Oshiki Sushi in Konstanz

A visit to a Japanese ramen soup kitchen in Konstanz's old town is truly a delightful and highly recommended experience. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service! Of course, you can also try sushi.

Bad. - Despite the restaurant being empty, I waited 50 minutes for my food. - I ordered the “fried chicken pan. - had nothing to do with Japanese or Asian. - no herbs, no Asian impression or similar The dish consisted of overcooked vegetables with the cheapest chicken fillet from the freezer. - the mango chutney mentioned in the description was not available. It was just raw mangoes mixed into the food. - the prices are probably the result of the exclusive location. The prices are not appropriate for the quality of the food. - I can't judge sushi. - the place was clean. - Thanks to the gentleman who paid me the drink for the inconvenience. It's not worth visiting for hot food.

This restaurant is run by some extremely friendly people, unfortunately it’s rare to say this today. The location is somewhat surprising in the pedestrian shopping area of Constance, but one should not pass it by. All the dishes here are freshly prepared, generously portioned and very tasty. Because of this, sometimes the orders can take quite long - but that is just the nature of the food, when literally every single bite has to be prepared by hand. A big plus is also that you can come here and order food pretty much all day long. We always enjoy coming here.

Spontaneous visit, we were there for the first time. Good and friendly service. Nice and cozy atmosphere, clean restaurant. The sushi was very tasty and the price was right. Would love to come again.

What is served there is a real adventure. At first it's inconspicuous on the street side but once you're inside you're greeted by soft music and nice people. The food is incredibly good and creatively done. You'll never get sushi this good anywhere else! Really worth a detour!

We were at Oshiki last weekend and had a very good meal. We had the gyoza as a starter, followed by the sushi platter for two people. Very tasty selection, everything was fresh and the service was also very attentive and friendly. We'll be happy to come back next time you visit Konstanz!

For us, Oshiki is the best sushi restaurant in Konstanz. In addition to sushi, other dishes and lunch are also offered. The service is super friendly, the owner is very accommodating and you can tell that the extremely creative chefs have a lot of fun preparing the food. We'd love to come back! 🥰

I ordered roast duck here. Unfortunately, it was extremely dry and tough, as you can clearly see in the picture. (Only part of the dish remains in the photo.) The portion cost about €26 and was too small for an adult. That evening, we were initially the only ones in the restaurant, and still had to wait almost 30 minutes.

i ordered Sake crunchy which is always been delicious but when it comes to the Ramen soup i couldnt finish it. somehow the eggs in it looked not freshly cooked and the soup taste was too oily to the point there is only oil taste. also the chicken quantity was little.

As soon as guacamole, pomegranate and cheese with sweet and sour sauce are served on sushi for €98, this can no longer be called Japanese cuisine. Service underground. However restaurant is clean.

The service couldn't answer simple questions about the sushi. In addition, the drinks were forgotten, and for €100 I expect more than two rolls with fish - but especially no sushi with processed cheese. We also had to wait 30 minutes for the table to be cleared. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Choice of food is very limited. There is only sushi and nothing else. Service was friendly. When we went out he didn't pay any attention to us, even though he was sitting in the back and saw us leaving. A “bye” would have been nice.

Overall a very bad experience, not recommended!! I had dinner with my girlfriend and both she and I were very disappointed. The food was okay but nothing special and the ambience does not correspond to the price. The staff was also very pushy and unfriendly and came to our table three times within 5 minutes since we sat down to take an order, even though our cards were still open. Later, when a gentleman in a wheelchair stood in front of the shop and tried to open the door and the waitress just looked at him stupidly, I almost lost my temper. I had to get up myself, walk through the restaurant and open the door for the gentleman. The very last! The price of the food didn't match the poor ambience (disgusting unisex toilet). We were always friendly to the staff and still gave tips, but after paying we weren't even thanked or said goodbye. Ps: In my opinion, cheap McDonald's cheddar cheese has no place on sushi.

Price/performance not good. Ambiance mediocre. Service and staff absolutely unprofessional and far too intrusive. You feel like you're in a fast food restaurant. Bring the card quickly, leave little time to order and snatch the debit card out of your hand when cashing out. Never again, thank you.

Nothing good here, disappointed in the service and the authenticity of the dishes. I invited a friend for lunch, and felt like I had to take her somewhere else after because this is not something you want to give as a gift.

