We stood in front of closed doors on August 9th, 2023, the homepage suggested that the restaurant was open. No information on the entrance doors about closure, no availability by telephone. What happened to the Koibito? We were very disappointed.

We ordered the food to take away. For starters we had the wontons, they were perfect, there was little to complain about, the sauce was also good. The pasta with chicken to go in the box was standard. So tasty, but nothing that stands out from the noodles from other to-go boxes. But okay for the price and good in quantity. We also had sushi (salmon). It was delicious, but two pieces of fish no longer looked completely fresh, so we didn't eat them. Overall, 4 stars are justified here. To get full stars, the noodles to go would have to increase a bit.

Excellent place for also a vegetarian choice and decently priced drinks plus cold or hot selections as well. Meat selections are many and with classic styles and presentation. Tastefully decorated and furnished in the Japanese theme including chopsticks as standard. Highly recommended if your interested in Japanese food!

For the first time today, I didn't order but ate there. The ambience is absolutely great, the service!!!! Really looking for its equal. And the food is even better on site than delivered, hard to believe but it's really still possible. Definitely the No.1 Kassel. 🫶🏻

A nice and beautifully designed restaurant with great dishes and nice service. Parking is difficult, but a bus stop is right in front of the restaurant.

Always fresh and good value for money. However, it's more of a pick-up option; it's very small, cold, and drafty inside, as the door is usually open. Uninterrupted conversation is also impossible. But it's great and reliable for pick-up.

Great value for money. At lunchtime it gets packed and correspondingly loud. The ambience then moves towards the canteen. It's just an open-plan restaurant. This means there is always a lot to observe and you can quickly start talking to the other guests. This is the second time I've been there and each time I'm pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and the size of the portions. Absolutely recommended!
