The food is very good but the order usually takes twice as long as stated. You wait about 2 hours.

Today we ordered the bowls for the first time and are just as excited about them as we were about the sushi. As always, everything is super fresh, tasty and plentiful. We love the sushi anyway because there are always enough dips, sauces and ginger with it. But the bowls, which you can put together yourself, are also great. Lieferzwit was exactly as stated on Lieferando. We would be happy to order again!

Absolutely not recommended! Unfriendly, the sushi is poorly rolled, too much rice or falls apart. Wasabi and ginger were missing. It took more than one call and over 30 minutes for it to arrive. The food was already cold. When I asked, I was offered a 10% discount on my next order. Thankfully declined - I will never order here again. Not recommended!

We have been ordering from Sushi Jana for years. You can only support a restaurant that sells Helal. Unfortunately we are no longer satisfied. Every order we have made over the last few months has been very disappointing. The food came late every time, not just 10-30 minutes later. I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order today (we live 10 minutes from the store.) and it was only lukewarm. After the long wait, I was hoping that the additional information about the food had been taken into account, but that wasn't the case either. When I ordered, I noted that two dishes should be made without vegetables (that always worked back then), but this was ignored. Everything came as usual and after 1:40 hour I was allowed to separate the pasta from the vegetables. This time at least everything I ordered was delivered - it was different the previous times - things were always missing that I had paid for (sometimes they were delivered later after calling the branch. It took 1 hour). That was our last order from Sushi Jana. We'd rather go somewhere else to eat.

Very, very bad, we got the wrong order and we were missing the drinks too. I paid for it and called them and they answered, I said so and then they hung up and didn't answer again. Very bad never order from sushi yana again.

It looks like I'm not the only one who had the same problem with loading. See below. This is the second time I've had to deal with this. You order, the food is delivered in 50 minutes (3km journey), several dishes are missing (this time 2 out of 5 dishes), you call and find out that a new delivery will be made. After an hour, still no delivery, you call again and say the delivery is on the way. 2 hours after confirming that you will receive a subsequent delivery, no one answers the phone anymore. I wonder how hard you have to try to forget almost half of an order.

Every time something is missing. We pay for the extra things and something is always missing. Stealing and stealing and stealing.

I had a bad experience today. The food delivered was not good and they did not deliver the drink I ordered. The worst is that they did not refund me for the drink. I used to buy in this place but I will not do it anymore. They are dishonest and bad quality food as well.

I've never been there, but I've ordered several times. The food itself is always really good - but no matter when I order, it always takes forever!! On a weekday without traffic or special events you wait over 1.5 hours - I get annoyed every time! It doesn't make any difference whether I order directly there or via various delivery services. It's just annoying!

It's easy to become wary of all the reviews, but I've ordered my dinner sushi here several times after work. Even in the office at work, Sushi Yana was often among our orders, albeit a few. It was always delicious and fresh, never forgotten anything. At home the food arrived - of course also due to the proximity of 1-2 kilometers, always in about 30 minutes. There were often “above average” waiting times in the office at lunchtime. There may be bottlenecks due to high orders. Which speaks more for Sushi Yana Tegel. All in all, I can recommend the sushi and the food there with a clear conscience. If you calculate that, in the worst case scenario, eating at lunchtime and in the afternoon can take 60-120 minutes and you remain patient, the waiting time is half as crazy.

I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food

Food itself is okay, but they usually always forget something. An appetizer was then delivered later, but it ended up being a dessert. The wontons and pokebowls are really not recommended. The wontons tasted old and in the pokebowl they were simply overdone with the mayo sauce. The delivery people are also really rude - they don't even deserve tips.

Unfortunately, the quality and service have decreased significantly. A pity! Either the operator has changed or the boys have made too much money.

If you want other people's lives to be in danger, you are welcome to order there. The drivers don't follow any rules and are also aggressive. Unfortunately, our regulatory authorities don't care. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I can't rate the ambience...I ordered it home!

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing the last time I ordered. It was cold and I wasn't impressed with the taste at all. Of course, tastes are different, but in this case it just wasn't my cup of tea. Goes better

Food is ok. But the service is catastrophic. If you order, you wait at least 1.5 hours, even if you're a 5-minute walk away. If you order takeaway there, it's much quicker, but you have to check the contents of the bag. Afterwards they supposedly ordered it...

I was there for the first time today, we usually always order home. The waiting times are already long for both. The tables in front of the restaurant didn't seem so clean. Other guests who entered the store asked for it to be cleaned. The sushi didn't blow me away at all, it wasn't really the best in terms of taste... The employees were nice there :)

I've written down several times that my sushi should be with chicken, but my requests have been brazenly ignored several times because employees simply don't feel like working. Delivery time was very long & a shame for the price! The incompetent employees of this branch are completely destroying the good reputation of sushi yana. Chopsticks and sauces were also missing.