A clean, cozy restaurant, with customer-friendly waiters and chefs, you have a large selection of sushi and bowls etc. The atmosphere is very cozy, the only thing that was negative was the somewhat loud music, but that's a matter of perspective. The prices are suitable for the location of the restaurant, not too expensive and not too cheap. Price performance fits very well. You even get a little surprise when it's your birthday. ❤️

Last night we went to Oshiki in Konstanz for the first time based on a recommendation. When ordering our table, I spoke to a very friendly gentleman (boss?). Extremely friendly and polite, our dog (but trained and not barking) was also allowed into the restaurant. The food was very, very good! With fresh herbs you could taste that everything was freshly prepared. The sushi is much tastier than in Germany. Very nice, friendly service! Beautifully decorated food and tables! The price-performance ratio was good! We were thrilled and will definitely come back.

Ikura was here today and ordered. Unfortunately not fresh after 30 minutes of diarrhea and stomach pain. Sushi always has to be fresh, unfortunately the fish tube eggs were too runny. Maybe expiry date… And I don't understand why gyoza isn't fried but steamed, it wasn't really my thing.

Unfortunately not recommended at all... the fish on the Nigri had been lying around for a long time, very dry and wrinkled, which is an absolute no-go, especially with raw fish. The rice was overcooked for my taste. In the soup, the eggs, chicken and especially the mushrooms were probably cooked far too long and, like everything else, had hardly any taste. I'm surprised at the positive reviews, but I think that might reflect the food in the restaurant, I can't judge that. But unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone as a delivery and I'm extremely disappointed and unfortunately half of it ends up in the trash... very, very sad.

We ordered two small Sushi portions (6 Sushis each) but they didn't taste well. Especially the wrap was very hard and tough to chew on. The asian lady served us rather uninterested. Overall, we don't have a good impression of this place.

We ordered sushi and poke bowl. Unfortunately the sushi had fruit on it. I would have liked the traditional sushi there. The taste was very strange. Unfortunately the Poke Bowl salmon lovers was really sad. Just a lump of rice with salmon on it and a sauce. The taste was not tasty and it felt very carelessly thrown into the container. I can't recommend it to any friend.

A really cheap Japanese restaurant compared to Munich

Ordered take away and waited in the store for over an hour. Huge chaos with the orders. Two of the employees were constantly messing around with each other while arranging the take away bags, so there was a huge mess (I think that's why we had to wait so long). One waitress and one employee were constantly arguing with each other, which we as guests could overhear loudly. Everyone in there is totally annoyed with each other, very unpleasant atmosphere. The food was fine, but everything slipped around and wasn't so beautifully presented because they pulled the bags away from each other's hands. It's a shame, nice restaurant, fine food but in such a team atmosphere what you get shown as a guest is very unpleasant.

The store is really excellent. The food is delicious and the staff are very accommodating. So when I go out for sushi, it's only here!

This is a complete failure. We waited over an hour for our order and got this meal for 98 euros for 4 people. The food was not tasty. We ordered tempura rolls, which ended up being rolls with shrimp tempura (already cold). If you decide to visit this place, then it is better to go to the Michiko establishment near Kaufland, where you will pay less money and get very tasty rolls. I absolutely do not recommend visiting this establishment 🥲

I had the pleasure of dining at this sushi restaurant and it was an absolute delight! The quality of the sushi was outstanding, with fresh ingredients and artfully arranged plates. I was particularly impressed by the nigiri and the creative maki rolls. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

I was there for lunch on July 30th and will definitely eat there again. I had mango roll and vegetarian goyza. Everything was fresh and super tasty! The facility is new and the service was very friendly. You can also sit outside and watch the tourists walk by.

The Oshiki team received us with extraordinary friendliness and warmth. They took great care, did everything to satisfy our taste buds and knew how to warm our hearts with their special attention. I recently had the pleasure of eating at OSHIKI Sushi and I have nothing but positive things to say! The sushi was simply outstanding – fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The selection was impressive and I was able to discover some new flavor combinations that I have never experienced before. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. You can tell that customer service is important here. I highly recommend OSHIKI and look forward to returning soon!

Sushi is good quality, customer service needs improvement

Unfortunately the ramen wasn't to my taste. She couldn't eat it without any seasoning, just a bit sour. The Bowel we ordered wasn't really any better, the mango used was unripe and completely tasteless carrots rounded off the dish.

Top quality, we ordered the sushi platter for two people and it was delicious. The chef gave us two cocktails that were also very tasty. I can only recommend.
