, always in about 30 minutes. There were often “above average” waiting times in the office at lunchtime. There may be bottlenecks due to high orders. Which speaks more for Sushi Yana Tegel. All in all, I can recommend the sushi and the food there with a clear conscience. If you calculate that, in the worst case scenario, eating at lunchtime and in the afternoon can take 60-120 minutes and you remain patient, the waiting time is half as crazy.

I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food

Food itself is okay, but they usually always forget something. An appetizer was then delivered later, but it ended up being a dessert. The wontons and pokebowls are really not recommended. The wontons tasted old and in the pokebowl they were simply overdone with the mayo sauce. The delivery people are also really rude - they don't even deserve tips.

Unfortunately, the quality and service have decreased significantly. A pity! Either the operator has changed or the boys have made too much money.

If you want other people's lives to be in danger, you are welcome to order there. The drivers don't follow any rules and are also aggressive. Unfortunately, our regulatory authorities don't care. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Food is ok. But the service is catastrophic. If you order, you wait at least 1.5 hours, even if you're a 5-minute walk away. If you order takeaway there, it's much quicker, but you have to check the contents of the bag. Afterwards they supposedly ordered it...

I was there for the first time today, we usually always order home. The waiting times are already long for both. The tables in front of the restaurant didn't seem so clean. Other guests who entered the store asked for it to be cleaned. The sushi didn't blow me away at all, it wasn't really the best in terms of taste... The employees were nice there :)

I've written down several times that my sushi should be with chicken, but my requests have been brazenly ignored several times because employees simply don't feel like working. Delivery time was very long & a shame for the price! The incompetent employees of this branch are completely destroying the good reputation of sushi yana. Chopsticks and sauces were also missing.

The shop owner wanted to refund some of the money through UberEats because the hot food arrived cold and the cold sushi was no longer cold due to the warm food. Hello food poisoning. In addition, ordered products were missing. There was no refund. No call back, just nothing!!!!! They don't even deserve a star. NEVER AGAIN.

Plan on a very long waiting time for delivery, (1.5 hours +) unfortunately not for the first time! When I asked the staff over the phone where the food was, they had no understanding for the customer, they were just “unlucky”. Adios, that's it then.

We have ordered here several times. Unfortunately something was missing from the delivery today. It can happen! However, at first I didn't believe that something was missing when I ordered. Afterwards it was said that the driver would come again and deliver the missing part. This still didn't happen 1 1/2 hours later, despite a call saying the driver was already on his way. When we asked again we were told we would get a free meal next time. After pointing out that our subsequent delivery still hadn't arrived and that we would then accept the voucher, the gentleman on the phone simply hung up. So that was all, but definitely not customer service. A pity! I've never experienced anything like this here before.

Please note: there was no wasabi or ginger with the sushi. Additionally, the rice didn't taste very fresh and was dry. The peanut sauce was extremely sweet and only included a piece of pepper and a mushroom. Really few vegetables in the peanut sauce dish! Very small portions. I felt a little sick after eating.