After trying to call several times, you only get to hear that the order has to be delivered in 5 minutes, to no avail. The food only arrived incomplete after 2 hours. The shop owner wanted to refund some of the money through UberEats because the hot food arrived cold and the cold sushi was no longer cold due to the warm food. Hello food poisoning. In addition, ordered products were missing. There was no refund. No call back, just nothing!!!!! They don't even deserve a star. NEVER AGAIN.

Plan on a very long waiting time for delivery, (1.5 hours +) unfortunately not for the first time! When I asked the staff over the phone where the food was, they had no understanding for the customer, they were just “unlucky”. Adios, that's it then.

We have ordered here several times. Unfortunately something was missing from the delivery today. It can happen! However, at first I didn't believe that something was missing when I ordered. Afterwards it was said that the driver would come again and deliver the missing part. This still didn't happen 1 1/2 hours later, despite a call saying the driver was already on his way. When we asked again we were told we would get a free meal next time. After pointing out that our subsequent delivery still hadn't arrived and that we would then accept the voucher, the gentleman on the phone simply hung up. So that was all, but definitely not customer service. A pity! I've never experienced anything like this here before.

Please note: there was no wasabi or ginger with the sushi. Additionally, the rice didn't taste very fresh and was dry. The peanut sauce was extremely sweet and only included a piece of pepper and a mushroom. Really few vegetables in the peanut sauce dish! Very small portions. I felt a little sick after eating.

So I don't understand the bad reviews on Lieferando. Delivery came on time as stated (44 minutes) and the food was also delicious.

Overall, I'm satisfied, even if the quality of the food still has room for improvement and we had to wait a long time for delivery. Very tasty, everything is made fresh. Especially when it comes to sushi you notice how freshly prepared it is. When it comes to deliveries, they usually arrive in less than 30 minutes - so they're pretty quick. Sushi - always from here! 🥰👍

So, I really enjoy ordering here. I like these Yana rolls, they always tasted so delicious. I ordered here today via Lieferando. Delivery time stated 5:56 p.m., actually arrived 6:50 p.m. I called at 6:10 p.m. and then the receiver was put aside for 5-8 minutes without anything being said. Then I hung up and called again. Then I was told to wait a moment. After 2-3 minutes someone came to the phone and said the driver was on his way. At 6:45 p.m. I called again to ask where the driver was from. Then the receiver was put aside again until my doorbell rang. Yes, what should I say? Unfortunately, the food was cold, the sushi was completely sticky and my red curry, despite being very spicy, was unfortunately not spicy at all. I won't order here again and would never recommend it to my friends. Unfortunately it can no longer be compared with the past. 1 star because you have to give 1 star.

Dear Shushi Yana team, We've been enjoying your food for years, but have noticed more and more often that... the waiting time is 2 hours, the food arrives cold or something was missing from the order. Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult to reach you and people either don't pick up at all or push them away. Even after 8 calls in a 20 minute time lapse, you are not reachable.

I ordered today via Lieferando. The first time it was great but today I was a bit disappointed with the bowl. When ordering, ebi said 4 slices, but there were 2 on it and the peeled cheese wasn't included at all. It's a shame but otherwise delicious.

Habe schon öfter da bestellt und es wird IMMER etwas vergessen. Nach einem Anruf wurde gesagt, die fehlende Bestellung ist auf dem Weg…nichts angekommen, Personal ziemlich unhöflich und verständnislos.

Ich rate jedem davon ab hier zu bestellen. Ich habe 2 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet und als ich angerufen habe um zu fragen, wo mein Essen bleibt die sind erst nach 10 Versuch rangegangen und haben gesagt, dass mein Bruder angerufen hat und meine Bestellung storniert hat was nicht sein kann, da ich keinen Bruder habe und niemand wusste das ich überhaupt essen bestellt habe, wahrscheinlich haben die meine Bestellung vergessen und deswegen hat der Mitarbeiter eine Lüge erfunden. Sehr unverschämt nie wieder.

Essen bestellt mit 2x Frühlingsrollen die vergessen wurden nachdem ich angerufen habe und Bescheid gesagt habe wurde mir gesagt die liefern wir schnell nach aber nach 2 Std kam immer noch nix an beim 2. Anruf kam mir es so vor das man das gar nicht vermerkt hat also bin ich zum Laden gefahren um mein Geld zurück zu fordern das Geld für die frühlingsrollen bekam ich wieder aber UNFREUNDLICHKEIT HOCH 10 es kam keine Entschuldigung oder sonst was ….. bestelle nie wieder dort SAFTLADEN !!!!

Gebratene Nudeln mit Hähnchen € 11,20 mit Sojasauce, Extra- mit Hähnchenfleisch, kross, extra 2,99 € Das hähnchenfleisch groß das war er ein billiges Schnitzel es waren fünf Streifen gerade mal fünf zeigefinger Streifen dafür 3 € zu zahlen sind wir alle irgendwie mit Millionäre geschmeckt hat hat es ja Ausnahme diese hähnchenstreifen wie gesagt die haben geschmeckt wie ein Schnitzel da kommt man besser beim Döner weg und ich muss sagen es war ziemlich süßlich obwohl ich nur mit sojasauce haben wollte jetzt weiß ich auf jeden Fall warum ich lieber zu meinen Laden fahre und nicht zu solchen ja großhändler großmarken er schmeckt einfach nicht bei euch ich gehe lieber bei meinen kleinen das schmeckt und der Preis stimmt auch da würde ich nämlich für das was sie bei euch bestellt habe 12 € bekommen aber da würde ich nur die Hälfte runter kriegen weil er zu viel ist Preis-Leistung nicht bestanden geschmacklich auch nicht bestanden werde euch mal diese Hähnchen Streifen mal gucken ob ich das Bild hier reinschreiben oder reinpacken darf Medebacher Weg 12 13507 Berlin Überteuert Preis Leistung stimmt nicht Zu süß opwoll nur Sojasoße drauf hatte

Über lieferando bestellt. Angeblich sollte man eine Gratis Suppe bekommen. Diese wurde nicht geliefert. Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur, dass man sich an lieferando wenden sollte und es nicht deren Fehler sei. Essen ist auch nur mäßig. Einmal und nie wieder.

Über Lieferando bestellt. 2 Stunden gewartet, Sojosauce war on Top und nicht wie bei Lieferando angegeben, seperat geliefert.

Ich habe über Wolt bestellt, das Essen kam über 1,5 Stunden später. Essen kalt und war leider ungenießbar. Da werd ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen !!!

Lieferung knapp 2 Stunden. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man nur zu hören es ist auf dem Weg. Nie nie wieder.

Ich schreibe die Bewertung nach einer, der wirklich grausamsten Erfahrungen mit diesem Lokal. Für eine kleine Bestellung, hat die Lieferung 1:30h gedauert. Beim Anrufen im Lokal um nach dem Stand der Lieferung zu erfragen, waren die Angestellten SEHR unhöflich und haben auch einfach das Telefonat beendet mitten im Gespräch. Beim bestellen bei Sushi Yana Tegel werde ich immer wieder mit schlechten Erfahrungen konfrontiert. Ich empfehle wirklich jedem dieses Lokal zu meiden, zumindest wenn es ums bestellen geht.

Wir waren leider noch nicht vor Ort. Aber bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Sauerscharf Suppe schmeckt so lecker. Und gebratene Nudeln mit egal was, auch. Und alles so reichlich.Geliefert wurde pünktlich, also wir sind zufrieden.Weiter so.

Wir bestellen oft hier. Essen ist in Regel gut. Wurde auch schon mal etwas vergessen, wurde aber dann bei Anruf direkt immer nachgeliefert. Es kommt auch in der Regel relativ pünktlich außer sonntags, aufgrund der vielen Bestellungen. Daher holen wir es am Sonntag lieber ab. Allgemein sind wir sehr zurfrieden und werden weitehin hier bestellen/abholen :)

Hab schon öfter da bestellt. Das Essen ist gut, aber jedesmal kommt die Bestellung weitaus später als angezeigt wird. Das variiert oft zwischen 20min und ner Stunde. Wäre cool, wenn das gebessert werden könnte

Wir haben hier nun mehrfach bestellt (über Lieferando und UberEats) und fast jedes Mal war etwas an der Lieferung fehlerhaft. Beim Anrufen im Geschäft gab es keinerlei Hilfsbereitschaft zur Klärung und man verwies uns nur an die Lieferservice-Firmen, obwohl bei der Zubereitung im Geschäft der Fehler unterlaufen war. Absolute Enttäuschung und nicht weiter zu empfehlen. So besonders schmeckt es hier auch nicht und man hat im Nachhinein einfach nur Stress.

Das Personal ist sehr respektvoll und das Essen ist ⁴ gut ich war da zufrieden und werde es auch weiterempfehlen

Haben alle Bauchschmerzen gehabt. Schlechtestes Essen überhaupt. Extrem fettig, nicht frisch, schmeckt null, aber überteuert. Nie wieder.

Fried rice and noodle are good both of quality and quantity. The good flavor can be confirmed by me as an Asian. It can be prepared on time and is still warm after 30-40 min when i picked up and arrived at home.

Wir haben hier schon häufiger bestellt und sind grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung ging bei uns bisher immer flott, heute war das erste Mal, dass etwas falsch geliefert wurde. Statt Hähnchen kross wurde Ente kross geliefert. Nach einem Anruf wurde aber sehr schnell das richtige nachgeliefert.
